I got three different estimates and they were all about the same. They said they would do it and they would also put a heat shield over the attic access. They came out on time and did all of the work. I had to call them because they didn't do one area. They came back out and did it.

I liked their approach to tackling the project. Everything went pretty well. I had to have them come back a couple times after installation just to tweak some things, but I was generally happy with the service I received. Everything has ran fine since. They followed up with their contractual services at 6 months which I was satisfied with as well.

marcos, the technican was vbery professional and seem to be knowledgable of his field. hard to tell if i'm getting good value as he quoted from their company's price list for the part he installed. at least i have a ninety day warranty if anything goes wrong with my a/c units. should see my house throught the dog days of summer, which can be brutal in san antonio.

I've been really happy with them. I liked them a lot. I spoke with 2 guys about this company and they both said positive things. I thought they were honest and they just seemed to know what they were doing.

On a Saturday evening, our A/C stopped working. After viewing on their website that they did 24 hour emergency service, I called them to come out. That was at 8 pm. The person on the other side said they would page Thomas to come out and that he would call before coming. At 10:30 pm I called to see where he was. The lady said she would page him right then and have him call us to give us an estimate on when he would be here. I never heard from him. I called the company again at 11:15 am and they acted like they had no idea why he did not come. After noon, he finally came and wanted to charge over $120 for freon. We all know that you can buy freon for $7 per pound. He also wanted over $500 to replace a simple fan. I'll do it myself for $50. Bottom line, if you have an emergency and want someone to come out, don't call this company.

We called SA Air on Monday and got an appointment for Thursday. We were very pleased. He arrived promptly and stayed until everything was completed to his satisfaction. The service technician was very detail oriented and efficient. He took time to check everything carefully and kept us informed of his findings.

Tawny called and told my husband we couldn't use the coupon. When I spoke to her she said my semi-annual appointment was for cleaning, not a performance check, so I couldn't use the coupon. I asked her to double check, since they were coming out to check and clean the system. I received 2 phone messages after that referring to my appointment as a system performance check, but meanwhile, my husband was told they would not honor their online coupon. We have spent several thousand dollars in replacing units, repairs, purchasing warranties, and maintenance from this company. The rates they quoted us for checking and cleaning the system are very high compared to other companies, and higher than other people on Angie's list say they paid. SA AC wouldn't honor their own coupon. We canceled our appointment. It seems once we bought warranties from them, which were quite expensive, their maintenance costs went up, and their promptness and cooperation declined.

I thought that they responded fast and it was during a time when we were getting a lot of rain. The price was very good and fair, and I thought they got the job done fast.

The people at San Antonio Air Conditioning were very polite. They put plastic covers on their shoes before entering my home. They were very professional and timely. I would recommend them.

They gave us an estimate on Friday, and did the work on Monday. They had two crews working to get the work done in one day. They were careful, and laid plastic down to protect our carpet.

The man was very honest, describing what was wrong with the duct work, and recommending part of it be replaced. When I told him another company would do all the duct work for a certain price, he told me that that was a good price, and that I should go with them. Honesty was appreciated.

Metro-Tech always calls us before coming out, and we consider them very professional. The last time they came, our air conditioning didn't need any Freon since they had put some in the time before. They are polite and always provide us with a report.

The service men check everything over very thoroughly to ensure everything is working properly. The fall maintenance check went great and we are always pleased with the service mans punctual, polite manner. We have used them for many years and will call them anytime we have a concern about our heat or air conditioner.

Metro-Tech Service Company did a great job of working with us. They were able to find us a heating and air conditioning unit that fit our budget and also that would work for our large house. It has really saved us on our utility costs. I felt that they worked very quickly as they were able to have it up and running in less than a day.

THIS COMPANY WAS AWESOME. THIS WAS A MAJOR REPAIR, AND WE HAD BEEN HAVING TROUBLE WITH THIS UNIT ON SEVERAL DIFFERENT OCCASIONS. THIS COMPANY WAS PROFESSIONAL IN EVERY WAY. THEY WERE AT OUR HOUSE FOR THE ENTIRE DAY AND INTO THE EVENING. THEY HAD SEVERAL PEOPLE COME OUT TO WORK ON THE JOB. EACH ONE WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE REPAIRMEN WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE AND HELPFUL. THE UNIT THAT THEY SOLD TO US AND INSTALLED HAS BEEN A QUALITY PRODUCT. I WOULD DEFINITELY HIRE THEM AGAIN FOR ANOTHER JOB.

THIS WAS A GREAT EXPERIENCE. JOHN(MANAGER) WAS EXCEPTIONAL AS HE SENT OVER A GREAT TECHNICIAN. MARK QUICKLY FIGURED OUT THAT SOMEHOW, MY UNIT HAD TRIGGERED THE PRESSURE SWITCH. HE RECOMMENDED THAT I CLEAN OUT THE COMPRESSOR AND HE RECHARGED MY COOLANT. ALL IN LESS THAN 40 MINUTES! I CAN NOW SAY THAT I HAVE AN AC COMPANY FOR GOOD.
