Description of Work: I only rate after years have passed and I KNOW companies stand behind their work. San Antonio Air Service Experts, who installed new units at my house in 2012, follow through on their work. I have an annual service contract with them. Recently, a leak developed in ceiling. At time of semi-annual inspection, I called it to their attention. The work was complicated because my house is old and quirky. However, the first crew who repaired it did that repair incorrectly. The a/c was not draining right. When I complained, they sent a lead repairman. Problem was diagnosed and fixed at no charge. This second crew of Lead Jose and helper Joe worked very hard during one of THE hottest days of the year until they found exactly what went wrong. Joe had to get on hands and knees in dirty crawl space and Jose was sweating in the attic!! They resolved the issue. I'll continue my maintenance with the company.

Description of Work: Had a appointment for service on two units between 12 and 2 pm today and no one showed up . I had to call and find out what happen ,that's when I was told Simone should have call me ! Repair guy finally showed at 340 0pm and was unable to finish . I am still waiting on a call back to reschedule .

Description of Work: I pay for maintenance service and they come in April and November. They change out the filters, the anti-bacterial light, and clean the condenser as well as checking the levels for coolant and voltages on start up capacitors. Have used them for 12 years. Great Service.

Description of Work: They fixed the air conditioner compressor and then did a thorough check in the attic, identifying potential heating dangers.

Description of Work: They were doing a bi annual service on two of our heating and air conditioning units. The service was okay. We did not renew the contract.

Description of Work: I called the company before 9:30am They were able to schedule a technicians arrival between noon and 2pm the same day. The company called around 12:15pm to say a technician was on his way. He arrived within about 20 min thereafter. He found our problem with our furnace, showed us the defective part. Let us know how much it would cost for parts and labor. He let us know about any discounts that might be available. He was professional throughout the entire service call. He worked quickly but didn't rush. We are very happy to have found the company and intend to do business with them again.

Description of Work: My a/c is not working - outside unit is not running/inside unit is so I called the company at 330pm since they were ranked 2nd on Angie's list. I was told someone would call me back in 2 hours with an ETA. It is now 9:00pm and I am still waiting for a call. I phoned the company back and was told the technicians usually stop working @ 7pm. WOW!!!!!
