Sprinkler Management Dream Yards

I had two sprinkler heads that would not shut off. I asked them to repair that and check the other heads for me. They did the work without letting me know what all needed to be done and then gave me the bill. Several heads did not need to be replaced.

It was lightly drizzling when the representative arrived. He and a co-worker reviewed three of the zones. We have six zones in all (front and back). I don't know what the tune-up consists of but I don't think that happened. Mr. Mireles stopped by and started chatting with the representative. He introduced himself as the owner. After a few minutes, he said for me to call and make an appointment and they would come back and review the system to see what else was needed. I don't know if there would be a charge for another visit. He didn't say. They never went in the back yard to check the sprinkling system. I was not very impressed and decided to call another company.

After initial issues with delay with city permit - all work went quickly. Had small problems after instillation but those were quickly checked and resolved.

Nothing was wrong with my system but now it runs more efficiently.

Excellent dependable, friendly service from the person who scheduled the appointment to the gentleman who performed the services. The two gentleman went right to work, explained what they were doing as they did the work. Took the time to answer my questions. Both gentleman had put in a full day and were tired, but their professionalism was top notched. Will use them again.

He quickly isolated the valve, repaired the valve and tested it before he left. The total service was very professional and well done. I will use this company again and refer them to friends.

It took several attempts to get Mark to come out. Once they did they failed to leave the required paperwork. In addition, he told me that my system failed and it would cost $575 to replace. I contacted another company (not Angie's List) who came out and tested for $40 and passed the system. I would never use this company again.

The gentleman that showed up to do the repair was competent, but not the most professional looking repairman I’ve ever encountered. I bought one of those Angie’s deal “$49 for Sprinkler system tune up and inspection” type deals. I had some sprinkler heads that were shooting water everywhere except where I wanted, and I couldn’t get them fixed myself so I thought this “deal” would take care of it. The repairman showed up , I told him the problem, and he proceeded to check all 9 zones on my property, I believe he made some minor adjustments on some heads. For the heads I really needed work on, he wrote an estimate for additional costs in order to fix those. I expected that for the “deal”, he would have spent his time and the money I had already spent fixing the problem and not using the “deal” as a way of coming out to the house to find ways get me to spend more money.

They got here when they said, did what they needed and charged what they had said they would.

It went really good! They were on time and punctual.

It really impressed me that they called me to schedule an appointment instead of having to call them. They showed up on time. They were able to fix my sprinkler.

He came on time, did what was asked and did a great job.

I thought Sprinkler Management did a great job. Contacted them about some work I needed done on two properties in Pleasanton TX, which is about 30 miles south of San Antonio. They scheduled a date/time and showed up promptly. Raymond called when he was on the way and kept in contact with me during the repair since I could not be there. Raymond explained what repairs he made and was very professional. I thought it was great that at one location he was there to just repair a sprinkler head, but also found a leak in a pipe near the sidewalk and repaired it as well. My point on that is that he asked if we wanted a check all the system (which we did) but did not bring up any nitnoid issues that I am sure he could have found with that particular system in order more money on the call. They did what was expected and addressed addressed an additional concern. I thought the price was very fair. We will definitely call them again it needed.

They did a pretty good job. They did what they said they were gonna do. They're on time. I was pretty happy with them.

They were less than mediocre. I called them for specific work and they did some other stuff for which the price wasn't bad, it was reasonable.. I won't call them back. They wanted too much for the heads. I got it done for almost half the price. I didn't like their demeanor and customer service skills. One of them was hurt and on crutches at the time, there were another two who kept talking back and forth to each other, and I wasn't sure that they knew what they were doing, although they fixed it. They just didn't instill any confidence in me.

Mark and his crew showed up on time worked hard and finished on time (Thursday and Friday). One of the new sprinkler heads malfunctioned Saturday and Mark came out that Saturday and replaced it. There was one occasion where we had a misunderstanding on the scope of the work. Mark did not quibble with me but seemed to practice the age-old business rule that "the customer is always right."

They should up 15 minutes before the estimated (awesome!) And the 2 men corrected the problem in great time.

They were totally unremarkable. The first Angie’s list referral company that was not A #1 in every respect. I just don’t think they did much. They were here for less than an hour total.

It was good! We were pleased with it.

called to schedule appointment. on the day of the appointment, provider called to see if they could come early due to a cancellation. showed up promptly. checked and aligned all sprinkler heads. diagnosed a problem with my controller unit, when i thought it was a defective zone valve.

They did a really good job and we were very pleased with it!

It was good and they are coming back tomorrow. They are going to put in rose bushes to add to my existing ones, and adjust the in ground system so that the roses are taken care of with the new system.

They found a couple issues and he had all the equipment he needed so he took care of those issues as well. They were great!

I thought they had misrepresented what they were going to do for the amount of money they were charging. We may have misunderstood but we were unimpressed with the service.

They were okay. They weren’t terrible, but my expectations were higher for this discount. We have used another company where the price is similar and the service was much more thorough in checking every sprinkler and making sure it was working properly. The discount from this company didn’t seem to be that much of a discount after all.
