Sprinkler Management Dream Yards

Very pleased with Mark and his crew. I have no idea how they finished this job in 3 days. Very hard working and efficient crew. The started by replacing our old fence and then upgraded entire yard from old sod to new artificial turf with rock accents. We had a pool installed right before project started and the yard was wrecked. Very happy to now have an almost maintenance free yard. Mark was even able to assist repairing our neighbors sprinkler system which was damaged during our pool build out. Communication is key for me, and Mark answered all my questions and concerns very quickly. Don’t hesitate in hiring Mark and his crew!

We hired this company to put in a sprinkler system, level and sod the yard. First they did not level the yard, we kept having to call Mark Morales, Then we told him that they put down the wrong type of sod (grass). After 5 weeks they came and replaced the sod with right grass! They leveled the dirt a little bit better but still not to the standard expected! Now some of the sod pieces are clearly dead and again we have told Mark Morales. His answer is to keep watering it’s very resilient. No coming and walking the yard as stated in the contract!!! We are now dealing with a bunch of weeds and his response was that was going check with the sod farm. No word from him for over a week now!! DON’T HIRE THESE PEOPLE THEY SIMPLE DON’T PROVIDE QUALITY SERVICE!!!! UPDATE Due to not preparing the ground properly we have problems with Bermuda and St Augustine grasses coming up from under the sod that was laid!! This guy is a hack!!

They did an amazing job. The crew was very friendly, helpful and worked quickly. they cleaned up after and my yard looks amazing now. I couldn’t be happier.

We were extremely impressed with the timeliness of service, design, and finished landscaping work that we received. We had landscaping and irrigation work done and are thrilled with the results. We will definitely use them again for our future landscaping projects.

I experienced several missed commitments with this contractor after the contract was signed. The crew arrived to complete the project after a complaint was made to Angie.com, but the quality of work was poor and the crew appeared to rush through the landscaping installation.

Initially I was gathering proposals for synthetic turf for our back yard. We have 4 large dogs and the yard after being away for a year had turned to dirt. The front yard was not much better. I spoke with Mark and after our discussion I decided to have the entire yard re-sodded. He recommended a drought tolerant grass, which is SAWS certified. The team did a great job, was very efficient and work was done on time. The crew reset and made sure there were no issues with my current irrigation system. They cleaned up when they were finished, and you would never know that work was done. I have called multiple times and texted asking about general maintenance and care. My calls/texts are always answered promptly which is nice. I would recommend and have recommended Dream Yards for turf installation.

Mark and crew did great. I am very happy with the outcome of these projects. I will be calling them again when I have another project come up. They were fair, honest, and had great communication.

No so good. Took multiple trips out to bring correct detection equipment and larger crews. Estimated a repair cost of $1500. Delayed repairing multiple times. Ended up hiring another company. Turns out, the problem/leak was not even in the sprinkler system but the main water line to my house. Almost spent that money on something that would not have even fixed the leak. so glad i did not hire.

It went very well! Mark recommended large flagstones in an off white which turned out quite nice. He and his staff (Miguel and Jose) are very knowledgeable. They addressed every question and concern in detail with patience and professionalism. All who were present worked diligently and smoothly as a team. Great to observe!

Repairs went well. Price was what we were expecting. We appreciated the prompt service and the thorough work done. We would use Sprinkler Management dream Yards for future services!

I was given a 4pm-6pm window for an initial appointment. Unfortunately, it was a complete no call/no show by Sprinkler Management Dream Yards. Not even a text or email. Clearly they could have reached out to reschedule/apologize. I cannot say how disappointed I am with Angie's List for wasting my time.

Mark and his team were very professional throughout the two days they were on site. We had sprinkler system, additional topsoil, and new sod installed as per agreed upon contract. Team cleaned up after work was complete. Overall communication was good and would hire them again.

Two sprinkler heads were both repaired/replaced at reasonable cost. They arrived later than their appointment window but efficiently completed their work in a quality manner. Will hire again for additional work.

I have decided to hire Sprinkler Management Dream Yards to work on my backyard lawn problems.

Mark was awesome. He ws patient as he diagnosed the problem that was actually two issues. He fixed both quickly and was very reasonably priced. I will definitely call Mark for any future issues with my system, and highly recommend him to anyone looking for a good guy, hard worker, and a one that does a nice job for a fair price.

Done in about 2 hours. Keep us informed once they found the problem. Estimated time. Fair and good price vs. a much higher bid (hourly rate) than another company.

After getting several bids, Mark Morales, owner of Dream Yards came in with the most reasonable quote with lots of ideas to create a one-of-a-kind yard that is now the envy of my neighbors. He worked closely with me to capture all of my wishes and to incorporate them into the design. He allowed me to visit the nursery with him to select plants and to find special plants that were not available. As plantings were installed, we kept adding more to get the lush and full look that I desired. This included a fan palm, mountain laurels, several fruit trees, etc. Due to weather delays, the project took 3 weeks, but he had workers there every day (even in the rain). They were careful to clean up the sidewalk and street each night before they left and they were very friendly and respectful. Mark kept me updated on schedule through texts and onsite visits. He brought in specialists for the lighting and stonework to make sure these sub projects were professional. When it was discovered that one of the new irrigation drip lines was punctured, he had it repaired early the next morning. Multiple change orders were added to the original quote as new ideas came up. Mark fully explained each additional cost during our final settlement and tried to hold expenses down. I would suggest that you discuss any extra work / upgrades before implementation to better understand the costs associated with those changes. Other than that, I appreciated the fact that Mark did not expect any payments until the work had been performed. Many others won't even start a project without upfront payments. This made me feel very comfortable. All work was completed on 3/27/2020. Irrigation system has 5-8 year warranty; lighting has a 10 year warranty, and plantings have 90 days. I will update review after 90 days to cover any follow-up or warranty work. I highly recommend Mark Morales and Sprinkler Management Dream Yards for all of your landscaping needs.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job repairing my sprinkler system which had been malfunctioning since I had some top soil and sod work done. The leak was repaired at the valve and the entire system works fine now. Overall, I am very satisfied. I highly recommend them.

Work was completed as stated and feel his company did a really good job. The brick/stone work done by Mark and his crew was exceptional. He answered every question and concern quickly. I always felt customer satisfaction was his main priority.

The company made the sprinkler system more efficient than expected. They were able to place the palm tree in the zones that used the least amount of water and effort. Sir am glad I went with this company, others were recommending a bunch of unnecessary changes such as changing valves and creating extra zones. This company is honest and they do their best within a reasonable price.
