Description of Work: I had a RotoRooter plumber to my condo and there was a plumbing issue that he spoke with my personal handyman about. The plumber indicated that he was going to cut through the living room walls to run the plumbing line and that would make it easy but would be more work for the wall guy (my handyman) and as he said "that will be good for you buddy". THAT is not the kind of work I want to be paying for.

 + -1 moreThey came the same day that I called them. I would advise anyone if you are using a coupon, do not mention it up front. I mentioned my coupon, but then when I found out that the gasket also needed replaced he said that he wouldn't charge any for labor if I waived the $30 coupon that I had. I didn't like that too much.
Description of Work: They replaced a wax seal on the toilet. Also, there was a gasket connecting the tank to the toilet that they replaced.

 + 1 moreI called the company at about 9 am, and the repairman came within 2 hours. The office called to let me know when the repairman was headed over to our house. The repairman was pleasant and professional. He seemed to be very thorough, routing out the line several times to be sure it was clear. He provided useful advice about how to avoid future drain clogs in the pipes of our our 30 year old home.
Description of Work: Our washing machine overflowed, so we called to have the obstruction cleared from the drain pipes. The serviceman spent about an hour routing out the drain line. He tested to be sure the line was clear by running and draining the washing machine, filling and draining the bath tub, kitchen sink, etc.

 + -1 moreRotor Rooter has a guarantee with every job they do, this summer they came to repair my commode and we had to call them back. I was very pleased with their service, as they are very quick to come when you call them. When they were here last we had to recall them due to a small problem and they came right out and fixed everything right up. I have used them a few times over the years and they are very efficient with fair prices.
Description of Work: During the summer I called Roto Rooter to look at my commode, as it would not stop running, they came out and replaced a part to fix the running water. This did not completely fix it so they returned to correct the problem.
