Description of Work: Pat is the gold standard in excellence. I live in Ca., but inherited my fathers home in San Antonio. She has been invaluable in helping me find contractors to do much needed updating. In every case, she hunted to find bids that were reasonable, but with quality workmanship. She has gone out of her way to help so many times, I am embarrassed. The house has been sold and closing in a few days,with all thanks to her.Trust is a big issue when you can't be there to oversee. |

Description of Work: We chose Pat Sankey, when we needed to sell our home in Texas due to a job relocation. Pat was professional from from all aspects. She was familiar with the relocation process and made the whole selling experience a breeze.

Description of Work: Basically this business was a real estate agency. The staff that I dealt with was awesome. Unfortunately, I had to change realtors because I have/had a deadline to meet for moving to the west coast. I was charged $500 for a "termination of listing" that was in the contract page 4. I never had to pay for a termination of listing-on all of my contracts there was never a fee attached. I never thought of checking, I guess because I trusted my agent by doing the right thing. My agent said that she was not holding me "hostage" (her words-her text). But basically if I wanted my listing terminated-I had to pay her the $500.00. My advice to all people looking for a real estate agent to represent them-go through all of your paper work first and if you find a fee-then don't use the agent. I have had a few agents tell me that usually if the agent cant fulfill the contract listing (selling a home), then they (the agent) would let you go without any charge-but unfortunately, this was "after the fact"! If they are making money for marketing homes (buying and selling)-then that is not an issue. With them, the issue is whether the client is happy or frustrated with the agents services. So my point is, before signing any contracts or paperwork with a potential real estate agent-be very aware of any "paragraphs" that have a fee attached to it. Another point is, if you are not in a rush to move-then by all means take your time selling. If you have a deadline to meet and the selling is not moving, then get another realtor to fulfill your needs-but check for any fee attachments! This was the first time that this has ever happened to me and trust me it will be the last. I needed to let you all out there know about my experience! Best of luck with your move.

Description of Work: My family is relocating to the San Antonio area and Pat Sankey with Keller Williams Legacy is our agent of choice. She is a true professional. Spending so many hours working with us to ensure that we are educated on the areas in which we might want to live and not familiar with the area. She has been incredibly helpful in showing us things like what taxes to expect in which areas. This is the sort of information that an agent should be forthcoming without having to even inquire about ! This lady has spent whole days with us trying to decide upon areas which we might want to concentrate our efforts. While we are still in North Texas until we can secure employment in San Antonio, Pat has been in constant contact with us throughout this process and that is very, very much appreciated. We cannot say enough about the effort put forth for us by Pat Sankey. She is the best agent that we have ever dealt with.
