The carpet gets too wet for me. It takes 2 or 3 days for it to dry. We signed up with them for a year so we will continue using them.

Services were performed for the price quoted on their website. Their cleaning was impressive given the amount of wear and grime in the carpet.

I had a great experience with them. They were very professional and arrived on time. I would recommend them highly.

Stanley Steemer is the only carpet cleaners I use. The service was fine, but I don't think it was worth the price I paid. I think they are very heavy into selling their products.

We have always had excellent service at reasonable prices with Stanley Steemer. There was, however, one little glitch this time: the crew inadvertently scraped down the nap on an oriental rug when moving one of the sofas. To set this right, Jesse, the manager, took the rug, cleaned it, and put a stain guard on it AT NO COSTS to us! Service at this high a quality is almost unheard of in this day and age. We will of course continue to use Stanley Steemer for all our floor and furniture needs.

They arrived promptly and explained what they were going to do. They proceded to clean the carpets thoroughly and completely. They moved the furniture around and then put it back on the styrofoam-like blocks. The price was exactly as quoted, and the carpet looks very good.

They are the best. I use them as I have always been familiar with them. They have always performed a great job and are polite. They have good workers and I look up to them. They were nice and good about everything.

It has been pretty good. They are a fairly good company. I have used them here and I had used about 10 years ago and I have no complaints. I get three cleanings but I don't pay for one of them. I have been trying to arrange for them to come out but I haven't been able to do that yet.

I would recommend them because they had the best price. I think I spent $500 for the job. They were punctual and very efficient. The guy was very good. I wanted him to stain the grout, but he told me that he did not want to rip me off. He told me that the grout did not require staining. He saved me some money by being honest. I would use this company again in the future.

They were so good and so nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone. They come out and do such a good job. They did a good job on my mom's house and then they did my apartment. I have one more cleaning with them, but once that is done I will continue to use them.

A crew of 2 young men in their 20's were punctual and courteous. A pre spot cleaner was applied on any visible spots then the carpets were steam cleaned. After the cleaning a stain protector was applied. I think the service took about an hour. The day after when the carpets were dry I was very pleased at how clean the carpets were. My husband even commented on the good job the crew had done. I called into the Stanley Steamer 800 number and complemented the crew's work. We will glady have them come out again.

I loved the work they did. I just thought the price was a little high but otherwise it was fine. I probably would use their services again in the future. I might use them in the next two months.

I use them all the time. The service was excellent. They are always fabulous and that is why I have them come back. I love them. They are always helpful and offer good service. They take care of repeat customers. I will absolutely continue to use them.

They are always punctual and have had some really efficient crews and some that have taken longer, all in all, they have been nice. They do have a deal where they will come in 3 times a year to clean the high traffic areas and discount the other areas. They said they will call to schedule these times and I have not received a call.

I spent $120 on the job, which included a deodorizing treatment and carpet protecting treatment. I have used them several times. Everytime they complete their work, my carpets look new. They get the spots out that I would’ve sworn that they couldn’t get out. They have done it everytime. I am very satisfied with them and I don’t think I’ll switch to any other carpet cleaning company. Carpet cleaning is easy when they come out. I’ll absolutely continue using them in the future.
