Description of Work: Turning our sprinler back on after the winter break about half the stations would not function. They determined my rain sensor was not functioning properly and quickly had us going again. One station that had been dead for over a year also started working again...amazing!

Description of Work: Dream Yards does an outstanding job! I first heard of Dream Yards when I started to research contractors for installing a water sprinkler system in my corner lot house. When checking Angie's List, I found they had high marks so I decided to call them. I first made an on-line inquiry for an estimate. Unlike other inquires I have made; they were quick to respond within 30 minutes! Due to bad weather at the time, I suggested an appointment for the following week. Again within minutes they confirmed an appointment. The day before the appointment, they called to make sure I was still ok with the appointment date and time. The day of the appointment, Mark Morales called to notify me he was on his way! Wow, I was super impressed now! Mark had the ideal proficiency and responsiveness that I expected from any contractor! | |At the end of his initial visit he gave me a very good quote and I was very satisfied with the quote and decided not to look any further. He was very knowledgeable of the Rain Bird product line and was quick to answer any question I had on the spot! After I selected Dream Yards for the job they came in the next day and started the job. Mark showed up with three of his men at 9 A.M. They worked straight 8 hours and were about 80 % done by the end of the first day. The second day, Mark's three man crew showed up again and completed the job by noon! Upon completion of the job they continued to clean my yard and left it like nothing had ever happened to my yard, it was amazing! | |Bottom line, Dream Yards is a great company that does excellent work! They're a good and very professional, without a doubt. They deliver exactly what the customer expects. I give them a high recommendation and a rating of A+++. | |

After the installation, a representative instructed me on how to use the automatic sprinkler control system. Very satisfied with my five zone system.

Description of Work: the arrived to check the backflow. I did not get an email letting me know, they were arriving but I was home so it wasn't a problem. My cover is under some river rocks and they did not have a problem digging it out for me. They were nice and very helpful.

Description of Work: Was a bit hard to schedule service after the initial contact. Ended up scheduling it 2 weeks after I wanted it. Nevertheless, they came and inspected the sprinkler system, identified what was wrong with it, and repaired it right away. The entire visit was no longer than 1 hour. Would use them again in the future and recommend them to anyone reading this review.
