River City Lock completed the work in less than 10 minutes. In addition, River City Lock honored a coupon they had on Angie's List. My friend and I would recommend them for anyone looking for a locksmith.

 + -1 morecalled in said I had a mail box that I lost my key. Explained it was a group box in the neighborhood. I was given an estimate of 15.00 to 50.00. I said ok. The gentleman who came was very friendly but when I went to pay I was told $200.00 plus. I was shocked and told him so and he said the office must have misunderstood they would never have told me that amount.

Description of Work: had them re key all locks in house (5 doors), make 10 new keys, and repair a door lock that was not functioning.

 + -1 moreThey sent over their apprentice and what should have taken 30 minutes took him over and hour. Because of this, I was charged a higher price because they charged by the time spent. He did do a good job, just longer then expected.

After discussing the work required to replace the lock and repair the French door and discussing the options for lock hardware with me, he completed the work on both doors. I then examined the work with the technician.
Description of Work: Replaced a broken deadbolt lock on front door. Repaired a back French door which would not easily "catch" when closed.
