Sprinkler Management Dream Yards

The company made the sprinkler system more efficient than expected. They were able to place the palm tree in the zones that used the least amount of water and effort. Sir am glad I went with this company, others were recommending a bunch of unnecessary changes such as changing valves and creating extra zones. This company is honest and they do their best within a reasonable price.

All of the people from Dreamyards were very professional, on time and did a great job. They accidentally cut a electrical wire to my tiny office in my backyard and came back immediately after hours to fix it quickly. They installed more sprinkler heads then I expected and my yard will never be dry again after this install. They talked me through how to use the system and how to hook it up to an app on my phone. I would recommend and use them again for future landscaping projects.

I had to call to verify that someone was coming a couple of times. The technician was supposed to have arrived between 12pm and 2 pm, but never call or arrived. I took the afternoon off from work to get this work done.

Mark and his colleague were punctual and professional. They quickly identified the problem, explained what they were doing and repaired the problem. They made sure everything worked and cleaned up after themselves. They were efficient with their time and very fair with their pricing. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend them to anyone who needs service.

Dream Yards was great! We had an incredible pool, but the surrounding yard didn't do the pool justice. We also had a big, ugly pool pump in the yard that was an eyesore. Mark had an incredible vision for our backyard. He and his crew covered our horrible pump with a nice lattice work cover with star jasmine. He also added some great trees to add some eventual privacy. The best feature that he and his crew added was the stone steps by our pool- the previous landscaper had a less than satisfactory brick retainer. Mark had the vision to create an amazing staircase that made access to the side yard a breeze. The yard just looks amazing and we are excited to entertain in our backyard once it warms up! Mark has amazing landscape visions!!!!

I wanted to write a review for “Sprinkler Management Dream Yards” because they did an outstanding job on the installation of our new sprinkler system. From the first day I called for an appointment, everyone was so professional. Mark came to look over the project almost immediately and Crystal in the office kept me informed as to when they were coming to do the proposal and when to expect them for actually beginning the job and when it was to be completed. The foreman was equally impressive in making sure all the tubing and parts was put in perfectly and that the lawn did not suffer from unnecessary digging. He made sure that the driveway, walkways, and porch were clean when the job was done. He made sure that I fully understood how to use the remote watering system from my phone app. I told him he was a perfectionist and he said that he is a perfectionist, so he can demand the same from his team. After the job was completed, Mark called again to make sure the sprinkler system was installed to my liking and to ask if I had any questions. I wish all my service contacts were half as great as this team. The price & their service was truly amazing.

I was looking to do a lot of clearing in my back and front yards to be followed by a redesign of the front. The estimate I got was way too high. By about 40% based on similar work I have had done before. I asked Eric to explain the numbers he got so I could maybe appreciate them better, but he said that they just estimate "by the job" and that he would not be providing any detail in hours or rates or dumping fees. So my advice is to be clear up front that you want them to "show their work" on the estimate.

Went great they located and fixed the problem very quickly and charged a reasonable price.

Everything went great - replaced and/or adjusted all sprinkler heads. Took about 30-45 min. Everything included in price

These guys weren't just great, they were fantastic. They were fast, corrected and repaired sprinkler problems that I had tried to fix myself and did an overall amazing job. Punctual, friendly and did what they could to save you money instead of adding on to the the bill. I would certainly hire them again and recommend them highly!

I made an appointment several weeks in advance. I also called the day of the appointment to confirm. He said he'd be there but he didn't show up. The appointment was for between 8:00 AM and 10:00 AM and he called at 11:30 to say he wouldn't make it. He said he'd call me back to reschedule but did not.

Called and left message. They never called. hey did respond to my message on Angie's List and asked for my phone #. I thanked them an sent my phone # through Angie'sList message bird. Still no call/contact.

The repairman arrived as scheduled. He identified the issue quickly and replaced a part & repairs were made. He checked all of the sprinkler heads to make sure everything was working after repairs. He was polite and efficient.

Not well. Never heard from business. Waited for them to contact me and they never did. Then, after about one week, I called them and left a voicemail message requesting a call-back in connection with an Anjie's List referral. They never returned my call.

While install a new patio, I needed two sprinkler valves and one sprinkler head moved. Dream Yards arrived on time, figured out what needed to be done, and got right to work. It took the 2-man crew about 2 hours to do all the necessary digging, plumbing, and rewiring. When it was all done, everything worked as it should and they cleaned up and back filled very nicely.

I was dreading the experience because I thought they would have to dig up my yard. But is was a simple repair and did not cost much!
