Sprinkler Management Dream Yards

The two employees conducted their work in a very professional manner. They explained the repair process and then completed their task in a very thorough manner. I give them an A+.

They did call ahead on the day of service around the time they had promised and indicated that they should get to my house in about 30 minutes. An hour later I finally called to see if they were lost. They apologized and said they had to go by the shop and get some parts. Rick and Miguel were friendly and polite but I thought it a little unusual that the one of them that seemed to know how to perform the work did not speak English and the other Tech had to translate for him. After they had left we found that they had not added extensions to several sprinkler heads that needed them and that they had created a large leak (really a geyser) in our front yard. We called and they returned the next day and rectified the problems.

Overall, Mark and his crew did an excellent job. His crew worked very efficiently and got the job done on time. Communication was a little lacking at times, but at the end of the day they did everything they said they would and then some. Stayed within budget and did not collect payment until all work was complete. I would recommend Mark's company in the future.

Various sprinkler heads around the house needed either changing out or adjusting. We're fairly new to using a system and the timer box had lots of buttons and settings so it was a constant trial and error to get them to go on when we wanted and to catch them running to see which ones needed the most attention. I called Dream Yards and got an appointment within 2-3 days with a two-hour window! They said they would call me 30 minutes before they arrived. As stated, I got the call and was able to get to the house in plenty of time. Mike Robinson and his helper got right to work checking out each zone and adjusted what was needed. They replaced a few others and used two new sprinkler heads we had bought so I didn't get charged for these parts. He also helped me adjust the timer just like I wanted them and showed me a few new tricks on the box. All in all, they were done within an hour. They were courteous, friendly and fast. Will definitely use them again.

We had a GREAT experience with Mark and his team. From the moment we contacted Mark for an estimate, he was responsive and helpful with suggestions. The work was done on time and on budget - in fact the work was completed sooner than originally scheduled and slightly under the original estimate. Mark personally visited while the work was being performed and made sure all work was completed as promised. Plus, Mark has followed up to make sure all the work is to our satisfaction. We couldn't be happier and I am so glad we picked Mark and Sprinkler Management for the project. We will definitely use him again and will refer them to anyone needing landscape work.

Mark was wonderful to work with. We were in a pinch and needed a quick install before sod was placed in the yard. Mark made it happen. His crew worked very hard and did a wonderful job. They left the yard cleaner and in better shape than it was in when they arrived. The system they installed is quality and easy to understand the programing. Mark definitely went above and beyond in customer service. We are very happy with how easy they were to schedule and stay in touch with.

He took out the old wall and replaced it with a new one, replaced the gravel, cleaned up and put in drip irrigation and put a new six zone controller in.

Technician, Mike, and his assistant showed up at within the 2 hour time window provided. We had one sprinkler head that was leaking and causing a large water puddle within the yard. They ran the irrigation zones and figured out one of the irrigation valves was not shutting off properly and that was causing the lowest elevated sprinkler head to leak. They replaced the sprinkler valve and within one hour they were done. They did a great job and if I have any other irrigation or lawn issues I will be giving them a call.

Eric, Mark and his crew were responsive and, overall, very pleased with the work they did. We had an empty lot that we added to our existing property. Basically, a blank slate. They were very responsive and eager to do the work. They installed a sprinkler system, fire pit, sod, flagstone pathways, rock work around the beds, installed plants and trees. The crew that worked on our backyard was courteous and responsive to our request. I would recommend them for future work.

Mark was great. He came out to bid the job and was able to start the next week. They tested the drains and when one was draining correctly, they installed more piping to make it work. Everything looks great!

After my inquiry on Angie's List, Mark responded right away. We scheduled a time for him to come out and give an estimate. On the day of the estimate, Mark called to tell me he was on his way. Once he arrived, we walked my front yard and I explained what I wanted done. I then showed Mark my sloped side yard, which was bare dirt. Runoff was a big issue on the side yard, and Mark proposed a tiered lawn, with 3 levels, to minimize runoff issues. After receiving 2 other bids for the project, I determined that Dream Yards was the best value for the money, and by far the most professional company that had bid on the job. I approved the estimate on a Thursday, and Mark and his team started the job on a Monday. They had completed all the work by Tuesday afternoon. I am so incredibly pleased with the result! I can't say enough about the expertise and professionalism and value of Dream Yards. I will definitely use this company again for any landscaping or sprinkler needs.

Raymond and Sergio were on time, very professional and explained in detail what they would do and diid an excellent job. In the past I did a lot of sprinlker repair myself, sometimes not very well. Should have called them years ago. . Will refer Dream Yard to friends and definitely use them again. Cost was reasonable.

Mark was highly responsive to give a competitive bid. After the weather cleared, Mark and his crew started on time and finished early. Mark was very, very nice and made every effort to make sure the job was done correctly. His crew was courteous and cleaned up after each day and cleaned especially well after the job was completed. Mark explained the sprinkler system thoroughly. Mark and his team were super! We were very pleased with the job that they did.

First of all, these guys were very prompt, which is a quality I really value. Second, they were very professional, courteous and friendly. They made my ugly back yard look fantastic, and now it's my favorite part of the house! They were reasonably priced, and did a GREAT job. When I can, I'd like to have them back to do something with my front yard. Definitely two thumbs up!

Our current system was inoperable, so we had Mark and his crew install a brand new system. Price was competitive, and the work was done in a timely, professional manner. The day of the appointment Eric call to notify me he was on his way. After the initial visit I received the estimate via email and based on the estimate, excellent customer services and quick response to my questions I decided on " Spinkler Management Dream Yard". Eric and the crew showed up on the schedule date and started work immediately. The job was completed in one day including clean-up of the yard. Mark and Eric showed up the following day to recheck everything and address any questions I might have. I highly recommend Dream Yards for your Lawn Irrigation and Landscape needs.

They came when they said they were going to come and they completed the job on time. I was pretty happy.

I called Dream yards wanting to get an estimate to repair my sprinkler system that was damage when my pool was built and to also landscape my backyard. My schedule was tight and mark and Eric agreed to meet me on a Thursday at lunch at my house. They arrived early (puncuality is very important to me) and surveyed the yard. The meeting didn't last very long and to my surprise they provided me with a estimate (details included) within an hour of our meeting. There estimate was $400.00 lower then another company. I locked them in and asked if they could start sooner then later and they agreed. I was getting a deck finished up the following week and we agreed on Thursday as the day. The following Monday the weather was bad and that put the deck behind schedule. I called Mark back and he said no problem that they could come out Saturday. On Friday the deck was still being finished and I again called Mark and he again said no problem. They would start on Tuesday. I called Mark on Monday afternoon asking him about a change in my original design. Again, no problem Mark sent Eric by and we met on Monday and completely changed the orginal design and they gave me an updated estimate. It rained on Tuesday and Wednesday but Thursday they were out and completed the entire job on Thursday. Eric adjusted his schedule because I had to work late so he came back to review the work with me Thursday evening. I am extremely satisfied with the quality of service and work that they performed. Both Eric and Mark were very professional and unbelievably flexible with me. My yard looks fantastic and I would definitely recommend they to everyone.

The did not set the control box following service. The failed to connect one whole zone to the water and control source. Seemed in a hurry and thus the neglect to complete the job. Given they were drippiness I only noted the failure to connect when the plants began dying. Had to bring in a new company to complete their job.

Mark was a pleasure to work with. He showed up on time to review the job and work up an estimate, and offered suggestions to improve the design and keep the cost within my budget. He has mobile technology and e-mailed the estimate to me while still on site. After the weather forced a short delay, Mark and his crew were on the job and had the sprinkler system installed and the turf in place in just 3 days as promised. One more day for the city inspection, and a couple of more days to finish the details and it was done. Everything went smoothly and the results look great. I'm pleased with the quality of the work and the reasonable price. I definitely recommend Dream Yards to anyone looking for a landscape contractor.

I had a busted lawn sprinkler. After replacing several of these in the past myself, I decided to have the professionals come out and do this one. At the same time, I asked them to do an audit of the whole system, which is almost 20 years old. They were able to schedule my appointment within a week and were right on time. The two gentlemen were very professional and friendly. They did not try to sell me anything costly. They replaced the busted sprinkler and also replaced or repaired dozens of other sprinkler nozzles, heads, and pop-ups. They even installed several spacers for sprinklers that were too low. All told, they worked for about 1.5 hours. I couldn't be happier and will definitely be using them in the future for any spinkler issues I have. I highly recommend them! UPDATE: My intial review was entirely positive as we were very pleased with the work performed. However, I have now changed my review because several months later we called again for two broken sprinklers. The representative said that they do not perform such a service for systems they have not installed. Even after I explained that they had already serviced our system, they refused to help us out. I'm not sure if they are just too busy to care about small issues, but I was very displeased. We had hoped we found a company that we could always call for our sprinkler system issues. We were wrong.

I have found that many service contractors, even on Angies list, do not respond, promise more than they deliver, do not communicate, and over price their services. Many times I feel that they gravitate to people that just pay what ever is quoted without know the value of what they are asking to be done, and what quality work should be. Almost as if we the customer should just feel privileged that they even came out to quote/perform the service in the first place. That was not the case with Mark and his staff! Mark was quick to respond to my initial request. He showed up as promised to quote the work. When I decided to have him perform the work, he gave me a day for installation. The weather was really bad the day scheduled, and Mark was quick to let me know he would be pushing the install date back a day. His crew showed up as promised, and although I wasn't present, we maintained communication throughout the day until the work was done. It is hard to find good companies, even with a tool like Angies List. I would say that, in the category of sprinkler install and service, Dream Yards should be considered at the top. Thanks Mark! Update: I have dry areas all over the yard. Tried to follow up with Mark. He sent another person out to look, and whatever they did was no good. Looking for another service who will get it right.

Mark and his crew did an excellent job. clean up job was good. other than the dirt trails where they dug the ground is all even.
