It's hard to describe just how pleased I am with the install. The SA Specialties team worked as a team. They arrived on time and rapidly removed the old equipment. During the de-install, they blew in the equivalent of an R-19 in my attic. Another technician prepared the new equipment while the de-install and insulation was ongoing. After the de-install and the insulation, the technicians got to work on the heat pump and air handler. They explained each step of the process before they did the work, and they also explained how to operate the new system controls. The entire job took about 4.5 hours. During the install, the salesman who sold me the system came by to check how things were going. That was unique because most of the time around here, you'll never see the sales person again. He described the future delivery of additional paperwork for the purchase and rebates. Normally, I wouldn't write an assessment of a large purchase before observing it for at least a few months. I highly recommend SA Specialties.They did a great job (so far) for a very fair price. My only argument was, some of the blown in insulation got on my carpet. In all fairness, it was a very crowded room the technicians were working in, and it was probably unavoidable.

Crew showed up on time and preformed tear out and installation proffessionally. Unit did not preform well that first day so the technitian came out and made adjustment and unit is working perfectly. Very good response to calls and inquires. Salesman would alway call us right back even after the sale.

My experience turned out fine with them. I was very impressed with their responsive to my initial call. They were very helpful in arranging this upgrade through American home shield. The crew worked very hard the day of the installation. My new system has been a huge upgrade from what I used to have. I would use this company again. They were very easy to work with and sent several guys out to get the job done fast.

Made appointment and they arrived on time. They had issues getting into attic but they did what they had to to get the new coil in the attic. Fast, clean ( no residue left behind) . Helpful to get rebates.

I had gotten 2 other bids for job and this was significant lower and included the warranty. I can't say enough good things about their work except it was a good experience from the sales people, the installers and the support from their management.

They had an ad in the paper with coupon fr complete AC and Heater change out. $3770.00. Looked them up on Angies list and BBB. Looked good! Called and they came out , looked, said no problem. Came out next day and did the job! I,m impressed!

Professional company, installers were quick but through and cleaned up area when work complete. Had to re-wire to properly install the condensor unit and they did a great job. We appreciate their flexibility to resolve the issue with the home warranty company and upgrade us to the new refrigerent at significant savings compared to previous estimates I looked into for our other air conditioner a year ago. Thank you!!!

Sometime during the night the air conditioner stopped cooling although the fan kept running. I have a home warranty through American Home Shield and I called them, after going through all the 'numbers' drill that so many companies put you through I finnaly was given a number to request a work order. After entering the number for repair I get a message that all their opperators are busy and my call will be answered in the order recieved...then the recording told me it would be 20 minutes before I would be able to talk to someone. I hung up and called SA Specialties because I have delt with them before when i had a new heat pump installed and always found them to be fast and efficient. I was also concerned that they would send someone that didn't know the system. I had called American Home Shield last year and the guy that came out left a mess around the unit and put his greasy hands on the walls. When I called SA Specialties a real person answered the phone and I explained my situation and they scheduled an appointment between 10 and 2 and said that they would call when the tech was on the way. They called and told me the tech would be here between 10 and 11 and he showed up at 10:30 and was very professional in diagnosing the problem. I was impressed that he put covers on his shoes before walking into the house. He completed the job in about 40 minutes and then checked the temp of the air coming out of the register and checked the thermostat to make sure it was working. Great Job and no complaints. I would have paid an American Home Shield tech $75 and not know what I was getting so although I paid 185 if you deduct the 75 it would have cost me anyway it really only cost me $110 and I know the quality of the company. I was supposed to renew my home warranty in June but I've changed my mind because I will use only those services on Angie's list this way I kow what I'm getting.

The SA Specialities tech said that I needed a complete new system at a cost of $3,500. The other option was to replace the compressor and fan at a cost of $350 to me and who knows with to AHS while keeping the 22 year old outside condenser coils and rusted housing. Silly me, I thought that this was a rip off. I called AHS and got a "Cash in lieu of service" quote of $995.00. Super Cool delivered and installed an entire new YORK outside unit for a total cost of $1,005 installed! So I got an entire new outside 12 seer unit installed for $20.00! SA Specialities would have perferred to rip me off.

Overall I am disappointed they had to come back to the house three times; however, they were professional about it and eventually fixed the problem. American Home Shield covered all costs.

They were very efficient, friendly, and professional and offered a very good price.

They have been very good. They are extremely personable and are very responsive. If you call them, they do their best to be there that day. They are under American Home Shield and so I don?t know for sure what the cost would be. I think that their price is reasonable.

I had received several estimates from various insulation companies, and this company was a little higher than others. Still, SA Specialties offered a higher R-factor (R-38) rating overall (others were intent on just getting us to code...). After some initial misunderstandings between me, the salesman, and the installers, the issue was quickly cleared up by the owner of the company, Jason. I was impressed by his diligence and willingness to fix the issues. The installers were very hard workers, especially given the 100 degree heat. They cleaned up everything, were prompt, and very professional. The CPS rebate forms were sents promptly.

Our A/C just needed freon and a tune-up. For once, I was actually happy to have my home warranty bc the repair man said it would have cost me close to $260 and with my warranty, I paid $60. And my A/C has been running great since!!! I do feel that the man that came out did a great job and really checked everything over. He was very honest and upfront. I would consider using then again, even without my home warranty.

We've had to home improvements done recently and both times the sales person/estimator promised services and the workmen were not prepared and did not have the materials (EG) to insulate skylights and had to come back. I need a more specific list before to avoid confusion.

They were very thorough and did exactly what they said they would do. They were on time. We qualified for a rebate, and we received the rebate the day after the work was done - they were very proactive about that! We had some loose boards in the attic and they fixed those at no additional charge!
