I contacted this roofer and requested an estimate for a roof replacement. An appointment was made for the estimate but, to the best of my knowledge, the roofer never came to my house nor did they attempt to contact me afterwards. I decided not to bother contacting them after I had found a more responsive contractor who really seemed to want my business.

Boy, it Aran a Gem!! Sadly, we seem to be living in an era when service and politeness are not important for the roofing community. After calling and leaving messages asking for someone to come look at our roofing problem and give us an estimate and a possible starting date, only one roofer (CR Roofing) replied. It took three attempts to finally have him arrive. He told us we would need to reroof our garage and would get back to us with an estimate. Nada! Finally called Repair your roof 4 less and Aran called. made and kept the appointment. He arrived on time, very carefully inspected our roof and told us what was wrong and what needed to be done correctly. Aran said we need the garage roof completely redone--removing the old too coverings, making any structural fixes that maybe needed and correctly reproofing with a special material called TPO material. Knowing that he would not be proving any service to us, he still stayed for over an hour and a half fully explaining why we were having this problem and exactly how it would be fixed any someone else. Although Aran knew how to handle this type of roofing material, he knew that his crew didn't have the experience. Thhis man is a GEM..If we have any other future repairs nned on our house roof, we will call Aran.

Called and set up an appointment to have them come out and look at our roof. They showed up about 4 hrs late to their appt. When Arron (i think that was his name) finally arrived. He went and looked at everything, measured it all out. Very thorough, and full of knowledge. I was told i would be hearing back from them in a few days of the original appt. Never heard back. I called with in a week and left a voice mail. Still no call back. Called back a week after that and spoke with their receptionist and she said they would be calling me with my quote. Still not a single thing. Here we are months later and still nothing.I wouldn't recommend using them to a single soul. Very unprofessional, i have no idea how they received an A rating on here.

It went great, the came and looked at the roof , told me they would come back in a week with matching shingles. They also offer to remove the satellite dishes at no extra cost. They were very helpful and kind.. I would definitely hire them again.

I called Repairmyroof4less to make a appointment and spoke to Teresa their receptionist, a very sweet and bubbly person . I told her what I wanted and to know if they could help me with my roof issues. She said "sure we can help I will give Aaron (owner) this message. The next day Teresa call and gave me a date and time for the owner to come out and see what needed to be done to my roof. Aaron the owner showed up on the date she gave me, he went up on my roof to see the problem I was having. Aaron took his time with the inspection, after his inspection he explained everything to me what his team would be doing and when it will be finished. He took some pictures after he was finished and what he told me was really shocking and upsetting, He said who ever did your roof did a horrible job. This makes me very upset when you pay some much for a home and you get screwed. Aaron did not rush with the inspection of my roof and that is a BIG +!!!!!!! for me. Aaron told me it would take 2 days to finish the job,1. repair my front porch roof by removing all the old roof shingles and replacing with new ones 2. laying down radiant barrier because the roofer did not put any on the roof when my home was been build. He said they would be out early in the morning which was fine with me. Little did I know early morning meant 6:45 am. My neighbors were not happy campers. The guys who was working on my roof were AWESOME!!!! making sure that my landscaping and grass was not damage. The Guys finished in one day!!! My front porch looks beautiful and clean looking. Theresa was accommodating and did her best to move us up in their schedule. We just completed the evaluation, now we're looking forward to the next part, the estimating and repairs.

He did an excellent job, unfortunately the rain made it difficult to get an appointment. We had to change several times. But the provider kept in contact. He used quality shingles and made sure my husband understood what was going on. This company is the best roofing experience we have ever had. At no time did we feel we were being scammed. Repair my Roof is an excellent company and I would recommend them strongly to anyone who has a roof problem. Absolutely fantastic!!!!!

It went great! The workers had to come back over 2 days due to rain, but were very efficient and friendly.

Checked the roof and made suggestions for current and future repair. He was very thorough in the inspection, making recommendations for what we could do now and what could stand to wait. He provided a quote for future work that was higher than he initially guessed on site. So, a little bit of sticker shock. Overall, a knowledgeable and honest professional.

I ordered a repairmyroof4less coupon for a roof tune-up. I put in the my three dates and my email stated they would contact me in two days. It is now six days since the scheduled contact date and I have not heard from them. I attempted to contact them but to no avail. I am disappointed they would offer a coupon and not attempt to call for an appt.

Long story short-- I had no real repair work that needed to be done/could be done with the coupon purchase I made. Since he doesn't handle skylight repairs he referred me to a company that does and suggested I take advantage of Angie's List refund policy for work not performed on a purchase. He will keep pictures of my roof and offered to come back in about a year for another free estimate/review to see if there is any new damage. Needless to say, he earned big points for customer service and integrity. We will definitely follow up with them should there be a need in the future.

I wish there was an A+ rating, because if any company on Angie's List would get an A+ from me, it would be these folks. It started when I called for service 5 minutes after they closed, so I left a voicemail. I expected a call back the next day, but Theresa actually called me back within 10 minutes! She offered the next available appointment (a few days out) but when I mentioned a potential leak, she promised to fit me in the very next day. And she did - they came out the next day to inspect my roof. In addition to looking at the area in question, they inspected the whole roof and pointed out potential areas that needed addressing, including simple things I could do myself to prevent further problems. The necessary repairs are being priced out and scheduled, but I wanted to share my first impression of RepairMyRoof4Less.com. These folks understand customer service, are extremely knowledgable and thorough, and have the customer's needs top-of-mind. I am so glad I found them!

After a hard rain, I noticed that water was leaking from the roof into our house. Theresa, the receptionist, was extremely professional and helpful. She squeezed me in as a standby the same day I called her. Her boss, Arran Greenleaf, responded to my service call a few hours after I spoke to Theresa about my issue. Even though it was still raining, Arran immediately got his ladder and inspected the whole roof. He quickly identified the issue, took pictures to show me the problem area and put a temporary fix to prevent further water from leaking into our house. I feel very fortunate to have hired RepairMyRoof4Less for a number of reasons. I saw from ground level that a shingle on the edge of my roof was torn. The first roofing contractor I called wanted to charge me $150 just to get on my roof. He also mentioned his relationship with insurance companies. I did not use this first contractor because I was concerned he'd be automatically looking to expand the scope of the repair. Instead, I used RepairMyRoof4Less. Arran Greenleaf, the owner, came out and took a look at the shingle. When I got on the roof with Arran, he pointed out issues unrelated to the shingles that would eventually cause water damage and rot to the trim around my house, necessitating costly repairs. He advised that I rectify these issues with a different type of contractor as it was beyond the scope of the roof. He said he would return after that to get a better assessment. He did not charge me for that visit. I did as he advised and had these issues rectified. When Arran returned, he showed me that there were multiple shingles that were torn around the perimeter. He took pictures of the torn shingles, which were available for viewing online through his website. He and his crew made repairs to these shingles. Given the scope of the work and that multiple shingles had to be removed to replace each individual shingle, I was satisfied with the price. I also received a $100 discount for being an Angie's List member. Arran is meticulous and takes pride in his work. During my experience with him, it was evident that he is committed to going above and beyond your expectations to make sure you are satisfied and that he earns your long-term loyalty and trust as a customer. I was especially impressed with the interest and consideration he showed regarding matters that could have damaged my trim, which was something he had nothing to gain from. He spent a fair amount of time advising me on those issues and took pictures for me. If it were not for Arran, I would not have known about these problems. I will definitely hire him in the future when I need work done on my roof, whether it is for a repair or entire roof replacement.

The repair work was scheduled for Jan-14. The Tune-up assessment was done on Jan-12. Due to the small areas involved I was told that they might be able to do the repairs sooner, on a stand-by basis. I was contacted a couple hours later on Jan-12 and told that a crew was available close to 5:00 PM. The men quickly fixed the two trouble spots, one of which was leaking into the house - and it rained that night - and all was dry inside. In conclusion, the Tune-up enabled a quicker fix and as well as providing useful information for long-term planning.

Repairs and service were perfect...very pleased. Had a leaking roof and they stated it was splashing higher than the flashing..recommended fix was install gutters at specific locations. Gutters installed..problem solved.

Very easy to work with. Took pictures of all areas of concern and gave me a break down of what needed immediate repairs (very helpful to see by close up picture) and what areas to keep an eye on long term. Will definitely call for any future needs.

Arran Greenleaf was prompt and professional. He inspected the roof from above and then inspected the roof from inside the attic to confirm where he thought the leak was. He repaired and caulked around the ventilation shaft and provided pictures of before and after. This is good since most homeowners cannot and do not go up on their roofs. Arran also identified and took pictures of an area of the roof that has been rubbed by a tree limb. He suggested that I get the tree trimmed and he could repair the shingles before the limb actually rubbed a hole in the roof. I plan to have the tree trimmed and have him back. thanks for the great work!

Very professional, courteous. We requested estimates and even before we accepted the bid, Arran came out to do a temp fix due to incoming bad weather. It was most appreciated.
