Description of Work: The epoxy garage floor was initially installed. We are not sure why, but the epoxy coating started to bubble right after installation. They get a "A" rating because upon hearing of the problem, Stain Concepts came back out the next day fixed the bubbles and resurfaced the whole garage again. Thy did everything they said they would and honored the guarantee.

Garage looks great back back patio stain was not what I expected. stain is eating away at my back patio in certain spots when ever rain occurs. Highly recommend them for Apoxy flooring garage, do not recommend for staining back patios.

Description of Work: Applied grey epoxy floor with color flecks. Very accommodating with schedule changes. Prompt and finished in time in two days. Looks beautiful and love the floor. I marked them down slightly because there are a few areas that are slightly different shade of grey, I assume he switched products. Not noticeable unless the garage is empty, which is not that common

Description of Work: Resealed my concrete patio limestone coating and stained and sealed my front porch and steps. The patio looks brand new and I couldn't have asked for anything better for my front porch. It looks awesome. Brandon and Patrick were most responsive, punctual and professional.

Description of Work: Initially, we had Brandon come out to give us an estimate to epoxy/showroom finish our garage. I was a bit skeptical due to a few of the reviews I had read, but figured I would give him a shot. Brandon communicated with me promptly and came to do the estimate as scheduled. While there, he asked if we were interested in having our very large driveway and wrap-around pad cleaned and sealed. I indicated that we were. I also mentioned that we would be interested in having our flagstone walkways and back deck cleaned and sealed and that I was also interested in having our front and back porches cleaned and re-stained and re-sealed. I also mentioned that I wanted to have all of the concrete foundation painted to match the actual house (we didn't like the grey cement showing). After a complete walk-through, Brandon quoted a price for everything included. I told him that was more than I was prepared to spend and we agreed on a price which was 15% lower, in cash (1/2 down, 1/2 upon completion). Because it was immediately after the San Antonio home show he had availability that week and then was booked for about six weeks. We opted to have it done immediately. He came back the next day with color samples for the porches; flagstone samples to show us what it would look like when done; and 'pebble stone' samples to show us what the driveway would look like when completed. Brandon and his guys started working the next days and completed the job in 3 days as promised. I noted that the garage floor had a few spots where it did not look like it had been epoxied completely so I called Brandon. He came out the next day, looked it over, agreed with my observations and had it re-done the next day. It has been a little over a month since the work was done and it looks good. Based on my experience, I would recommend Brandon and Stain Tech to others.

Description of Work: FYI...I purchased this on Angie List toward the end of last year thinking our townhome (under construction) would be ready for the apoxy job within the six months allocated. Needless to say, the project is very behind. Have been in touch with Brandon numerous times trying to coordinate and he has been so patient. First flaw on my part was not understanding the offer. It is SO misleading to say $49 for a $99 value for this work is not clear. Basically, Angie's List charges you for a discount and Brandon does not like how they word it or can change it. Anyway, I think Brandon is a professional in his field and look forward to his expertise and final product on our garage floor. Brandon answers all my calls and accommodates these tough situations. Look forward to giving a review after the job is done.

Description of Work: I bought a Big Deal for $500 Credit Toward Epoxy Flooring and Concrete Staining Plus a Free Design Consultation.

Description of Work: Stained approximately 500ft wood fence (both sides), stained concrete approximately 80ft of walk-way, stained front and back porches, and epoxy flooring of a 3 car garage.

Description of Work: Brandon of Stain Concepts, provided all materials required for the garage flooring as well as the staining for the flagstone patio. Brandon and his assistant applied Epoxy to the garage flooring as well as a "showroom" gloss finish which gave the flooring a magnificent shine. It was a two step process which took approximately 2 hours for the first part and the next day they came back to apply the "showroom" gloss to complete the process. It looks absolutely amazing! Garage flooring and driveway staining was $1425. Stain Concepts also applied a "high gloss" finish to the flagstone for our patio which was other wise very dull and drab. What a spectacular difference that has made to our outdoor living space. The sheer beauty of the high gloss stain transformed the flagstone from dull to an almost translucent and shiny appearance which enhanced the multiple and beautiful colors of the flagstone. Brandon was prompt and completed the staining process in about an hour and a half. Cost of Flagstone staining was $900.00 True professionalism was displayed on both jobs.

Description of Work: I had them out to get a quote for painting and now waiting to find a date for them to come out.

Description of Work: They stained my patio, acid wash, a stain and a glaze on patio. They power washed the house, grout and walk which is the pathway from the gate to a deck and 2 levels of patio. They also repaired and painted the deck that is attached to the patio.
