Sprinkler Management Dream Yards

It was good from what I remember. I think they were punctual and the work was very good and we didn’t have any problems with it.

It was fine. It was a good deal and they did a good job.

Not well. Had to readjust sprinklers as they were set to low.

I feel that the company did a good job inspecting the sprinkler system. They explained what should be done in each zone and wrote down the recommendations. They took the time to show me how the control panel worked and set it to the correct day and times. They gave me a written estimate on the work that they felt should be done. On 7/05/12 I used the company again to do the recommended adjustments. I would use the company again.

I was very pleased with the system evaluation, and did use the company for further work, which was also goo.

The sprinkler person came and inspected the sprinkler heads and made sure they were all working. There was one that needed an adjustment that required extra work. He did it quickly and willingly without charging us extra and added some good advice. We would use this company again. We were very pleased with their service.

On time, but had to call company back 4 times for corrections , broke water line, had to install new controller, called again for controller(new battery) after 1st arrival, it appeared that crew not adjust nor really inspect for proper lawn coverage, it appeared that the inital amount of the big deal was a come on.

The job was excellently performed and continues to work great. No problems since--very satisfied with the work done and the related price.

They were very prompt with communication and customer service. However it was obvious the guy who came had no idea it was an angies list deal, and would not have done the tune up if we would not have told them.

We had someone who came last year and did some repairs, but we were not thrilled with the results. Our lawn used to be beautiful and green had really begun to suffer. Mike explained how we could use the water more effciently by switching out some heads. He also gave us a low and high option, and actually recommended the lower cost one which he said would work fine. Two months later, we are still very happy with the results. I was hoping to find someone whom I would want to call on again for future issues (our system is 12 years old), and I feel I have. He often runs late, in our case more than an hour ...seems to be overscheduled. He was late when he came for the estimate, and also for the repairs. Once he is there, he is thorough and takes his time to do a good job. It seemed as if the business owner, who is actually listed on the Sprinkler Management site, does the scheduling. My experience with Mike (the technician) was much more positive than the owner (whose name I don't even recall right now). The site says they do landscaping and address grading concerns. I had hoped to speak with the owner (thinking he would be the expert on this) about all this and tackle everything in one shot. However, when I called and spoke with the owner for the original estimate, I did not realize he would not be coming...he sent Mike. Mike said he was not aware that the company provides those other services...he, himself, only works on sprinklers. I called the owner later and asked about him coming out to discuss landscaping, etc....He was pleasant, but frankly did not seem too interested...he was more interested in whether I wanted my sprinklers repaired than in setting up a landscpaing appt. He never followed up when we had to reschedule because of rain (for the sprinklers). Because I liked Mike's approach, I went ahead and called back to reschedule. So...re: landscaping...I plan to call someone else who is excited to have my business. For my sprinkler system...I am holding on to Mike's number!

I sighned up for $49.00 to have my sprinkler system checked.

Stated that all was working properly, but missed three sprinkler heads in the backyard that were not working.

Mr. Morales sent me an email quote then followed up with a phone call. I told him I'd like for them to do the work and he gave me a start date. They started when he said they would. It took 3 days to finish the job. They cleaned up after themselves and the excavations are flat and flush with the surrounding yard. Somebody programmed the controller and he offered to show me how to operate it but I read the instructions and saw it was already set up and ready to go on my designated watering day. I tested it and saw where each of the zones were. My schedule is pretty full which makes it difficult to water the yard on the city's schedule, or meet contractors so I was impressed they he started when scheduled, worked unsupervised, finished the job and even programmed the controller for me.

The work was okay and the gentleman was very nice. I was expecting a more thorough diagnosis of how I could improve my system. The guy came out and adjusted my sprinkler head, but no additional knowledge provided on how to improve my system.

After nearly a year of growth, the landscaping around the house looks awesome! The sprinkler system gives great coverage and yard looks great!! Mark and his crew are very responsive and do great work!

Sprinkler Management's website allows you to select an appointment date. On Sunday I selected Wednesday of the upcoming week. I received a phone call on Monday morning and a message was left stating he (Mark) could be at my property later that same day (Monday) instead of the Wednesday I already selected. I immediately called back but got a voicemail. I left a message stating I was not available that afternoon but to call back to confirm another appointment time. Mark called back later that day but got my voicemail. He left a message saying to call him back to confirm possibly meeting on Tuesday morning at 8am. I did not call back but guess who rang my doorbell Tuesday morning before 9am? Mark. We had the appointment and spent a significant amount of time discussing what I wanted. He promised to have an estimate to me within the next day. A week later I called and spoke to him. He apologized and said he would have it to me later that night. It has been two full weeks now and I haven't received any response or contact from him. Contractors in this industry have no clue what customer service is. Homeowners have to go out of their way to schedule appointment times that are convenient. We often rearrange our entire schedule to be home and it is completely unacceptable for contractors in this industry to take this for granted. I have had negative experiences with the vast majority of contractors in this lawn/landscaping industry because they do not know how to run a business that depends on good customer experiences. I told Mark when was convenient for me (the original wednesday appointment) and instead of accepting this, he tried to reschedule for what was convenient for him and then without even confirming an appointment, he arrived at my house unexpected. Then he failed to deliver on something as simple as the estimate for work.

He was very responsive. I got this coupon and he was here the next day. He gave me an estimate to repair our sprinkler heads and what it would cost to make some additions to my system. Making it automatic instead of manual.

They were just very thorough and friendly.

He came out on time and went to work very quickly. He determined that one of the heads was broken on the front of the house so he replaced that. He also determined that some of the heads were the incorrect size. I asked him what needed to be done and what didn’t need to be done. He said the ones that were spraying too high needed to be done so we replaced those too. He was very professional in his work and I would highly recommend them.

Mark, the manager, was extremely responsive to my call and getting me scheduled. The sprinkler guy he sent out, Mike Robinson, was top notch and knew his business. He had a great sense of humor and was a hard worker. He came on time, gave me an estimate and was willing to work with me. I was originally just going to have a new pressure regulator inststalled, but had always wanted to get a rain sensor too. The price was right and it didn't even take him as long as he thought. They also honored the Angie's List coupon. The work was great and the customer service was top notch. I would use them again in a heartbeat and have recommended them to several of my neighbors. One word..."FANTASTIC."

They did a good job, I found out a mistake they made, so I called them and they came back and fixed it for no charge, and it was on a Sunday.. I have no problems other than that.

On the day of the inspection they identified areas that required work and quoted $300 to do the repairs. I called the office and made an appointment for July 6th. At 2pm that day after no one had called or shown up, I called the office and was advised that we were not on the schedule. Giving them benefit of the doubt I rescheduled July 11tth, 2012. Again no one showed up or called. I received a call on July 12, 2012 asking if I was available for them to come out and do the work. I explained that my appointment was the previous day and after two no shows I was not interested in having them perform any work for me. I also advised them that they way they do business is very unprofessional.

They were on time and did good work. When my grass turned green, I knew it worked. I would use them again in the future if I needed to.

We used this company with our Angie's list coupon. We scheduled the estimate but they had to reschedule due to having to work longer on a previous job. When we did reschedule they showed up (just a tad late, but they phoned). However when they arrived they were very professional and listened to everything I had to say. I think the man's name was Raymond. He wrote me an estimate. It had on it a total of two hours labor but not all the supplies. When I asked him he said the total, with supplies, would come to about 230$ (they also gave us a coupon that ended up bringing the cost down to $215.00). This included moving sprinkler heads, replacing heads, correcting spray patterns and a general overall look see of the system. We scheduled them to come back on Thursday July 5 between 11 and 1 p.m. Mike came at about 1:30. I believe it was Mark, the owner, who called and said he was on his way as he was just finishing a job on the other-side of San Antonio. When he got to our home we took him around and showed him what was to be done. He had to go to Home depot because the parts were not listed on the estimate. I didn't have a problem with that. Mike was very nice, professional and informative. He did the job in a very timely manner and explained everything that he did to my husband. We would definitely hire this company again. We understand that sometimes being late just cannot be helped. It happens to the best of us and I wouldn't hold that against them. After all they did call and let us know. I thought that they displayed very good customer service and at my age that is one of the first things I look for in a company.
