Renewal by Anderson of San Antonio replaced four picture windows and a sliding patio door on our hill country home, and we're extremely pleased with the quality of the product and service. Our installation crew led by Brian Moore was on time, professional, and did a fantastic job of installing our our new windows and door while minimizing the mess. This was the second of our four-phase window replacement plan, and we're looking forward to replacing all of our remaining original windows with Renewal by Anderson of San Antonio!

This was one of the best experiences we have had. The team of installers (Martin Gonzales, Mary and Josh) arrived right on time, began removal and installation immediately. We replaced 9 windows and a patio door. As one pulled old windows the next person installed with one following with cleanup. Very efficient and fast. All install was completed in one day! Very likable individuals. I WOULD/WILL hire them to do more work on our house.

What we thought might be a Herculean endeavor was made surprisingly simple by the professional work performed by Martin Gonzales and his crew; which included his wife Mary. They were delightful, knowledgeable and timely. Each room was meticulously draped to prevent any damage to our furnishings and was cleaned most efficiently following the installation. We will definitely use them in the future!

Product quality is good and the installation team is absolutely top notch. The issue is that communication of design was very poor and we were sold some windows based on their discretion and not our direction. I carefully walked through the current and desired design myself and after all was done and I reviewed the contract terms (never seeing window design specifics again) signed where told on a tablet without ever seeing the finished window design or layout. Contract was simply agreed to as having valid and agreeable terms of sale and overall price. Later when the measurements were taken, they had my wife sign the confirmation and buyer acknowledgement. Issue is she did not help design the window pattern, was not present when we did the original design, and has never seen any description as to what the different design terms mean. She was simply given and asked to agree to a verbal description of the window design while never seeing a single design picture. Additionally I was not provided a copy of the Buyer Acknowledgement with any design information so I had no idea what she had mistakenly agreed to since I could not be present. As a result of this poor communication and we had 2 sets of windows that were incorrectly designed as picture windows as opposed to correct double-hung to match the existing and desired replacement. This leaves an entire room with not a single window that would open to let fresh air in. After almost 2 weeks of silence the best solution they could present was an additional $5,200 bill to build the 2 correct windows! Management has poor communication skills and likes to skip right past the pertinent information of what you are being sold to push the contract. Management also puts very little effort into any kind of a fair resolution as they have an air-tight contract. DO NOT SIGN RIGHT AWAY. Take your time to review the contract and design specifics, force them to provide description and window mock-up information and maybe your experience will be better. Or, better yet shop elsewhere that has a better customer based management team and save yourself some headache, money and months of a project dragging out. We opted to finish with an alternate brand window as I could not stomach managements solution.

Brian Moore, his main man, Marcus, and Phillipe and Desmond, were consummate professionals. They arrived daily at 9am and were careful to protect the interior and exterior of my home while working. At the end of each work day they cleaned up. Thirty windows were replaced and the finished product was totally beautiful.

Excellent, Scott and Nick are pros and it showed. They cared a lot for our satisfaction.

Renewal by Anderson is fantastic. We replaced every window in the house, more than 40 and some very big windows. From helping us select the windows (Raymond) to the installation (Hunter, Adam, JoeL) everyone was outstanding. The installation crew were part of the family by the time we finished. Courteous, very hard working, and attention to detail. We could not believe the final product. Our house is mostly glass, and the view through these windows is amazing. After a few weeks, we noticed a few minor things that could use a touch up. Hunter and the crew came out immediately and did more than we asked. We have never been so pleased with big project and would recommend them to everyone.

Wonderful every step of the way from sale to installation. Specially commend installation crew of Martin Gonzales and his partner. They arrived promptly and worked until finished. This job especially difficult because all windows on the second floor. They left everything better than I had it before. Thanks for employing such superior employees. All was perfection and my money was well spent!

Rarely have we had services of this elite nature. From promptness, to quality installation and review, to excellent communication about the work and how they would accomplish the project, Brian and his team were delightful. We are going to have them back to replacer more windows because we fell in love with the work!
