Sprinkler Management Dream Yards

Mark contacted me with 2 days of when I purchased the deal. The team that came to the house was timely, professional and knowledgeable about our sprinkler system. The team leader gave me some suggestions; not a sales pitch. We will definitely use them again.

Initially I purchased a sprinkler tune up. It was determined that the water pressure was insufficient to conduct the tune up. The technician immediately determined that I needed a pressure regulator. After a few phone calls and some schedule changes, we were able to get the pressure regulator installed and the sprinkler system tested and tuned up. I am not that familiar with what the parts and labor should cost. I think the price was definitely on the higher end for the part (pressure regulator) and labor, but I could not be happier with their work. The house definitely has better water pressure and the spinkler heads pop right up when the system is turned on. Dream Yards always returned my calls and my emails. I would recommend them for future work.

They are terrific at customer service and responsiveness! He tuned the system as well as replaced parts necessary. After replacing, he adjusted all the heads appropriately to ensure full coverage. Additionally, he programmed the system for the correct watering day. Wonderful service and will definitely use them again!!!!

I purchased the "tune-up" coupon through Angie's list. The original appointment had to be rescheduled but it was not urgent so that was ok. I was not able to be at home during the work but they called me to talk about what was needed before doing anything else. I checked on the system when I came back in town and everything was working fine.

Service people arrived right on time and worked diligently to repair problems. The major leak involved roots and took longer. The sprinklers ran this morning and the coverage looks great.

I was experiencing an issue with the water pressure in my sprinkler system. I had just had a new above ground back flow valve installed by another contractor in the middle of February. That contractor threw his hands up in surrender and I think he literally would've torn my whole yard up to look for a leak. That prompted me to look for another sprinkler company and ended up scheduling an appointment with Dream Yards based on the reviews on Angie's list. The contractor showed up on time. He performed troubleshooting which included checking out my meter and he walked around the yard and listened to all of my sprinkler zones and found out that one of valve zones was not working properly and replaced it. The back flow valve that the other contractor installed was not done correctly, so he fixed it. He then went to my meter and checked the pressure regulator. It was rusted to the point where it was not working correctly, so he replaced it. After that, my sprinkler system worked great and, although I didn't realize it, the water pressure in my house is working much better.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job installing and making sure our sprinkler system did what it was supposed to do. He kept in touch with us throughout the whole process from the initial visit for the estimate, right through teaching us how to work our new system. We are from up north, so we have never had sprinklers before. The weather delayed our install a few days but Mark made sure we were aware of the issues and made sure we were OK with the delay. We were very pleased with the job they did and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

Mark did a fabulous job! He scheduled an appointment with us and showed up ready to listen and come up with a plan for our landscaping needs. Mark actually came out to discuss our plans a second time before we made a commitment to his company. We recently put in an Inground swimming pool and needed the existing sprinkler repaired and the landscaping redone around the entire back yard. Mark had great ideas which included lighting to give the yard a relaxing and beautiful ambience. Mark strategically placed beautiful large moss rock along with river rock, plants and grass to make our back yard an oasis for us to enjoy for years to come. We actually had Mark replace the entire front yard grass as well Mark and his crew came out within a few days of our agreement and worked from early day until dark each day until the project was completed. The men on his crew were professional and hardworking. I never saw them take a break other than a quick lunch. They completed the entire project in less time than we anticipated. Mark and his crew made this the most pleasant and easy experience we have ever encountered with a contractor. We would highly recommend Mark to handle your landscaping needs if you truly want a dream yard.

They were really good. They were very professional, they knew what they were doing, and they didn't charge us for anything we didn't need. They found problems that we had, and we didn't know about that other contractors had created. The sprinkler system is not just to turn on, it has sensors, and it has a lot of wiring that goes underground, and we had another companies come in and do the foundation. They had cut lines, and we didn't know and they just finished their job and went. We had to do the sprinkler system, and come to find out they had cut some wires, and that is why we couldn't get our system to work right. Their price was perfect. We couldn't get some of the sprinkler heads to work because of the cut lines.

I originally called Dream Yards to fix a MAJOR sprinkler pipe leak. They responded promptly and fixed the problem, even pointed out some other issues with our sprinkler I wasn't aware of. I've had bad luck with many landscape companies. They charge way too much for the project, don't show up or have no creative ideas. Mark's crew showed up when they said they would and got right to work. I asked him for an idea and bid to landscape our back yard. He got back with me a couple days later with a full bid and drawing. I decided to accept what was presented there was no requirement for money down to start. Payment was due only when the project was completed. They started the job a couple days later and worked non-stop for a week. They were professional and did not need constant supervision. He checked in with me daily to make sure I had no issues and things were being done as we planned. Overall it was a good experience!

Mike & Martin were quick & effective. They left no mess. When they were late or going to be late, they always called. This was the third time I'd hired someone to fix the crummy system that I inherited. Even though they cost more than previous companies, they were worth it because they got it right! They were courteous & made sure I understood what had been done & why. Additionally, Mike made me aware of other services Dream Yards provided in a pleasant informative manner. I will be using them for some of those services in the future.

I came home from work and noticed water running down the street. I called SAWS to report it. They sent a technician out the next morning. He informed me that a pipe on "my side" of the meter was broken and it was my responsibility to repair it. Had it broken on the other side of the meter, SAWS would have repaired it. I called Mark at Sprinkler Management/Dream Yards because I thought it was sprinkler system pipe. However, it was actually the water supply pipe for my house. No problem. Mark said they can fix that. He said the repair guys would be at my house between 2 and 4. When they hadn't arrived at 4:30, I called Mark to find out if they would be able to make it to house. He called the repair guys and immediately called me back to say they were about 10 minutes away. Thank you for the return call! The guys actually arrived around 4:45, but no big deal. Sometimes things get backed-up. They dug up the pipes, found the broken one, designed a plan, and fixed it. Took about 1 to 1.5 hours. Very nice guys, prompt, knowledgeable, good price. They even took time to teach me a thing or two about how all the valves and pipes work.

I purchased the deal on Monday 1/6 and was told I should receive contact from the company by Wednesday 1/8. I received a phone call on the morning of 1/9 telling me they would be by between 10-12 to do the inspection. The message stated that if I was unable to be home they would leave the report for me. I had already headed out to work but I stopped back by around 11:30 and they were just finishing up the report. The only snafu was that I didn't have the City of Live Oak's form (I had left it at work). Mark told me that I could just leave the form under the doorstep Friday and he'd come by and fill out the new form. I called him Friday morning to let him know it was there. He told me he'd be by Friday or Saturday to complete it. He came Monday and filled out the Live Oak form. Overall they were okay but not exceptional.

Mark came and spoke with us on our expectations for our front corner lot lawn, We had recently put in some decorative flower beds and needed a sprinkler system and a "lawn" of grass instead of green weeds. He recommended a good grass for our very sunny front that was also low maintenance. His guys arrived early Monday morning and went to work. Mind you...this was during the VERY VERY COLD week. They removed the weeds and residual grass and dug the trenches for the sprinkler system. The following day, the electrician arrived early and began the work setting up our "Rain Bird". When I came home from work on Wednesday, the two guys laying the pipes and putting in the heads were working hard and progressing great!! IT WAS VERY COLD!! After work on Thursday, the lawn was in and I had neighbors commenting on how nice the yard looked and how hard everyone worked. Mark came back on Saturday to show me how the system worked (very very easy) and asked if we had any questions. We are extremely pleased with everything and look forward to our yard being one of the nicest in the neighborhood...finally!!!! EXCELLENT PROVIDER
