They were competent, but they were too pushy on selling other services. The job turned out as expected and it was clean. They did have to come back, but they came out pretty quick.

No real story, they showed up on time (after a last day rescheduling on our part) and performed the service in an efficient and professional manner. They did so well we had planned to tip them, but then got distracted :-( Maybe we can track them down.

The waiting period was 12 to 4. They arrived at about 2:30. Two technicians well dressed in company work clothes. Very good work. A PLUS - they did not push extra treatments.

I liked them initially and their cleaning for the most part was good. However I had some issues with them.

i was able to select my own convinient date/time on-line which was excellent: the web page was very easy to navigate and use. the site will also give the amount you will pay after they complete the job. the two steemer guys came right on time and the vehicle was easily id'ed by it's company logo and the guys were clean, uniformed, and polite. they explained everything before work began and they reviewed the final price and the actual work they would do. they got right to work with little chit-chat and were done in under an hour for 2 average sized bedrooms. i was happy with the work and rugs are super clean now.

We have been using Stanley Steemer since we had a new carpet installed and we have been extremely happy with their service. They are always very professional and take really good care in terms of not damaging your property. They also pad the doorway before they come in. They just do a very thorough job.

Personnel treated all stains, cleaned the carpet, and applied protectant. Work was done quickly and professionally. Furniture was moved where possible.

I got a cost estimate and scheduled service on their web site. By doing it online I also got a 10% discount. I received an immediate email confirmation. I also got a reminder phone call the day before and a call on the service day confirming the crew dispatch.Two men arrived on time, reviewed the carpet area and briefed me on their procedure. Basically one operated the van based cleaner/extractor while the other moved furniture and took care of the hose and cable. Then they sprayed the protectorant and groomed the carpet. They were thorough, efficient and careful. It took about 6-8 hours for the carpet to dry completely. All furniture moved was protected by plastic or blocks. They were careful with heavy wood furntiure to not clean too close. I was extremely pleased at the good work and value of the job.

They arrived on time for the first visit. The second visit, they arrived several hours late. Granted, the second visit was prior to Christmas and they were very busy.

This was a very good experience. Both Mike and Armando were professional, courteous, and attentive to detail. Even though they new this was an older carpet, they took their time and did an excellent job. This was easily a much better job than I could have done and well worth the cost.

I made an appointment on-line which got me a 10% discount. When the crew arrived they were very personable, explained what they were going to do. I asked them not to move a couple of pieces which are very delicate so they cleaned around them but close enough to get as much clean as possible. I am in awe. My carpeting from training a couple of dogs was embarrassing but they got it completely clean. I was stunned at how good it came out. I had not intended to get the protectant but it looks SO good that I decided it would be worth it. I thought I was going to have to get new carpeting but I think it's good for a while yet. I am a true believer now. This is the company for me!

I like Stanley Steemer a lot because they also give really good discounts. I like having them do the work because they are very detailed and I never have to go behind them to question the quality of their work.

Stanly Steemer always does wonderful work for me when they clean my carpet. I think they offer really great specials. They always seem to have good employees working for them and they really uphold their name.

Gave estimate on phone, arrived as arranged, discussed project prior to cleaning, and left house clean. Although they warned me all animal stains might not come out, most of them did. I was very pleased.

For the carpets they gave me a 3 hour window of when they would be here. They did not show up. When I called they said they had not dispatched anyone so I canceled the carpet service. I later called them back in regards to cleaning the tile. They showed up two hours late, and I was not happy with the work. One of the bathrooms looked as if it had not been cleaned at all. I will not use them again.

Fine. I especially liked being able to arrange it all on the Internet. They did give me the usual carpet cleaner lectures about what not to do etc. but it was pretty informative.

The person who took the order sounded rushed and impatient. The crew arrived on time and did an outstanding job.

Two man crew arrived on time. After walk through, set up equipment including a temporary sealer around front door to minimize exchange of interior a/c air with outdoor air. Asked if we wanted to apply stain protection and did not try a "hard sell" when we said, "No". Completed job without break and made sure we were satisfied before preparing to leave. Price charged was price quoted when we contacted the company. Briefed us on how long to let carpet dry.

The two servicemen showed up at the time promised and were very professional and hard working. The carpet looks great. We were so impressed that we signed a year's contract with them. We will probably used them to clean and re-seal the grout in the tile floors and also do some upholstery cleaning.

The two technicians who came to my home were on time and very professional. They introduced themselves and asked for an orientation as to what I wanted done and which rooms, etc. Then they set to work promptly and took a lot of time to ensure they did a good job. After they finished, everything looked so good I wondered why I waited 10 years to have my carpets professionally cleaned. It made a world of difference in the look of my rugs.

Employees were professional, punctual, courteous and worked efficiently. Services were reasonably priced, results were excellent considering age of carpet, and I liked the convenience of scheduling appointment on-line.

Wasn't too impressed. I thought going with a larger company would be better but they gave a 2 hour window which the techs would arrive. They arrived within the window. The techs cleaned the carpet but the price was well over the estimated cost plus they did a protectant on the rug that never worked. Stains reappeared later in the month. The carpet was cleaner but not as I was hoping.

They scheduled an appointment with them. They didn't show up and didn't call, and then they gave me the run around.

Arrived within scheduled window. Were courteous. Finished in expected time. Carpet cleaned in afternoon and dried by morning.
