Service man arrived at end of window. Cleaning appeared to be well done--carpets are clean. However service man was very aggressive with his machine and when carpets dried, they were stretched with large folds in main rooms. SS rep inspected and said that was normal (although it has never happened before with SS or other cleaners in this house). SS refused to try to stretch carpet or take any responsibility.

The Stanley Steamer team arrived on time, moved all the furniture, and did a great job. We are looking to have them return and seal the grate on our tile.

I like the quarterly program and the price.

Their cost is good for the service they provide.

They did a wonderful job. They told me the price, and they did a really good job on really old carpet and furniture. My furniture stinks, because I have an old dog. They are great. I would recommend them, they are a hundred dollars less.

Called for quote over the phone to clean tile and grout for three rooms and a hallway. Quote was for about $400. Phone agent was enthusiastically supportive about applying coupon code. Crew of two showed up early in time window. They looked at the floor, asked about the age of the home and about any history of "professional" cleaning, and went back to their truck. They came back in and stated that they had called their supervisor, and that they would need to go back to their shop for additional equipment and chemicals, and that the service would be an additional $750 because there was old floor wax in the grout. They were unfailingly polite. What does a tile and grout cleaning team expect to run into if not old sealer and wax? Shouldn't a tile and grout cleaning firm maybe be prepared for that, and maybe bake that into a quote, or ask up front before they providing an estimate? Isn't old wax and sealer what one might be expected to call a tile and ground cleaning service about in the first place? We refused service and sent them packing. I went to Home Depot and picked up a gallon of Zep Heavy Duty Floor Stripper for $10 and change and we did it ourselves.

The cost was for the whole house. They are very efficient. When you set up an appointment, they show up. They are quick and they are thorough.

There were two very personable young men. They informed me of everything they were doing and why. They were very sensitive to my concern that our cats might get out, and went out of there way to see that wouldn't happen. I used Stanley Steemer in another state a few years ago. They are more expensive than some cleaners, but when they clean spotted areas, they stay clean. All the dirt goes out into their truck. It doesn't pop up again as with non-steam carpet cleaners I have had. I fully recommend them. Note: A cat stain that happened the day after the cleaning came out easily. I only used water on it.

They were courteous and on time. It took them only about an hour to complete their job. The carpets looked brand new after the job.

The name of the carpet cleaning company was Stanley Steemer and it is a big company. They were antiquated. It was good. They did an adequate job on cleaning the carpet. I don't think it was spectacular. I didn't really do the research myself. I usually try to find out if it is a reasonable price and all that. I didn't get a chance to do that, I just had a feel for them. I thought the price was high but I was told that I don't know what things cost anymore. I thought it was high because we don't have that much carpeting in this house. I wouldn't spend 500 dollars to get the carpets cleaned.

They actually take out the stains out of your carpet and they actually move the furniture and clean the entire carpet.

They've got good equipment and gets the dirt our real good and they're very helpful. We'll continue tier service.

The company was on time and set up quickly. They covered the front door to keep the hot air out while they worked. They helped move the furniture into new locations and made sure it was set up to dry correctly. The carpets were cleaned well and I would definitely use them again. Other companies I called only send out one technician and they were not prepared to move furniture. Stanley Steamer and the technicians had no problem working with me on the need to get the furniture back as close to the correct location as possible.

They did a great job even if the cost was way too much. It wouldn't have been as bad if they had given the discount they promised.

They were Prompt, Courteous, quick, neat, and professional in every way.

First, they came late. No call. Nothing. Just late. (amusingly the time they recorded they were there on my receipt is a complete fabrication...) Second, I have an 900 dollar custom mural on my wall. They scratched it. Never owned up to it, just left it for me to find minutes after they left. Third, I could have done a better job with a rental unit. Fourth, I asked them to compensate me for the scratch. They went back and forth with me, playing games, and simply stopped responding. Sounds about right.

I was pleased with them. I am a repeat customer and will continue to use them.

It went great. The floor looked brand new when they were done. I wish I had done it sooner, rather than wait until I put my house up for sale. I will definitely call Stanly Steemer again in the future.

We just purchased a house and the previous owner had the carpets steamed cleaned by Stanley Steemer. We were really concerned about the carpets because the previous home owners had a dog and even though they were cleaned, we could still see a lot of dog hair in the carpet. I called Stanley and they sent a crew out to redo all the carpets in the house at no charge. The crew used a plastic rake type tool to catch the dog hair. It worked pretty good. Since they were here, I went ahead and paid to have them deodorize the carpets as well. This deodorize cost was $109 for 6 areas (4 BR, stairs and gamerm/bonus rm). Brandon and Joshua were professional and did a great job.
