They responded right away to our call, fixed the broken pipe and charged a reasonable fee. They showed up several hours after they had originally predicted but given the fact that they were willing to help on such short notice, we didn't mind.

It went well. Although I paid the office on the same day I received a call a few days later asking for payments. I called back and left a message explaining that it was already paid but never received a call back to confirm. From my perspective, that's poor service.

“Patience” and “expertise” were keywords in my experience. Additionally, Mark has a dedicated experienced work crew demonstrating a work ethic and courtesy rarely seen these days. The work was reasonably priced; especially considering the amount of consulting, expertise demonstrated and promises fulfilled. Once scheduled, the job was completed on time! He solved a water drainage issue not part of the original project without charge. He submerged a sump pump hose into the new lawn. Yes, I would recommend them.

Mark returned call immediately when I first called in with the problem, had someone out in 2 days, and Miguel did a great job of finding the buried valves and completing the repairs

Even though it was later in the day, Mark's worker got right on it (sprinkler system repairs) and completed about 95% of the work in less than two hours. The only reason he didn't finish was because he didn't have a part. He came to our house bright and early the next day and finished the job in minutes. He also gave us tips on how to care for and keep our system running. We are very satisfied with the work done and very impressed with how quickly the work was done. Our system was in bad shape (13 years old and never serviced).

They did in 45 minutes what would've taken me all day and for a reasonable price. I'll definitely call Dream Yards the next time I need anything done with my sprinklers.

They were good. They told me when they were going to be there and they showed up. Then they did the work - no complaints. They were fine.

Miguel was the tech was very nice and professional. He worked quickly and did a nice job on clean up. He tested the system before he left to make sure was working properly. Price was good. I will use them again

The technician suggested a new wireless rain sensor - the old rain sensor was long gone. The wireless rain sensor has no wires for dogs, mowers, or string trimmers to break. Also, sprinkler coverage was not as complete as it should have been and one sprinkler head was not spraying. The technician ended up replacing two rotors, adjusting others, and lengthening the time for one zone. He also pointed some objects that were partially blocking the sprinklers. I am very satisfied with the service providers. I scheduled Dream Yards to come out and get my daughter's sprinkler system working. The price below is for the service on my system: new rain sensor and replaced two rotors.

We closed on our new home on the first of May. The inspector had pointed out low flow/pressure from the sprinkler system in the "left" half of the yard. Dream Yards were very responsive, came out in a timely manner, and quickly identified the problem as a deteriorated master valve. The technician replaced the master valve and explained how to program the controller and set it up for the summer. Everything seems to working well and the yard is looking good.

1. Work was performed exactly when scheduled for the agreed upon price. Installers cut through 4 or 5 sections of existing sprinkler system but repairs were performed at a slight added cost (previously identified as a possibility). 2. Several spray heads required adjusting. Tune-up should have included checking rain by-pass.

the workers left wires and other debris in yard. Didn't cover area in flower bed that was dug up. Owner came back and made good on these items and left me two rose bushes to replace one that was dug up.

Owner Mark responded to our call in good time. They were very prompt in coming to our house and looking at our yard and system to see what was needed. We decided to replace our old system as we were having trouble with good coverage and old valves. They were available to do the job in a timely manner and within our time frame. Our yard is large and they replaced the drip system and the spray lines, new valves, and new control rain box Our yard has a lot of rock under the dirt. Mark's crew worked very had and long hours to dig lines for the sprinklers. They had machinery to do the digging ...they needed it with all the rocks they had to dig out. We were impressed how hard the job was and how committed the crew was to getting the job done. Drip Lines were laid for the shrubs and beds. They were checked and rechecked to make sure of good coverage. They also attached smaller lines for our Patio plants. The new rain box was installed, Both Mark and Miguel went over it with us at two different times, and it was set to run. They also made sure the sprinklers shut-off valve, pressure valve, water shut off , water meter, master valve, and backflow were in good repair and very accessible to us. Their work is also warranted. Of course they are available to us for any questions or repairs,etc.. We give them high marks for their hard work, quality of the system they installed , and the ease and friendliness to work with them. Our questions and concerns were always addressed and answered. We would definitely hire them again and we recommend them without hesitation.

Mark called me on the day of our appointment and said they had a cancellation so they could come out sooner. Miguel came out to check our system as was very courteous and got right to work. He even offered to walk me through the sprinkler box (as my husband does most of the programming). He walked me through the bill and asked if I had any questions on the bill or the system. This was the service I had received in the past and plan to continue using them.

Everything went GREAT. My family is very happy with the results and enjoying our new landscaping and irrigation system and like i mentioned before talked to other Companies and by far Dream Yards was the best in regards prices, customer service, schedule and getting the job done right and in a timely manner. Thanks again to Mark and his crew. JOB WELL DONE.

The design of where they placed the sprinkler heads could have been better. I had to hound the owner to come out and do a walk through with me.

Amazing service !! If I could give them an A+++ I would. I messaged them through Angie's list and received a response in an hour. I was thinking they would not be able to get to my home for at least a day. I was happily surprised when he said they could have someone out by 530 !! Really ?!! Sure enough the guy showed up. He found the problem removed the pool of water that had accumulated,shut off the water to the sprinkler and came back the following morning and had it fixed in an hour and half. That's service. I barely had time to stress. Everyone I have talked with has been professional and nice. I'm planning on using them for more yard rehab. Thank you thank you !

They did the work in a timely manner. The pricing was a little high. They helped me with granite issues and putting down rocks. The workers were professional.

Did a very good job. Eric came out for the estimate and he was very, polite, professional and answered all my questions. Very accommodating when I asked to push back the start date. They placed the sprinklers and drip system where we had discussed. There were a couple of minor performance issues after the fact that they addressed in a reasonable timeframe. Mark came out to go over the control panel functions. I like that the sprinkler units are placed on flex-pipe so the in-ground height can be adjusted as needed. Maybe a standard feature these days but nice to have nonetheless.

Heavy rains when appointment was scheduled, so they called to change to next day. Next day no call did not arrive. Finally arrived on third day, no call.

The guys were great and very professional however, they are a bit pricey without letting me know in advance. They spent about an hour diagnosing the problem and them another hour to cut and patch the line together. Problem is, now I've got no way to shut the irrigation system down if needed.

The provider missed the appointment making me stay at home for two hours. We arranged for a second appointment and never showed up or offered an excuse. I guess I am giving the job to someone that is hungrier.

We had originally used them last year to replace some sprinkler heads in the front and back yard. They are actually the ones that told us we were already wired to extend our system in the backyard which would save work (and money) going back to the control box for any extensions. We called them a couple months ago to get an estimate and after comparing prices, we went with them again for the service we needed. They added four stations and replaced the control box all in one day. They didn't tear up the yard, as my husband feared after he worked so long to get the grass growing so well. They dug the little trenches and filled it back with dirt/soil so we expect the grass to grow back "fairly" quickly in this summer weather. I was surprised how much of the backyard we now have irrigation coverage with this extension and look forward to now having to hand water those missing areas. Would definitely use them again.

One of the head broke again 8 months later and Dream Yard came and fixed it with the 1 year warranty.
