Description of Work: ROOF REPAIRS/ROOF REPLACEMENT HIGH RECOMMENDATION Arran Greenleaf is the owner of RepairMyRoof4Less.com….(830) 488-7707….so we started out with completion of repairs to our roof. While other contractors were telling us we needed to replace our roof here comes Arran Greenleaf. Arran provided the most intricate details on what was actually needed and it matched the insurance adjustor’s decision that our house was not ready for a roof replacement. We didn’t tell any of the contractors what the adjustor had told us to see if they had integrity! We only had one that had integrity – Arran Greenleaf with 25 years of experience. It was then time to replace our roof and don’t let Arran’s company name mislead you as he does roof replacements and I am providing pictures of the beautiful roof he put on our home. We were able to see pictures with his 3D Roof Models as some of us can’t crawl on roofs. Arran understands roofing more than any contractor we have done business with and we just remodeled our entire home so can compare his skillsets and passion to other contractors. He is not out to make a quick buck as he follows up with your family to ensure you are more than satisfied. Arran does not work a 9 to 5 schedule and will support your schedule needs when you need to meet with him. The actual attention to detail is exemplary! Arran has a professional flashing work team and the front of our house with the base and counter flashing around the entryway is the best it has ever looked and the quality workmanship stands out! It is strange to say this; our new roof makes me feel secure as I know Arran cares about my family. The rain and wind we have had recently, I am inside and have a peace of mind that I have no worries about leaks, finding shingles on the ground after a storm, or having the flashing work leaking into our ceiling and walls. The fireplace chimney base flashing was replaced and we hired a carpenter recommended by Arran as we wanted the rotted wood at the top replaced with plank. I only have pictures to see it but have a sound mind we won’t have any leaks and our roof is sound for another 20 years or longer. Also, Arran has hydraulic dumpsters on wheels that are used with the work site cleaned up every day before the contractors leave. We have all seen the flatbed trailers that are used and neighbors see all the debris from start to finish. I actually caught Arran stopping by one evening outside to make sure quality standards were being met. My family is a firm believer that when you have a customer experience that should be shared with others you take the time to do it! The Thees Family highly recommends Arran as he is a passionate soul that wants to help you figure out how to repair your roof, meet with adjustors, and when the time comes have a high standard quality roof. We typically don’t think much about our roofs until we have leaks or see shingles on the ground. We love our new roof and here are the pictures to prove the quality workmanship stands above the rest! Description of Work: Roof was leaking - replaced 3 cracked plastic vents and several vertical pipes that were incorrectly installed buy builder also fixed some tree rub areas and bird/squirrel damage. Initially I was taken back by the price, but the estimator explained that his company starts with industry standard pricing and then allows the customer to control the price by utilizing as many of the 10 available discounts on the back of his business card as qualified for. I qualified for 2 of the discounts, that brought my price down to quite a bit less than my other bids, making me very happy with the overall price. Once the paperwork was settled, he made a couple calls and shortly after, workers arrived and did a nice clean job. The entire time I felt like I was just talking to one of my neighbors. Then it was all done.
Description of Work: Remove and replace up to 2 bundles of shingles to address 4 wind damaged sections of the roof.

+ 0 moreI have to say this company did an impressive job, it may have only been a porch, but from the moment that I spoke to the estimator on the phone, I knew this company was the right one for me. The estimated just knew what he was talking about, you could tell, he asked all the right questions, set up an appointment for the next day, came on time, and was every bit in person, that he was on the phone. The estimator put together a 3-D model on the spot of what I had described to him, so that he could show me that he understood what I wanted, then printed out a bid right there, the price was just under what I had ball parked, so I jumped right on it, they got started two days after the porch was built and finished a little after lunch. I really couldn't be more satisfied, in short, what an excellent company. We already have plans to use this company again on our next project.

+ -1 moreWhat a marvelous company, the other 2 estimates came in at around $2,500.00 to replace the entire slopes that were affected, the estimator from RepairMyRoof4Less.com said It was not necessary to replace the entire slopes as the leaks were related to the HVAC vents not being sealed at the time of the original roof installation, he showed me some pictures, explained how the water was getting in as it splashed against the back of the flashing, charged me $200.00 and sealed them right there on the spot. Job Done!... $2,300.00 Less than the other 2 roofers. Word of advise be careful, I could not believe I was almost scammed out of an additional $2,300.00. You can trust these people, I will be hiring RepairMyRoof4Less.com for any and all my roofing concerns, not to mention, I won't be letting any of my family or friends use any other contractor without at least talking to them first. Thank you Angie's List for providing a forum for me to tell this story.

The estimator really new his stuff, he got right to it, he provided me with pictures before and after, so I knew what I was paying for, I feel he gave me a great price and was relieved that it was not as much as I feared. + -1 moreThe job got underway at 9:00AM 23 April with the delivery of all materials directly to the top of our house, Arran's 5 man crew then began to remove the old roof. Once the old roof was gone they prepared the roof with tar paper applied lead boots over the stand pipes, and got down to the business of shingling. Some placed and nailed shingles, others made sure that there was always a shingle within easy reach. Working bottom to top the crew finished mid afternoon on the 24th. The crew then policed our yard for anything that shouldn't be left behind(( and even used a magnet to find errant nails )) , they left our yard pristine. THE ROOF LOOKED EXCELLENT!! Arran's level of high professional conduct and a real desire to make sure that everything goes smoothly was a blessing. I would not hesitate to recommend him to the Angie's List population. I am a senior citizen, and would be happy to let any seniors know, That Arran Greenleaf is a man of integrity.
Description of Work: The provider (Arran Greenleaf) inspected our roof for any rot or insect damage. In the few places where it was evident he supplied us with the name of an excellent carpenter to effect repairs. Arran supplied us with shingle samples and answered all of our questions, spending 3 hours over 2 visits. He explained how long shingles last in our high temperature high UV sunshine environment. He was very professional and clearly wanted to provide as information as possible. He submitted an itemized estimate, His attitude and helpfulness made him so easy to work with. DO get a complete inspection of your roof. DO get an itemized estimate DO expect to be treated well.

Description of Work: I had originally called in regards to an area that needed repair for missing shingles. After taking a look at my roof, Arran let me know that I had hail and wind damage that needed repair by replacing the whole roof. He walked me thru the whole process: contacting the insurance company and also being available if need be with the adjuster, the time frame and being available for me if I had any questions.

+ -1 moreProfessionalism from the first phone call to the final inspection, the estimator was extremely conscientious, making sure not to miss any detail, the best part of all, I didn't have to be home for a minute of it, utilizing smart technology the company was able to evaluate my project, email me video footage of the damaged areas, along with an explanation of why I was encountering the problems, a proposal and receive my approval to proceed with the project, without them ever having to make a second trip, reschedule or delay anything, upon completion of the project, they were able to send me video footage of the completed items and the final invoice. As if by magic I arrived home to a completely repaired roof, no headaches no delays, just done! A good portion of the work done, was wind related damage, unfortunately it wasn't enough to be covered by my insurance, however the estimator explained every detail of the insurance process and provided me with a proposal that was a complete and detailed breakdown of everything to be done, in fact the proposal was in a format that resembled insurance summaries I seen in the past from my own insurance company. Last but not least, the company offered ten real and legitimate discounts such senior, military disabled, student... Delivering what they promised "a price under my control!"
