Description of Work: Early on a Sunday morning, we awoke to kitchen sink clogged and leaking. I placed a call to Roto-rooter and was greeted by a phone representative who was professional and reassuring. I was told that someone would be available within an hour. The plumber arrived in a timely manner, was professional, polite, and knowledgable. Our sink was repaired, area was cleaned, and recommendations for prevention were discussed. This is a company I would call again.
