Description of Work: Rialto Jewelry repaired my wedding ring (re-tipped a prong) and repaired some earrings by replacing the ear wire. Excellent service and workmanship. I had my earrings "repaired" by a different jeweler, however, it was no actually repaired. The re-tipping cost was $25.00 and the earring repair was $30.00. Very reasonable. I will definitely be using them again. I drove across town because of the ratings on Angie's List and I was not disappointed!

Description of Work: The jeweler performed repairs on a couple of gold chains with pendants. The gold repair was quality work but the pieces used to hang the pendants on the chains were switched. One of the pendants is too tight on the chain. I would still give them another chance though because they are very professional.

Description of Work: If I could rate them at higher that A++, it would not be too high. I've had one ring altered and it went so smoothly that I took them a problem. I have an antique sterling silver ring that I had broken the shank on. They looked at it and agreed to repair it, but warned that the heat needed might crack the citrine. I told them I would rely on their judgement and so they agreed to work on it. | |Sure enough, the stone cracked. When I got the call, they assured me that they intended to replace the stone at their cost and would make it look as close to the same as they possibly could. This was more than I expected and I'm so pleased with their professionalism and customer service that I have two more items ready to go to them.

Description of Work: I brought my college ring to Rialto Jewelry to have additional engravings added. Luis was very professional and designed a plate that was exactly what I was looking for. He was able to add the new design to my ring is short period of time and the ring is awesome. He was extremely creative and my ring is now one of a kind. I highly recommend him to anyone looking for quality, creativity and custom designs.
