Bubba the technician came out before schedules time. Very professional and nice. He did a wonderful job, and would recommend him to all my friends. Kudos to you Bubba!!!!

It took two visits. Ian, the very talented and conscientious technician diagnosed the problem, talked to the customer service department at Baldwin Door Locks and gave me the correct part number to be ordered from Allen and Allen. After it arrived, I called River City Lock and Key and Ian returned to fix the door within two days. He took apart the apparatus and replaced the part efficiently. He was polite, friendly and very professional. I will always call this company when I need a locksmith.

Showed up when promised with less than one day's notice. Was polite, professional, and skilled. Bubba performed the work requested perfectly at the price quoted. The price was reasonable.

After finding River City Lock and Key on Angie's List, I called on 10-29 and spoke with Mike. He offered me several alternatives to choose from and took off $20 from the service call charge because of Angie's List. Mike then scheduled someone to come over the following day. Danny was very prompt, efficient and courteous and finished the job quickly. I had two locks each replaced on three different doors and am very happy with the outcome. I wouldn't hesitate to call River City Lock and Key in the future.

Everything went great - from the first phone contact to the technician changing the locks. I called late one afternoon and they came out the next morning. It cost a bit more than expected because one of my locks was broken, but the technician explained exactly what the options are and what he could do to fix it. The work was completed quickly and with a friendly attitude. They were respectful of my property. If I need a locksmith again, I'll certainly call River City again!

Closed on my new home May 8th. The owner gave us one key. That was it. Two different locks on the house, we get one key. Immediately, I pulled up my Angie's List app. River City Lock & Key was at the top. Prompt, courteous, effective. All four doors rekeyed. Cost was right. Service rocked. And the $20 off the service fee for being an Angie's List member was icing on the cake. I definitely recommend these guys. Peace of mind... priceless.

They answered the phone promptly, were courteous and efficient at setting an appointment the same day. The workman was considerate of my property, courteous and did his job professionally. He arrived in a vehicle marked with the company name and dressed in a uniform denoting the name of the company, so I felt safe with our security. The cost saws less than I expected.

I had emailed requesting their help. I received a response from Mike Jones nearly closing time, and received more messages there after. I was so pleased and hopeful that I could get my bike rack unlocked. Blake who assisted me was extremely helpful and friendly, he tried unlocking the locks, he wasn't able to. As I had suspected that it was likely that the locks would have to be saw off, he did that promptly . They had similar locks I purchased, then I was on my way. It only took 20-25 minutes! I am very impressed of the friendliness of this young man and Mike, the owner, who had been responding to my emails the night before. This place is now my locksmith!

I emailed this company - inquiring as to the cost of re-keying my house. I have yet to hear back from this company. If they cannot take the time to answer a question - I can only imagine what their work is like. ------------------UPDATE--------------------------- You were emailed via rivercitylock@satx.rr.com - not via Angie's List - on 16 April. I have still yet to hear back from my original email request.

I called him and he came right over and got it open in 10 minutes and made some blank keys for us. The only hang up was that he had to go back to the shop to get the blanks even thought I had told them on the phone that I need the new keys. In addition, I was quoted $74 but my bill came out to $94. I won't be using them again because of the high bill for 10 minutes of work.

These guys did a fantastic job. Arrived on schedule, very professional, and the price was reasonable. Highly recommend!!!1

The locksmith changed out two one-sided deadbolts for two double keyed deadbolts and installed one one-sided deadbolt. The company provided all three the locks and made sure they matched my existing hardware. He keyed the locks to one key. He also made a copy of a vehicle key. He was very polite and was very conscientious about cleaning up after.

Due to their willingness to help me out in my predicament and put my needs first . I will definitely use there business in the future and recommend them. I appreciated their concern and there customer service.

They were wonderful. He fixed the locks on 2 doors. I can not be more pleased.

The gentleman was punctual and did a fine job. The only issue is that my husband failed to check the bill before paying, and we ended up not getting the special deal for Angie's List users which was disappointing.

He was very efficient and knowledgable during the appointment. He arrived on time. Our locks work great now. Scheduling was easy and they accomocadated to my schedule.

They were great. At the last minute, I had to reschedule my original appointment from two days ago due to a delay in closing on the home. Today they came out and rekeyed. They called first, were right on time, completed the work timely, cleaned up, and were on their way. I greatly appreciate them- did what they promised.

I called about getting this service done after we closed on our new home and they were able to give us an appointment the same day I called. They called ahead to let us know they were on their way and arrived as scheduled. In addition to performing the requested service, they made some additional suggestions to improve security or if we wanted to make additional changes in the future. We would use this company again.

Dropped off the safe with my keys and they had it open the next morning.
