Everything was great some delays but it was the manufacture's fault. Everything was done correctly and even after the job they came back to review the work.

Mark's bid was the lowest out of the 3 companies that provided me an estimate. They showed up on time and were finished the same day, mind you this was when the weather was rainy and 33 degrees outside all day. I live in a new construction neighborhood and all of the builder's contractors actually called it quits half way through the day because of the conditions, but his team showed commitment and completed the job and it came out great. Mark worked with my busy schedule and was very accommodating, he and his team were very professional. Will definitely do business with Sprinkler Management Dream Yards in the future...thanks!

On time at a reasonable price.

Overall it was a very good experience. They showed up every time they were supposed to and were pretty conscientious about leaving the yard fairly well cleaned up. The sprinkler system seems to be working as I intended it to. The only part of the whole process with the sprinkler installation that they could have done a more thorough job with was to give me a layout of the zones and sprinkler heads so that it was easier for me to plan out the run times for the zones and have a reference for future use. The landscape lighting was ok, but I don't think that this is their strong suit as it has not achieved the desired effect that I described when we planned the installation. In my experience, it is often hard to just find a contractor that shows up when they are supposed to, will do decent work in a reasonable amount of time, and then cleans up after themselves when they are done. Most of the time I am left a mess to clean up after their work is done. Sprinkler Management did a very credible job in a timely manner, at a reasonable price and left my property in about as good a condition as I could expect.

I have a large yard with 11 sprinkler zones. One zone wouldn't turn off. They found the problem - a bad valve, dug it up and replaced it. They repaired the patch of lawn that they dug up, and then checked out all eleven zones. They did a great job and finished up in less than 2 hours. I will certainly call them again.

We needed a trench dug from our backyard to the front curb (about 100 feet) for our downspout drain line. We had already purchased the pipes and fittings, but did not have the time or energy to dig the trench ourselves. Mark originally quoted us a price of $400 just for the digging. While I was considering his offer, he called me back to say he would dig the trench, place all the pipes and fittings, refill the trench, and re-sod the area for $500. I accepted his offer, and the next morning he had a two man team working at my house. It took them around 4 or 5 hours to finish. There were a few large tree roots to get through, so it took them about as long as I had expected. The workers were friendly and professional, and we are very happy with the work they did. Afterwards, Mark called to see how everything went. I told him it was better than I expected. Not that I expected poor work, just that they had placed more sod in our yard than I had asked for. I'm certainly not complaining.

Everything went great with this install. Mark arrived on time for my estimate. The cost of the system was very reasonable. His crew started the work about 4 days later due to a delay on my part because of my HOA. He worked around my HOA requirements and provided me with all the documents my HOA requested in order to get the approval for the job. Once the job was complete, his crew cleaned the yard and driveway. Mark came over and explained the sprinkler controller to me. Overall I was impressed with the company and would recommend them.

We were serviced by Mark. He had great, creative ideas, all of which we adopted. The results were outstanding. They started the job within a few days, beginning on a Thursday, finishing the following Monday. The house's foundation had been leveled and he addressed the issue of keeping the soil evenly moist with a drip line where sprinklers would not provide coverage. Mark's plan was attractive and addressed the property's needs in a comprehensive manner. The patio is particularly attractive, with large slabs of flagstone surrounded by river rock. Great job, exceeded expectations, recommend them unconditionally.

The crew worked diligently every day. They were very responsible, polite and knowledgeable. They transformed mostly weeded area to a beautifully landscaped front and back yards. All my questions were answered and helpful, practical advice was given. I will use this provider in the future. We were very happy with completion time and price.

We were not contacted as quickly as expected but when I called them they scheduled the service for the next day and were here promptly (actually, a bit early). The technician was friendly and professional and the service was done quickly and efficiently. Very happy and will definitely use them again.

A couple of months ago, I obtained a quote for a full landscape install, expanding my patio, installing sprinkler system, regrading with topsoil, grass installation. Considering the financing, I decided to do it piecemeal instead and asked two months later if the price was the same. They agreed that it was, and scheduled the installation the following week. Another job ran over, so they pushed out a day, which actually worked better for me, but they were there on time as expected. I was pleasantly surprised that the installation took only the day, but they had it completed. Mark came out the next day to walk me through the controls. The crew was courteous and professional, and cleaned up all debris and dirt. Very pleased.

I've been wanting to have a sprinkler system installed for my yard, but hesitant to do it because I don't know a reliable company to do it for the right price. I didn't even have to take off from work as these guys are experts on what they do and they took care of my yard as if it is their own. They worked so hard and don't need any supervision. I was so impressed by their performance that I had to give them gratuity as a token of my appreciation. 1 of 4 zones was not coming on. I tried to repair myself and got zone to turn on, but couldnt get it to turn off! Called and spoke with Mark and he and a crew came out the same day. Replaced the zone valve and repaired the frayed wire. Excellent work, very knowledgeable, and customer service oriented ! Proceeding to work with Mark on some landscaping work

***Update*** So I sent this review in after Mark missed our second appointment with no call, no email, no nothing. Only after this review days later, he shows up at my front door, unannounced no phone call just out of the blue. Yes, I was angry I told him that I had already signed with someone else days earlier as he didn't think my business was worth his time, remember no phone call and multiple no shows. There has been no letters as he stated, just this review claiming I was rude for not giving him a third chance? Maybe I was a bit rude, but definitely not 2 no shows no calls rude. Mark came out a few times to discuss the work involved and appeared to be very prompt and eager about doing the job. However, when it came time to ask for more details of the job before we signed a contract he just disappeared - didn't return my email or call. We were not unreasonable with our questions nor overly demanding. Unfortunately we can't give him a good rating because he failed to respond - a true professional would.

They scheduled an appointment to come to my house last week on 7/2/2014. We waited and they never showed up or called. It was a wasted afternoon. This company is unreliable.

It went fine. They did what was required.

The gentleman that came to my house was very knowledgeable and straight forward. He listened to my previous experiences with local handy man and gave me advice on how to maintain my system. He also help me with completely in related issues that was extremely beneficial. I will highly recommend their service. A++

I was happy with them. It took them about an hour and a half to do the tune up and inspection. They made sure I had no leaks, adjusted some heads, and gave me an estimate for them to change out some sprinkler heads.

It turned out good. They came out immediately after I purchased the big deal and I was very impressed. I purchased additional services from them when they were here which I expected. I ended up paying another $50 or $70 on top of the deal. What stood out to me about them was their fast response to my request for service as well as their timeliness, their great services and understanding my needs. I was very very pleased with them. I would most definitely use them again in the future.

Hand dug and tunneled around and under walks, patios, and retaining walls to run water lines to beds and lawns. Despite all the obstacles, the work work was done surprisingly quickly and with a lot of sensitivity to preserving the design of the gardens and beds. Other bidders said there would be no guarantees to damage to our hardscape. Estimate was detailed and included Rainbird product information of the system to be installed. Most professional of all the bidders. Mark has done work for the San Antonio Botanical Gardens. He came highly recommended.

I knew there were several sprinkler heads that had "disappeared" beneath grass and dirt and mulch. They located and uncovered them, plus put flags where they were located in the flower beds. Also they found and replaced two broken heads and a broken line so that all areas are now covered by the sprinkler.

All went well. Unfortunately, it took several hours to find the leak in the mainline, however, that wasn't any fault of theirs. Mike and his helper were courteous, informative, and efficient with their time on the job.

Mark's team were all hard workers; they arrived on time; were courteous and cleaned up after the job. We have no complaints. We would definitely do business again with Mark.
