DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!! I ordered a two-day treatment two weeks apart for pest control for a bedroom and living room in our house. We chose to use Spider Man Pest Control services this time because the cost estimate was a lot cheaper than other pest control service companies. The Spider Man Pest Control service employee arrived alone on the first scheduled day of service and told us to stay outside the house while he sprayed indoors. This not unusual as we have had pesticide treatment in the past from another company and have been told to wait outside during treatment. What was unusual was that he stayed indoors for ONE AND HALF HOURS to spray one bedroom and a living room. I even began knocking on the back door asking why it’s taking so long. I discovered a few days later that HE HAD STOLEN ALL OF MY FINE JEWELRY AND A JAR OF RARE COINS. I found my jewelry boxes and were completely emptied out. The following morning, I immediately contacted the company and spoke with the office manager, Cindy, and told her what had happened. She denied everything and said that he couldn't have stolen anything because he was ex-military. I told her that I would be filing a Police Report and she told me that that wouldn't matter since the owner is "good friends" with the Police Dept. Furthermore, after the first spray I had called them 3 days later and told them the first spray did nothing for the bugs and wanted to cancel the follow up appointment. I had paid them $757 in full on the first appointment. I asked them to return half of the amount paid and was left a voicemail message from the office manager and spoke with the male office staff who informed me that they would be sending me a $200 refund. After a few days, I called the owner, Warren Remmey, and told him about the theft incident. He responded with a cocky attitude and denied anything was stolen and went further to say that he would not be refunding me anything. No other company staff or owner were present when the incident occurred. Still grieving from the loss of my precious gifts given to me, family heirlooms and rare coins collected during my lifetime and left with an ongoing pest infestation.

The technician was on time. He was fast and efficient. He didn't inquire at all about any problems we were having or tell me about anything he had noticed. I wanted a new company to provide regular service so I scheduled a single service before I sign a contract. When the technician gave me the bill it was substantially more than the number I had been quoted even for the one time service! If I could get a service where the same person was guaranteed for each visit, showed an interest in what I have observed and explained what we could do better to keep our house bug free, I would sign up in a heartbeat. This is our third attempt here in San Antonio. No luck yet.

Very well! We only see an occasional dead roach or spider or other bug. Never live ones. Thank god. They are disgusting. We have had this company as our pest control for the past three years every two months. It is less expensive to do it every two months.In addition they use a product that does not hurt our dogs. When we first moved into our house we had two scorpions in our house within a month before we called this company. No scorpions either after we had this company company over. They are always courteous and professional. We are very pleased with them.

Spider Man Pest Control has notified us when our quarterly service was due and their representative showed up on time to do they work. He even uses shoe covers to make sure he does not bring in unwanted dirt or yard debris. Occasionally we see a roach after rainstorms and they quickly come out to treat any areas where roaches have been seen. We are very proud to recommend Spider Man Pest Control

We have had a contract for service with Spider Man Pest Control for a number or years. Our service technician's name is James. He's truly an expert at professionally treating our home for insects of all kinds. He dresses very professionally and he even uses shoe booties so that he does not leave a trace in our home. The technicians have always been professional, prompt, and knowledgeable. Many times they have had to wait for me to come from the office to meet them. They are always cheerful and get right to work. The office personal are equally professional and helpful. I have always bee extremely satisfied with their work.

Spider Man Pest Control can handle a lot of different pests.

My most recent service was for my annual inspection for Termite control. As always the technician was on time, very nice and friendly and checked everywhere inside and outside my home. I have been a satisfied customer since 1989 and refer people to Spiderman Pest control whenever asked.

As for results, only time will tell.

We have used Spiderman Pest Control Services for the last five years. As usual, our exterminator was right on time. The dispatcher gives a two-hour window for arrival,but they have never arrived more than an hour past the beginning of that window. The techs are sensitive to the fact we have pets and use chemicals that won't harm them. They always ask about any specific pest problems we're having so they can target sugar ants or roaches or whatever we've been seeing. The work is completed efficiently, and the quarterly service is reasonably priced. The company is very good about reminding us when we are due for service by sending postcards and calling, and we've never had a problem getting appointments at times we can be home. We used a chain company for many years but ultimately gave them up due to continually rising costs and bad attitude from the techs. We deliberately chose a smaller company this time in hopes of getting better service. Spiderman does not disappoint!

Was bit by Brown Recluse spider in my home, so got onto Angie's List and started calling companies. They were at me house within 2 days to inspect and make a recommendation - that cost $85, but was applied to my bill when the service tech came. I live in Seguin, so the office very good about letting me know when he would arrive.

I called around for estimates and although I gave a good description of what and where I thought the problem areas were, Spiderman Pest Control was the only contractor that actually came out to inspect the trees. Because their estimate was in line with the others I'd gotten and because they were so professional to deal with, I ended up hiring them. They came out on the date and time as promised. Hopefully, this will help the trees in my yard. They're very pleasant to deal with and I would not hesitate to recommend and/or use them again.

We hired Spiderman to do quarterly pest control. We are so happy we chose Spiderman. The experience was great from beginning to end. The customer service staff was friendly and knowledgeable and took a great amount of time answering all of my questions and concerns. Our technician, Joe, arrived on time. He was neat, well groomed, and very, very friendly. We walked around my home and discussed issues. He took time to explain what he was doing and why. He also took the time to answer all of my questions and conerns about safety issues concerning the children and pets. I was also pleased with the amount of time spent treating my house. He wasn't just in and out. He really took his time and done a great job! We are very pleased with the service and quality of work!!

They tried their best but we didn't successfully catch the mouse that was around. They came twice a week to checkout and everything. I don't know what else they could have done humanly. It was four to six visits. They brought everything to board the trap. There were a few times when they had to call and change when they had to come. They were professional. I would use them in the future other than catching rodents.

Everything worked out great. Pest control is excellent. Critter control is good. Ernest deserves special recognition for his dedication and loyalty not only to Spiderman, but to all of his customers.

Overall experience was good and the treatment effectively took care of my insect problems. I have seen a few silverfish but a lot less than before treatment.

I moved into a rental property to find it infested with cockroaches, silverfish, spiders, wasps, and millipedes! I was scheduled within 2 days and all service agreements were explained adequately at the time of booking. Exterminator Agent was very professional and knowledgeable. Was able to get spray around my belongings and under sofas etc with a minimum inconvenience to move things. Went back and treated cracks and crevices with additional small fumigation tool. Was able to treat whole house with the pets here. Outside spray treated the full garage and perimeter including up the walls of the doors and windows for additional protection. Spray treated wasp areas. Generously treated the perimeter with granules especially around possible areas of entry. Used cranny fumigation tool on cracks and crevices outside also, paying special attention to where the air conditioner lines enter the house and where the joints are. He gave me additional advice for how to care for pests if they occur around my vegetable garden at no additional charge. I signed up for the quarterly service since Texas mandates that treatments must be biodegradable within 90 days (according to the booking agent). I am very impressed with the services received and the price. Thanks, Spiderman!

Their pest control methods are very effective. They are very responsive and their price is fair. They really work well with me. The technician who comes out to do the job is very good. I would rate them high overall. I would continue to use their services in the future.
