GREAT. Jeff Echols was the salesman that started it by showing up on time with information, demonstrations and a good deal. Custom windows so they had to be manufactured which took five weeks, the estimate was six to eight. I was notified when the windows were shipped and set up an install date. Jon Rangel, Steve McBeth and one more finish guy that I forgot his name - SORRY - did the install as scheduled and on time. They did a GREAT job getting one room complete for my cat and me to live in while they finished since it was 100 degrees outside. The crew worked well together using drop cloths around the work area and plastic to cover everything else. They were very professional; no bickering or issues that you sometimes get, everyone seemed to know their job and did it well. They even replaced some rotted siding and trim around one window that I had been putting off. They started at ten and said it would take all day and sure enough left just after five, which included going to get the replacement trim and siding. Peter Ybarra was the field supervisor and came by to check if I was satisfied or had any questions and fed them lunch. The price was a little high but they are well designed and built and I picked all the cool features. I am completely satisfied with the whole experience. You may notice that "on time" is important to me.

Gary & Jouquin were excellent. they worked quickly and carefully. They cleaned up inside and out completely. They were pleasant and very professional. I can only say good things about them.

I did not hire this company, so I am only reviewing the bidding process. The gentleman who showed up for the bid was very nice, and professional. The presentation was good, but the price. Are you kidding me? Their original offer was $30,000.00. Compare that to the bid I got from the company I eventually hired which was just under $8,000.00. Here's how he justified the 30K. He said their windows are made from a special composite material of vinyl and wood which was better and longer lasting. The sample he showed me looked like vinyl painted to look like wood, to me. I was not impressed. He also stated that the 8K windows would not be able to handle the South Texas heat and need replacing in about 4 years. Didn't take me long to do the math. If true, I could replace my 8K windows 4 times before they would equal the cost of their 30K windows. He also said they guaranteed their installation, Ok. I don't believe the 8K company did that, but the windows themselves carry a lifetime warranty. They the discounts came. I'm pretty sure the 30K estimate was inflated to show my how much I could save in discounts. They cut it to 20K, 15K and I think the final bid was around 12K. But wait their's more. They he said, (paraphrasing) We don't use high pressure tactics. About a minute later he said, I have a letter from our owner authorizing an additional 5% off if I sign tonight. Uh, I think that would qualify as a high pressure tactic. Oh, and by the way, the discounts would have resulted in downgrading the windows to something cheaper than what the 8K windows were. Again, the man who made the presentation, was very nice and professional, but he may want to consider working for another company. Finally I was referred to Renewal by SW Exteriors. I'm not sure they SW could not handle this themselves, but since there are 2 companies involved, that might be why they cost so much.

The salesman was great, Jeremy Mitchell, the crew that installed the windows were prompt, courteous and knew what they were doing. Very pleased with workmanship and cleanup of crew.

This was our second experience with Renewal by Andersen and it has been every bit as good as the first with the exception as noted. I'm rating a 4 star only because one piece of interior window trim is short about 2 inches and for the price of the windows, they should be perfect the first time around. Waylin and David did the installation. I specifically requested Waylin for the second install as he was the lead on our first set of windows and he is fabulous. He is professional, knowledgeable, thorough, very personable and did a great job of cleanup following the installation. David was quiet but also very thorough and a hard worker. And, we love the windows!! Great product.

We were extremely pleased with the installation process. Our installers Steve and Earl were very friendly and courteous. They came with a plan to install the windows in the most efficient manner. They were very smooth in the way they worked. Everything flowed so nicely. They moved furniture out of the way and then replaced it as the window installation was completed. They clean everything up as they worked. It was great! We could not be more pleased with the windows or our installers. Great people to work with.

Delivered supplies in 18 degree weather, then returned the next day when a bit warmer and installed 19 windows over a day and one-half. Mike Menozzi led the team who all worked diligently in very cold temperatures. All debris was removed and cleaned up after the install. The windows look beautiful and we now have no air leaks and they are very soundproof. Can't believe the difference in comfort and and sound. Mike was able to save the matching woodwork around the kitchen window where the backsplash tile had been cut around the original frame, keeping the appearance of the previously remodeled kitchen intact. Workers were all very respectful and friendly. Would highly recommend this team and product to anyone replacing windows. The product is far superior to other types of replacement windows we are familiar with.

The whole installation process went so well! The installers were on time, were very polite and careful to move furniture that needed to be moved. They dusted everything as they worked. They placed drop cloths over the floors and furniture. Robert and his dad were our go to installers they explained everything they were doing during the process. The whole team including Eric, Elvin and Chris were so kind to place the old windows in our shed carefully as to not break any of the panes. They all did their very best to make the operation run smoothly and efficiently. Robert and his dad Robert Sr. demonstrated how the windows were to be adjusted to be cleaned. In all, the process took a little over a day to complete. We are so happy with the new windows and are looking forward to lower power bills this winter. They look great and will be a pleasure to have.

From the moment the salesperson (Brandon) came out to the house to the installation and cleanup (Jeff and Matt) we've been nothing but extremely happy and quite impressed with their professionalism and the quality of their work. The communication between sales and installation was also top notch. It's all the little things-- sending us a checklist to prepare the rooms for the installation, stopping and discussing things if they felt things may not be PERFECT (though it looked great to us, but it appears they have higher expectations of perfection). When we received a notice from the city about a permit to install our new windows, they also sent a notification that the inspector would also be looking at MN state building code requiring smoke alarms in each bedroom and a carbon monoxide detector at least 10 feet from each bedroom. This was surprise to us, but Jeff and Matt (installers) told us not to worry that they also have those covered! Such a nice surprise! But typical of what we experienced throughout this whole process. As a home owner, it's not fun having to spend lots of money replacing windows (it's feels like a have to rather than a want to, like a new kitchen). But seeing the beautiful results, I have to admit it was really worth it!

We just had all our windows replaced. It was such a excellent experience. From the salesman Mike Triola up until the installers Jarek, Waldi & Poul. Mike was very informative about the windows & how the job would be done. He called on the day of installation to make sure everything was going well. The installers did a beautiful job & they left our house spotless inside & outside. The windows look beautiful!

The Law in Georgia is "Buyer Beware." And our opinion is that this Company takes full advantage of this law. The potential Consumer cannot get any prices over the phone, not even ballpark. Instead, RBA Company sends a Rep, who apparently decides from the appearance of your home or contents observed in the home, how much you can afford to pay. In our case, the Rep gave us a written estimate for 5 standard windows, for $21,000. When we said "You've got to be kidding, Why so expensive," he pointed to some rolls of fabric on the kitchen counter and said "You can afford it! You're having custom drapes made, that's thousands and thousands of dollars!" I told him that I bought the fabric for all of $17, and was sewing the drapes myself, which was the truth. He didn't believe it and would not bring the price down to anything comparable to competitors, or to anything reasonable. Glad it didn't work out: Beware. Read the Andersen Windows Warranty, the Consumer has very limited protections under Terms and Conditions that appear to Void the Warranty under the RBA process. Andersen Windows Warranty is for their standard manufactured windows, installed by one of their authorized contractors; whereas RBA states that high expense of their windows is due to custom-measured, custom-made. Dealing with Renewal by Andersen of Atlanta was a complete waste of our time and energy, and is upsetting to us that the consumer is exploited. Before getting any Estimate, Ballpark or Actual Contractual Rate, the Potential Consumer is required to take 5 hours (in our case) to Listen to the Sales Speech and watch Videos on how special the windows are because how much energy savings you "may" have-- Figures that are totally bogus. Then, you're supposed to spend another day getting Custom Measurements, which we declined, We said we must have an estimate now, These are standard window sizes. 5 Windows, $21,000. Crazy! For Energy Efficiency, any State-Licensed, appropriately-credentialed, credible HVAC or Public Utility company (gas, electric) will show you engineering graphs that Energy Efficiency comes from Insulation of attic, Sealing up your electrical outlets and pipes on or near exterior walls, etc. And forget the "Special Superior Composite" of RBA Windows. In our former house, we had Aluminum Double-Pane Energy Efficient Windows, and 33 years later, not a single foggy window, not a single warp, no painting, etc... all the benefits that RBA claims you will get only from their special windows, with their special measurers, and their special installers, at their Special Prices.

Went well. Took about 5 weeks from first visit to installation. They require both spouses to be there for the first visit which is a business model. That may take some time for people to arrange that. Quality of windows justifies cost in most situations. We have a 16 year old home and the original windows do not match the quality of Anderson's product. The cost may keep many people from pulling the trigger. Installation for the popouts took about 5 hours. There was an issue for this type of window which was not thoroughly explained in the original visit but was of little concern once installed. It would have been helpful though to know beforehand. Once installed product lived up to expectations,

Gary and Dave are true professionals. The patio door installation required complete removal of the existing door and transom window and complete rebuilding of the frame for the door and overhead window. They worked for eight hours. The framing and woodwork in the inside was beautifully done -- perfectly matched. The metal work on the outside looks amazing. They left every thing clean and took the time to explain all of the features of the patio door. The door and window looks beautiful -- allowing for a completed view of the wooded backyard that we hoped for. This is the second project Renewal by Anderson has done for this house. I will definitely call them again for replacing other windows in the house. A wonderful installation experience.

The installers, Kyle and Greg, are awesome. They are very professional and now how to work together very effectively and efficiently! I appreciate their willing to get the job done to the best of their capability. I've used the same company with the same installers for three different window installations. I love the fact they are not sub contractors! They work directly for Renewal by Andersen, San Antonio and are an A++++ Team! I highly recommend them. They clean up and touch up. Even the project manager, Josh, went above and beyond to return later with several different paint options to touch a window sill. Greg even came back on his own with the project manager to fix a very minor window problem. I didn't ask them to, they insisted!

The windows and doors are absolutely fantastic. They reduce, by a significant amount, the thermal energy being transmitted compared to the original “Low E” windows that were installed when the house was built. Also, the new windows and door greatly improve the appearance of the house from both inside and out. We are very pleased with the end product. The technicians who installed the windows were very professional and accomplished the tasks efficiently with minimum inconvenience to my handicapped wife and myself. The technicians who refinished the outside of the house and then painted the exterior also performed in an excellent manner. The windows do not look like replacements, rather, as if they were originally installed by the builder of the house. The only reason this is not a five star rating is because of the management of the construction office. They would not answer their phone and would not return my calls. There were a couple of easily fixable problems concerning the installation of the door which needed to be addressed before they could call the job complete. I had to finally call the general manager to get the last one of these resolved. I think they need to find a more responsible person to manage the construction office.

Rep showed up. Said my wife had to be there also. He provided a price of over $9,000 to replace 6 windows and this was after the $250 discount per window. He asked me what I thought and after I picked myself up off the floor I told him he was way over priced! Well, lo and behold he said he had another option that would bring the price down to around $6300. Told him I would call him back, I did call him back several days later and left him a voicemail asking him to provide a firm quote at the lower price and email it to me. After a week of waiting and not hearing from him, I signed up with Home Depot to have the exact same Andersen windows installed by them at a much better price. I can only assume that the Renewal by Andersen rep. knew that I was not going to fall for his "new car salesman" tactics and didn't want to bother calling me back. I am very skeptical of companies that try to oversell and by that I mean overcharge you and see how you react to it. Please beware when dealing with them!

After the installation of the windows, another team came by and totally did a re-stucco on the outside of each window. From the planning, estimates, installation, and the final re-stucco went smoothly and professionally. Each team or workers arrived on time, and acted in the utmost conscientious manner. Each team cleaned up after the installation and the re-stucco. We couldn't be more pleased with the product, as well as all the staff that helped complete the job.

It went really well. We love our windows. They did a really great job. They were really clean, punctual, and proficient. They did a little beyond what they said they were going to do as far as remediation and painting. So it was just really great. This was our first experience and we found them to be very competent and very service oriented.
