+ -1 moreI would like to share my experience with Stain Concepts LLC. The company was referred to me by a friend who's house turned out beautiful. I spoke to Mr. Brandon. I explained to him my situation that I had with my concrete floor and I was very surprised that he did not try to sell me his work or get my number to come and give me an estimate. Instead he offered his advice and gave me some helpful options on what would have been a costly project. He said that I could do that myself and offered help with DIY suggestions. nowadays, the companies tried to squeeze every penny out of you and try to get the job for themselves. Mr. Brandon was not like that. he is a very honest, trustworthily person. helping communities without breaking our bank. we need more people that Mr. Brandon. very professional. I was calling different places and was fortunate enough for Brandon to call me back. And giving me some free advice, I knew it was in my patio’s best interest to contract a real pro and I’m so glad I did! I was on a time crunch because I have a pergola that’s being installed soon. Brandon made it work for me. I love the finished product! They were very professional and timely! I think the pictures will show you they’re worth it! And btw, it literally took them only about 3 hours to do the job!

+ -1 moreI highly recommend using Stain Concepts! They are experienced and talented professionals. I called in and spoke to Brandon. He gave me some great info and how to do it myself. After talking to him, I decided it was wiser to use his company to do the work. They were prompt and got it done in just a couple of hours. They will be coming back this next week and then in a couple of months to reapply additional sealant. I definitely recommend you trusting them with your concrete staining.

Description of Work: We are a religious community of 7 men living in an institutional size house. After calling many failed attempts at finding a company willing to install epoxy flooring for our 3 common rooms: the dining room, the kitchen, and the laundry room, we finally found Stain Concepts LLC. Mr. Brandon Payne, the owner, answered our call and offered to meet with us at his showroom, so we could see for ourselves the type of flooring his company provides. When we went to his showroom, he answered all our questions and was very accommodating to our specific needs. Mr. Payne also offered us a very just price for the work we needed done. In 3 days, the entire project was completed. On the 1st day, a dustless cleaning crew removed the existing tiles and sanded off all the remaining adhesive. On the 2nd day, another team came and applied the paint base and flakes. Finally, on the last day, the epoxy resin was applied. Throughout the process, all three crews were clean and professional. The flooring turned out even better than we expected. We, the Brothers of the Beloved Disciple, highly recommended Stain Concepts LLC. Thank you, Mr. Payne!

+ 5 moreEveything went great. The deck looks good. Work was scheduled and performed promptly. The price was competetive especially after the military discount! The owner even came out twice afterwards, to correct any mistakes and even helped us lift a heavy bench onto the deck.
