Description of Work: We had the 3 car garage done in early May. Brandon recommended the top coat for extra protection. The floor is grey with metal flakes and it looked great after the installation. After the clear coat dried we noticed some spots that were missed so I contacted Brandon and he said they could come out right away to correct it. I told him that we had to wait because we just closed on the house and we were moving in the next day. I told him I would contact him when we had the floor cleared after the move. I contacted him last week and he said that he could not get to us until early August but he would try to get to us earlier if he could. My wife called him earlier this week and he came out the next day to recoat. After he finished the floor was still not correct. We called again and he came out this morning and recoated the entire floor again. Now mind you he had to drive 45 minutes each time. The floor looks great now and is well protected as I have 3 top coats. Although there were some problems with the installation , Brandon came through as a true professional. The real test of any organization is the response when things don't go well and Stained Concepts came through with flying colors. I would recommend them to anyone if they want a beautiful floor installed by a customer friendly organization. Patrick was the installer and he really wanted to make us happy and he is a great asset to the company.My only concern was the negotiation for price but I feel that at the end of the day we got our moneys worth.

Description of Work: When the contractor first contacted me, their initial question was "do you understand what you purchased"? The question raised immediate concern so I asked why he was asking, and he replied "because most people I have spoke with thought that they purchased service, but this big deal only gives you the right to purchase a service. I thought I was purchasing a service and do not have a need to spend $50 for the right to spend more.

Description of Work: He proposed a price for staining my garage and I did not agree.

Description of Work: Job would have cost $900 to $1200. Can't afford right now.

Description of Work: The total amount of the service to have my garage floor painted was much more cost over the coupon. The coupon was $49 for $500 worth of service but the complete job would have cost an additional $1900. Too much for me to have a garage floor treated/painted.
