They were very good about contacting me after the purchase to schedule a time to do the inspect and adjustment. 15 minutes prior to the coordinated time, two technicians arrived to do the work. I explained to them that I had more 13 zones and requested they inspect zones 4-13 (ten zones I suspected might need attention or had known problems). I also requested how much additional charge would be required to inspect the remaining 3 zones and they had no answer. Unfortunately, they chose to disregard this direction and inspected zones 1-10. During the inspection, the person working in the yard as the zones were activated did a good job of adjusting some of the heads but completely failed to notice one of my known malfunctions (one of my zones leaking when the others were running). After I pointed it out to him, he did a little investigation to point out where the failure might be and what the possible malfunctions could be but did not identify the particular problem specifically nor was any action taken to correct it. It did not appear they had any equipment or capability to actually fix anything with them as when I pointed out a controller cover that was recently destroyed and I had a hard time finding the right now, they indicated they didn't have any with them. In the end, the inspection resulted in telling me pretty much what I knew, I had a leaking zone for some reason and all other heads were (or now are) properly set. They also did not at any time offer to fix the suspected cause of the leaking zone. They did indicate that I had good coverage over the lawn and made recommendations for how long to run each zone. Their final input was an estimate of how much it would take to fix the leaking zone they did not truly identify a fix for (could be a rock or something in the solenoid/valve, or could need the solenoid/valve replaced). The estimate indicated the part would be $45 and their hourly rate for services is $60/hour. At this point, I realized I had been taken as their 30 minutes of work cost me $50, which equates to $100/hour, much more than the $60/hour they quoted for labor. In the end, this was pretty much what I had feared, a teaser opportunity for Sprinkler Management to come out to market more business and create leads. They had no apparent intention of truly fixing anything nor appeared to have any ability to do so with them. Both of the technicians (Raymond and Javier) were very nice, timely and respectful, though they did not follow my instructions about which zones to inspect. I would not invite this company back to do more work and will be suspect of purchasing any more good deals from Angie's List.

I had an excellent experience with Mark and Sprinkler Management. They started work the next day and had several men working on the project until it was complete. They did good work and Mark was always easy to get a hold of with any questions. He walked me through how to work the system and was very professional from beginning to end. I went out of town the weekend imediately following the completion of work and when I returned, I had a note from my neighbor saying there was a leak in the planter over by her house. I received a call from Mark that same day saying that he came by to check the system again and noticed the leak and had already corrected it. I was impressed by the fact that he continued to come by and check on things, he obviously takes pride in his work and wants to make sure the job is done right. I would highly recommend Sprinkler Management.

Marc Morales answered a request for pricing, visited with us and explained their procedures, equipment and pricing. We accepted his proposal at that time because we had other proposals in hand, and he agreed to a total cost that was very competitive for the top quality equipment he provides. Since it had been raining for days, he gave us a "latest start date" about 2 weeks later, and left brochures for our reference. We paid a small deposit to hold that date, and waited for the start of the work. The crew showed up a day early, and proceeded with the installation. They worked continuously and diligently and experienced a great deal of difficulty boring under our driveway due to the rocky area we live in. Never the less, the system was completed the second day and works beautifully. We are very satisfied by the coverage of the sprinkler heads and the zoning of the various areas. The control box is wonderfully simple to program and was explained thoroughly.

Contract agreed upon Saturday evening and Mark's crew was hard at work by 8 a.m. Monday morning. His crew was thorough and efficient and finished the job early in the afternoon. Mark came by to demonstrate how the system works and answer any questions. He also came by before we could even call him when our landscaper wanted a couple of adjustments. By the time I called him, the adjustments had already been made. That's service!

He came in and worked with me on the price. First he gave me a coupon with 200 dollars off. He came in and he said he will start the work on this day. I asked how long it is going to take and he said it is going to take a day. You can hardly tell they have put the sprinkler system in. The lady down the road had done it and they had dug the whole yard. I have little twigs growing. He came down and looked at it on 26 of January and gave me a contract and everything. The visit itself didn’t cost anything, but the system was $2900. He said I could pay it every month and we will work it out that way. I pay $500 a month and he is happy. My husband is in Afghanistan and he said he can pay it all up, but I didn’t want to pay it one time in case something else happens. Right now he is doing landscaping drawings for me and he is going to bring it at the end of the week and we will go over it. He said he will do a couple of them and I can pick the best. My overall experience was very good. I was happy with the price. He was responsive. He showed up first thing in the morning and ended about 5 clock in the afternoon and everything was down, buried and working. They got it all done. Lot of neighbors are saying they can’t even say there is a sprinkler system in. His professionalism was excellent and he put 2 year warranty on the sprinkler system. If anything goes wrong, they will come back and fix it. If we had problems with it, he said he will let me know and he will come and help me with it. I will use him as a landscaper. He works with people on price, because he knows one lump sum is a big sum for a lot of people. He says pay so much upfront and make your payments monthly.

He was fast and efficient and the sprinklers work great. There was no mess from his work. I'm planning to use him again for other sprinkler work.

Mark was very efficient. Work was done as scheduled and on time. Minor adjustments were made quickly after installation. I would preferred to have installation done earlier in the year to allow grass to grow over the trenches more quickly, but I was slow in getting around to ordering the installation.
