It went well! I used them last year for the front yard, and the ball moss dried up. You have a choice of Kocide, which is a chemical, or a baking soda derivative, which is what I prefer. It's a huge relief to see that moss drying up, at a reasonable cost.

I have used them for a number of years. The job went very well. I would recommend everything about them. They are professional people that deal with you on a professional basis. They give professional service.

Spiderman has a large pumping truck that allows them to spray high into large trees. I've tried it myself, but, 1) The powder did not dissolve, no matter what I tried, and , 2)I couldn't spray high enough into the trees to get ALL of the moss. Spiderman was recommended to me by Ed Etter Tree Service, whom I trust. I am knowledgeable about gardening, ball moss, etc., and could tell that they knew their stuff too. They sprayed with a non-toxic material, similar to baking soda, so I didn't have to worry about poisoning the dogs or neighbors. When ball moss dies, it doesn't fall off until it practically disintegrates, and it's too soon to know how well it worked, but I'm confident that I got my money's worth.

We have used Spiderman all three times that we have resided in San Antonio since 1998. There servicemen are punctual and professional. There office staff is very friendly and efficient. We recommend them to all of our friends.

We use them regularly. We have been using them since we got the house practically. They come every month and do the regular service. They do a quarterly special service that costs us $65.96c. They come and spray the outside of the house every quarter. We don’t even have to be here when they come. When there are spiders inside the house, we ask them to do the special spraying. They have been very good.

I have used Spider-Man Pest Control for over 25 years. They have always come in uniform and are so well mannered. The job is always done completely and I have had no problems. I am very happy with their work and recommend them highly.

They are excellent and are always on time. They have friendly employees. If there is any problem with your yard they come back out and re-treat as needed. They give excellent service for an excellent price.

The servicemen that come out to do the work are excellent. The office staff particularly. The office manager is very rude if you have to reschedule. She acts as if she is doing you a favor instead of providing a service that you are paying for. I quit using them because of her even though the actual pest control service was good. I decided it was too much hassle to go through her every three months. No one ever called to ask why a customer of over three years quit coming back.

Spider Man always does a very good job for me. They are always very consistent. I am very comfortable having them in my home. Over years of using them, they have become personal friends of mine. They are great people. I never have a problem getting an appointment. I never have any issues with them being late or rescheduling. I am very happy with the pricing as well. I pay them each time they come.

Spider Man Pest Control did a good job. They were professional. They came when I called them. I pay them on a quarterly contract, but I can have them come out as many times as I need to. They usually come within three to four days after I call. They must have done a good job, because I keep finding dead bugs.

Spider Man Pest Control did not do a good job. The pest problem still exists. We will not use them again and I would not recommend using them. We are currently using a different pest control company now.

Spiderman Pest Control did a great job taking care of the major termite problem that we had. I really appreciated it. They got right to work. They told me some things that I should look for in the future, too. They got rid of all of the termites. I was very relieved. They said they would come out a few times to inspect to make sure that the termites are all gone for good. I really liked the way that they conducted themselves and I am a completely satisfied customer.

SPIDER MAN HAS SERVICED MY HOME AND LAND FOR OVER THREE YEARS. THEIR OFFICE IS VERY PROFESSIONAL AS IS THEIR SERVICE PROVIDERS. THEY ARE IN UNIFORM SO THEY ARE IDENTIFIABLE. WHEN THEY ARRIVE, THEY TAKE THE TIME TO SEE IF THERE ARE ANY SPECIFIC ISSUES THEY NEED TO ADDRESS. ADDITIONALLY, I HAVE ONLY HAD THREE DIFFERENT SERVICE PROVIDERS IN 3 YEARS SO THEIR TURNOVER IS MINIMAL. I BELIEVE THAT IS WHAT HELPS WITH THE CONSISTENT AND TIMELY SERVICE.

SET SERVICE APPOINTMENTS BY A WINDOW OF TIME RATHER THAN A SPECIFIC TIME. THEY WERE NOT AS PROFESSIONAL AS WE WOULD HAVE LIKED. THE BUGS SEEMED TO GET WORSE, NOT BETTER, DURING THEIR TREATMENTS. WE FINALLY DECIDED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT PROVIDER.
