Description of Work: They replaced the roof of my home. It's a modest 2000sf home. They replaced bad sheeting panels and vents. They knocked it all out in one day, which isn't always the case. Also, they paint the vents to match the tile of the roof. The entire crew were very courteous and professional. Fantastic job! Thanks CJ!!!

Description of Work: They were very slow and ultimately non-responsive in calling me back. I called Saturday morning of Memorial Day weekend and did not get a call back until Tuesday afternoon. I missed their call and never heard a response back to my call back later that day. After 2 days, I had to move on to another highly rated Angie's List roofing company. They called me back within an hour. This is a busy time for roofers with all the rain but returning calls should be a higher priority.

In one of the largest severe weather events the state has seen in decades. This weather event was accompanied by a record breaking amount of lightening and flooding. Due to RepairMyRoof4Less's policies regarding scheduling and production, we do not respond to calls for safety purposes during severe weather events, we also do not schedule our staff to come out during dangerous weather conditions.

This review is an error and contains incorrect information - the total cost of this project was $489.03 not $65,000.00 - RepairMyRoof4Less.com inspected this project on March 24th, initial contact from the customer was made on March 23rd that's a response time of less than 24hrs and is almost unheard of in the San Antonio area - the project was completed without exception and final payment excepted on April 1st, from the initial contact on 04/23 to completion

Description of Work: I was getting water damage in my house from a leaky roof. I used the coupon on Angie's list and contacted this vendor. Arran Greenleaf came by and did an inspection. He took pictures of the roof and sent them to me from his phone while he was working. By the time he came down, I had already been able to see the damage. Because of the coupon, he completed the roof repair on an area that was missing 5-7 shingles and there was no additional charge. He also suggested I go to my insurance company because he was able to see hail damage. I was very pleased with the repair work and the time that Mr. Greenleaf spent on the job. | |My insurance company did their own assessment and confirmed the hail damage and repaired the roof and internal damage.

Description of Work: This was a complete roof re-do on a small garage. Arran came out quickly to inspect the roof and made a bid. It was higher than I had expected but we talked quite a bit about it and it was clear that Arran knew what he was talking about. His crew was astoundingly professional and the related contractors he suggested (carpentry to repair some rotten wood, gutter folks) were outstanding. The whole job came in under the bid because his crew got the old roof off cleanly, so they didn't have to install a leveling layer. I'll hire him again for any roof work I have.

Thank you (removed member name), I talked to the carpenter, the gutter guys and the roof crew about the review you left us here, they all wanted me to reply back that it was great working with you on your project. As far as coming in under the original quote, that's just great for everyone involved, too many roofers these days have the opinion, if you come in under on a project not to bill less on the final invoice because other jobs come in over budget, so there for that makes it even, that might make sense to the contractor, but its not even remotely fair to the customer, the customer has nothing to do with any of those projects, not to mention the great PR you get when you bill a customer less on a project than you originally quoted. Customers always leave reviews for contractors on Angies List but where are all the reviews on the customers, we all loved this customer, intelligent, patient, understanding, respectful and drama free. We give this customer an A+ rating and would welcome the opportunity to work together again on future roofing projects.
