Description of Work: Very satisfied with this company. Pleasant and helpful on the phone. They installed a new a/c unit in my rental unit. The work was performed well, and my tenant is very pleased(and cool). They were responsive afterwards also. My tenant called to tell me that the new unit had stopped working. I called the company, and they sent someone out that same day. The new unit was filled with dryer lint. They cleaned it out and made sure the unit was working properly. They let my tenant know there was a problem with her dryer, which she had fixed. No further problems.

Description of Work: We had been without A/C for almost 24 hours, and called SA Specialties first thing Monday morning, after calling another provider that couldn't make it until between 5 and 8 PM. They estimated arrival between 10 and 2 PM, and arrived around 1030. Knowledgable technician, friendly, and efficient. I will definitely use their services again!

Description of Work: I questions why the price was so good as other companies were quoting $5-6,000 to change out my heating and A/C system. I checked the BBB, Angies list and decided to go with SA. An experience that could have been a horror show was a great experience. They were on time, professional, polite did the job of a total change out in one day, topped off the insulation in the attic and passed the inspection by the City of Leon Valley with flying colors. I could not be happier with my experience and assume their excellent prices must be due to buying in volumn and passing the savings on to the customers.

Description of Work: I purchased a complete new Carrier Home unit from San Antonio Specialties for $3600, an extremely good price. They were excellent to deal with. They were always on time, courteous and efficient. When a small problem developed a few days after installation, they promptly sent a technician out to correct it. As agreed, about a month after installation they again sent a technician out to check everything to be sure it was functioning correctly. I will not hesitate to use them again when the occasion arises.

Description of Work: They installed a Lennox heater/ airconditioner unit after our's stopped working. They came out within 3 days of giving us the estimate and did the work in under 5 hours! The employees were professional and polite and answered all of our questions patiently! We also were given the best price after getting 4 quotes and received a $800 CPS rebate along with a $300 tax credit, something that the other companies did not offer unless we purchased another much more expensive unit than we did with SA Specialties! We learned about them when they were an exhibitor at the San Antonio Home and Garden show and then checked Angie's List for their rating which we were glad to see was A+ ! We will recommend them to others, they were the best!

Description of Work: Complete changeout of AC/Heating system. Installed a Trane XR-13..The service people were very professional and job was completed in about 4hrs. System working great, glad I had it done before this hot, hot weather sat in. Would recommend this company.
