Description of Work: Bubba rekeyed all the exterior locks in our new home, double and triple checking every key to make sure they were all fully functional. The most valuable discovery was that our house was set up for a master key which is illegal for residential homes, but appropriate for rental properties to allow managers and maintenance staff to enter a property. This meant that there were potentially several different keys able to open our home if we had not chosen to rekey our locks. A professional and thorough locksmith through and through.

Their prices are certainly not inexpensive but they are punctual and professional. They have previously replaced four or five locks and have come back to replace another than broke. This last trip was to replace a lock that I wanted that has no screws showing. They have been efficient on all jobs and, in spite of the price, I will likely use them on future lock problems.

Description of Work: We have a Sentry safe we have been unable to open for over a month, fustrated we looked on Angies list and found River City Lock. We printed the cupon, called and they said they'd be out the next day between 9-9:30. At 10:00 I called to see what the hold up was and they remembered us calling but forgot the time they quoted us. The said the technican would be out after he finished his current job. Showed up at noon and did a great job. Explained what we were doing wrong and watched as both my wife and I both took turns opening the safe. I was disappoinnted at the scheduling but very happy with the service. I would definitely recommend River City Lock.

Description of Work: Needed access to an inside door that had been locked inadvertedly and needed fast service. Sent a man within 20 minutes of our call who quickly and professionally unlocked the door and provided us with two keys for the future. All together, he was here for about 25 minutes and we were very pleased with the service and the professional attitude of the man.
