Description of Work: We had four companies quote on a new air conditioning/heating system for our home. They were the lowest price and did a great job. They were the only ones that told us our home does not need a 5 ton system. They sold us the correct system for our home.

Description of Work: Complete change out of Air Conditioner Unit (was 15 yrs old),and propane gas furnace, provided @ least 7 inches of blown in attic insulation on a 1400 sq ft home, plus did some extra things like replace breaker box that was old, removed an attic fan to gain access to the attic for the insulation. Very knowledgeable and very professional and extremely nice. The price included 10 years manufacturer warranty on the unit, 10 years labor on the unit to replace parts, and a 10 year premium preventive warranty which means that they come out twice per year and check the system.

Description of Work: Well, overall they did a fantastic job although we did go through a few hiccups. First, they should really train their sales guys to the next level. Their estimater came by and I explained exactly what I wanted and I did make is clear that my house was not built in the San Antonio city limits so that the install and new code requirements were a concern to me. He told me that I would need a pull down ladder since I did not have one (there was no room). He took measurements and gave me an estimate based on what I needed. I had asked for a 16 SEER 4 ton unit (Lennox). He said not problem and was about $800 cheaper than the other 2 estimates I had. What happened on July 21 sent me through the roof, apparently his measurements were off and the unit I wanted did not fit!! I ended up with a 15.5 SEER instead. I was surprised that the manager did call and make it right my discounting the price to where I was okay with the lower price. One thing I did have to do on my own was to go down to the city and explain there was no room for a pull down ladder and if any were added, it would be non-functional. I was given a waiver for that. Unfortunately, the city inspector failed by first inspection for no platform in front of the until. The company had to send out a carpentar to put one in (more time of from work) and I had to wait all day again for the city inspector. All in all the company tried to make it right and the system itself and install crew was great. Because of my house and the way it was built had exinuating circumstances caused me a few headaches that should have been addressed with the intial sales estimater. I would use this company again and have given family and friends good recommendation for their service.

Description of Work: SA Services provided 2 new Trane AC units in Aug of 2013. They were on time and only had a couple of minor installation hiccups. We like to keep an eye on any major installation and we caught a couple of items. Price was about lowest quoted. They originally said I would be able to get a $300 tax credit, but they found out that we could not. They then reduced our cost by $300! They have returned a couple of times to fix one of the units as well as do a summer checkup. Very please with response from company.

Description of Work: They were to blow in insulation, which they did. When sold the job we were informed that it would take only an hour or two. It took all day since their truck blower was broken and they had to use a little unit run by what appeared to be a lawnmower type engine. More importantly, the material was applied in a very "sloppy" manner. It took multiple calls tp get someone to come out and clean up.

Description of Work: SA replaced my 17 year old heat pump A/C system with a new 3.5 ton system, inside an out. I am very pleased with every aspect of the install. They arrived on time, protected our floor and left no mess. The salesman Mike Dines did a great job of determining our system requirements. We got a slightly larger system then before and he saved us $1500 over the lowest of the other three estimates for the same exact system. Rose at the office got our CPS rebate paper work out to us in record time.

Description of Work: They installed a new heat pump system. Did I appreciate the service and value? I just went through a serious cost comparison and then recommended my aunt (who lives in New Braunfels) use them to replace her system. The did the work last week and she is pleased as well.

From the first meeting with Vickie Barnett who sold us the system and was most generous with her time, to the men who installed the system who worked very hard in cramped space, I was very sattisfied with the whole project !!!
