Description of Work: I needed/wanted to have all of my equipment changed out...inside and outside unit for upstairs and downstairs. SA Specialties refused to even come out and give me an estimate, saying that my little city just outside of Houston, had permitting requirements that were too onerous.

Description of Work: I was looking for an AC company to replace my unit. There are so many "bad" ones that I used Angie's list to find a company. After reading many reviews, I decided on SA Specialties. Doug came out to my house when he said he would. He found out my existing problem with our AC and explained what was going on. He offered a solutions that fit by budget and the installers Ray and Johnathan were very professional, on time, cleaned up after themselves and went over the new system to make sure I had no questions. I would suggest SA Specialties to anyone looking for an Honest and Dependable company to replace your AC.

Description of Work: Replaced and installed new 3.5 ton HVAC unit including an additional return vent. Sales experience was excellent, price for unit was very competitive. Quality of install was the issue; install appeared fine until 4 weeks post where return ductwork had separated from the return side of unit. Needed to have them come out to repair and needed couple of days for availability. Issue was addressed professionally.
