Description of Work: Replaced split system ac unit. May be too soon to rate. On the day of installation the "mother board" was bad so that was replaced when the unit wouldn't start. Now, 4 days later the system is not communicating with the outside unit and I have the repair tech here trying to fix. I am giving them a B rating because I'm not sure how I feel about purchasing the high end Lennox and having problems this soon! Employees are very kind and seem very knowledgeable - but I need the ac to function. Will update this as we go along.

Description of Work: SA Specialists replaced both HVAC units in our home. It started with an excellent estimating experience from David. He knew his "stuff" and clearly listed the items for the contract. Work was scheduled and completed at the time committed and all the work was done well and clean-up after. The units are working great (we've used both heating and cooling) and we're happy. The office staff filled out all the paperwork for the warranty and rebates and sent it to us. Good job and we'd use them again.

Description of Work: They installed 3 complete turnkey lennox XC25 systems. These are the top of the line Lennox systems and they have been working very well. I waited this long to rate them because they gave a 5 year check up on the systems. They have responded very well on this part of their contract. The systems also included UV allergy lights and Aprilaire whole house filters. Our electric bill over the last year was decreased by $1500 and we don't seem to have as many allergy problems as in the past. I would recommend both SA Specialties and Lennox to everyone. We used there Houston location.

Description of Work: Replaced a 3.5 ton exterior a/c unit and a 2 ton exterior a/c unit after both were destroyed by a reckless driver. I also had one of the interior units (coil and furnace) replaced. They had to run exterior lines from the new compressors into the attic. All work was done in one day, and they were able to get to me the day after I met with the technician. It was an all-around good experience.

Description of Work: Excellent experience. My heating unit stopped working on New Year's Day (2015) so I contacted SA. specialties for emergency service since the temperature today is 41 degrees FT. Rose Mary responded to my call, took my information and was very pleasant and courteous. The service technician that responded was Mike and he was very professional and courteous. His response time met my expectations, he assessed my situation telephonically and arrived punctually. He was not able to resolve the issue but he did appear to perform an adequate amount of troubleshooting and determined the issue to be a board failure at my outside unit. He stated that he would defer this to the service manager (Jim) pricing and availability and I will be contacted by Jim in the morning. So far, I am very satisfied with this company. I liked that Mike arrived in a service vehicle with visible signage and that he wore shoe covers in my home throughout the process without me having to ask him too (always my preference). I will continue to use this company for my HVAC needs and recommend them to my family and friends.

Description of Work: They replaced my AC unit. The installation went well and the unit works well. They could make some improvements on clean up though. Debris from attic insulation was left on floors and they left dirty marks on the walls. They were prompt with getting me the parts warranty and filling out the paperwork for CPS reimbursement. |I purchased the extended labor warranty and wasn't informed that there would be a deductible for each call at the time of purchase. Was upset to see this when I received this warranty.
