Wow! Highly recommend this company. When our 25 year old AC unit bit the dust, their service tech confirmed we needed a replacement unit. After the service tech gave us his evaluation we met with sales rep. Mike who took lots of time to explain many options and recommendations. He visited with us a long time (after normal working hours) and answered all our questions. The prices were very reasonable and we felt very confident in our decision. After making our decision, they initiated financing and scheduled the install all within a 24 hour period. Super fast, super easy and we are super happy. The install crew was awesome! Ralph, Charlie and Will are very experienced, very professional and just great people to work with. We will never use anyone else.

They were very good. I would not recommend them because the cost on heating was too high but the price on repair was not. Pricing can be very high compared to other places to repair an unit. They came out right away. They were very available and good.

All work done when scheduled, work was tested and technicians cleaned everything at the end of the job. Very professional. Great job.

Most people do not understand how heating and cooling systems work. It's quite easy to be taken advantage of if you don't or know anyone that does. Car mechanics have a bad reputation. AC techs are even worse in my opinion. Especially when the techs get a percent of the billing which I am led to believe is the case here from a conversation with their second technician after he tried justifying the high prices to afford his tools. Maybe they just have a high hourly rate but I didn't get that impression from it. First tech said he couldn't diagnose our system because it was frozen inside the evaporator coils. They would have to come back tomorrow. They could have just turned on the furnace and the pump would dispose of the water. He didn't even try. The system was already off for several hours. They charged us for the visit and said another tech will come out the next day, to which he was of course several hours late. Next tech was even worse. He said he couldn't put a gauge on my line since it was raining. I couldn't believe it. He used his freon leak detecting wand inside and just hovered it over my evaporator coil box while it was closed. That's not how you find a freon leak, yet he wanted to bill me again for finding a leak. Evaporator coils are not a small part yet he wanted to just replace the entire thing despite never taking off the door, never using his wand to find the general location of the leak and then using leak detector fluid to pinpoint the location. This is how you find a leak in order to fix it. Most likely it will be at the txv valve, which can be replaced by itself(or even just the weld) and not the entire coil, thus saving you a huge amount of money. This company will also continue to call you, even after you refuse their suggested work. They will call and act like you have an appointment setup for maintenance on your system, despite never signing up for such an event. They will even tell you the date that it is setup for, like someone in your household arranged it. If you have more than one person living in your household, this can be quite confusing. I would have forgotten all about writing this review if it wasn't for that phone call.

Tech told me I was low in freon (I wasn't) quoted a price on a capacitor which was the wrong one, Said my coil was beyond repair (once again it was not). Called a salesman over who quoted me a price of 14k to replace my system and wrote none of the information of which systems he recommended and when I called him the next day had no idea what systems he had recommended, which, I think after a quote of 14k I think he'd have recalled only 8 hours later. I called another company for a second opinion (Texas Air Repair) and I didn't show the repair invoice from SA air until he had inspected the system he showed me the freon readout which was fine, showed me the part # from my original unit and reviewed the coil info in the attic. I went with SA Air as the unit had been purchased from an earlier company that had been bought out by them and I had trusted the earlier owner of my house and figured he knew what he was doing. I didn't give a failing grade as they did come out quickly and did not charge me for the service call, I guess they figured they'd make that up with a new system installed. I now know how important second opinions are.

Ken acknowledged that the quote I faxed had been in our file for over six months, they just never bothered to respond to my questions in December. Ken told me he could quote a new unit but would not match the price or do anything about the fact that we had clearly overpaid. The most they will do is fix the pad that that should have been corrected before the last two units were installed. In the last 16 years they have replaced all three air conditioner/heat pump systems in our house, and this was the second time this unit had been replaced by them. We have also hired them each year to clean and maintain the units. He said the letter requesting warranty payment was just a mistake but acknowledged they had done nothing to notify customers who had paid for warranties that the letter was sent in error. I don't like being overcharged. I don't like working with a company that doesn't value me as a customer. I don't know if I will use them going forward since we have been overcharged and ignored in the last year and a half.

Great, Marcos came and did a through inspection. Found an issue with one of our units, resolved with a recharge. Our units are old, we asked for an estimate on new system from same company.

In 2006 or 2007 I had them replace my entire HVAC system, and I have used them for both repairs and checkups since then. Everything went fine;the repair men have always been, prompt, professional, attentive and did a good job, they really seemed to care abut their work. during the fall check up of 2012 I was offered a yearly service insurance program, which I though was a good deal and signed up for. I set it up to be paid automatically by monthly drafts from my bank account. This program included both the yearly check up?s and a discount on parts and labor for future repairs. I was led to believe that this insurance program would be automatically renewed each year until I cancelled it. Normally the company had always contacted me by both a postcard and a phone call to remind me it was time for a checkup which i appreciated. However at the start of 2014 I noticed on my bank statement that the automatic withdraw covering their program had stopped and since then no one from their office has ever contacted me to inform me that I was either no longer in the program or the program was no longer offered. they just seemed to drop off the planet. Bottom line, since the spring 2013 check up I have not been contacted by them either by phone, e-mail or postal card, essentially I have not heard from them since spring 2013 and consequently I have signed up with another company for my annual check ups.

They did a great job correcting our air issue. They were very professional. They found issues with each vent. They also installed dampers in many of the rooms that we had issues. It was a team one up in the attic one in the house.

They called me to set up the appointment and were able to fit me in right away.

They were as described above. I received $1,000 from Lenox and more than $3,000 from CPS. I fully recommend and trust SA Experts. They called to check on everything at each step and returned calls promptly.

We were very satisfied with the entire process. We listened to three companies bid for the job and ended up with Service Experts. This company had been doing our regular heating and AC service and we knew we could depend on that aspect. They also however gave us the best quote on pricing. Installation went smoothly except for start. Service Experts had to wait for Lennox warehouse to find our order on the morning of the install and eventually ended up getting us an upgraded system at no extra charge to us. Needless to say, that was the frosting on the cake for this review. I think we saved around $3300 on this system. Salesman also submitted all paper work for all rebates for us?$600 from Lennox and $600 credit from City Public Service.

Ruben checked the operation, cleaned the carbon buildup, and made sure there was no carbon monoxide being released. He was very prompt, professional and answered all my questions. I purchased the prepaid maintenance package (a spring and fall check on both units) and feel it was a good value.

Technician, Marcos, arrived on time as scheduled and did a general survey of the units before starting. He was very professional and explained what he would be doing in detail. He completed the job in adequate time and reviewed his written inspection list with us before leaving.

We will never use hem again. The tech insinuated that we'd had had unlicensed work done and he was obligated to urn off our system by his supervisor because of potential hazard. Italy untrue. We had all documentation and permits. We haven't allowed them on our property since, and have been very happy with another service company who came right out that same day to fix our system.

I buy a service thing with them. I am very happy with them. They are very punctual, they will be here when they say they will be or they call. They seem to be very efficient. I have not had a problem so apparently they are doing what they are supposed to be doing. The people are very courteous they seem they seem to like their job. They are efficient they don't waste a lot of time but they aren't so much in a hurry they you feel like you are being rushed.

We have used them for past 8 years. We have a maintenance contract with them. Their service has always been good and they've always been punctual. Their representatives always wear paper booties over their shoes and are courteous.

It was done under a service that we pay for and then they'll come again in the fall to check the heating system. If you have a problem during the year they will come right out and service it. We were also under warranty for an air conditioner with them. Their punctuality was very good.

They have always been a good company and I like that their technicians cover their shoes with booties.

The service has been good. The price was on the high side. they did a very good job and the product is very good. They are very dependable and show up exactly when they said they will.

After moving into our new home we noticed the upstairs rooms were really hot so I figured it was a problem with the insulation or leaky air ducts. So I bought the big deal for air duct inspection and sealing. He took a look and didn't really see any big areas of leakage but when I pointed one out to him he said yeah maybe and sealed it anyway. He then preceded to seal all the joint in case of future leaks. He then proceeded to inform me of my lack of insulation in the attic and and said maybe the ducts were just too small for this size of house. Told me we could benefit from attic fans and a lot more insulation and radiant barrier. It all sounded good and when we have more money to fix it all we will consider them for these projects. The guy was very friendly and very informative and offered different options for payments if we were willing to get it done soon. He wore little booties as to not get my floors dirty so that was a plus and a sign of good work ethic to me. overall pretty good experience although it really didn't fix the problem. At least I know what the problems are now.

The other company went up into the attic whereas Service Experts did not. I think they should have actually taken the time to go up into the attic. They were very responsive.

Today's visit was merely the semi-annual system check of two AC units. A rep called yesterday and stated that my AC system check (for which I'd previously purchased a contract) was due. I asked what times they had open, and this morning's time was available and I booked it. The window was 8 to 10 AM. I received a call before 8:30 telling me a technician was on the way. He arrived before 9 and completed the work by 10:30 or so. Fast, clean, competent. What more can I ask?

From start to finish, a good company. They were on time, and professional. All prices came directly out of a quote book... No salesman razzle-dazzle. What you see is what you get (or pay). Very honest approach.
