Schmidt Mechanical came to install a new HVAC system and it was a wonderful experience. Jared, the comfort advisor, promptly answered all of my questions and provided a very competitive quote. The two techs who installed the system were professional and and worked with urgency. In short, Schmidt Mechanical is the epitome of professionalism.

Schmidt team was great. Scheduling was easy. They called and texted prior to tech be dispatched. Jose texted when he was on his way. Jose checked complete system and provided excellent service. I will have them back in the fall to perform fall tune up on furnance.

They found the problem quickly. They informed me what it was and fixed it quickly. Then they did a thorough examination to make sure nothing else would go wrong.

Services were performed. Technician was thorough and provided excellent feedback on everything that he did.

Very well, Jose my technician used covered booties to protect my floors which i rarely see but greatly appreciate. Also i was sent his name and picture and a little background information. It was the first time i had seen something like this in such detail. Mostly i appreciated how he took the time to service my 2 units and explain what he did and recommended what i needed to keep my home cooler which is very important to me. Jose was polite as can be and respectful. If i need future work with Schmidt i would like to request him as my tech. Great job Jose and thank you!

I've been using Schmidt Mechanical for a year and they seem pretty competent and honest. Their annual maintenance plan is a pretty good deal, $79 for two check-ups. Jose did my last A/C maintenance. He found a burnt-out capacitor and gave me several options for replacing it without being pushy. I told him I was thinking about replacing the whole system, and he gave me some information about that, too. He was very neat, polite, and respectful.

Richard from Schmidt came out and found I had coil leaks (which he showed to me) in both the outside unit and the inside air handler. He checked everything and was very professional and answered all my questions. He quickly provided me repair estimates which were very detailed. He asked me if I would like estimates on a replacement system since my system was 19 years old and he felt I wouldn't be happy with an expensive repair job, He had an Schmidt estimator come out the next day and he checked out the existing system and immediately provided me with multiple estimates giving me a variety of replacement systems. l would hire Schmidt again.

I had the best service provider. He was extremely polite, very professional, proficient at his job. He found the problem immediately. He had a part on his truck he fix the problem just over an hour and he knew how to fix it. Lastly he had pride in the company he worked for.

From the time I spoke to the main office, to the time Eric arrived, I felt that my problem could and would be solved in short order. I was made aware of the weekend pricing for a service call and anything that needed to be done. Since week days are hard to be at home I opted for the weekend time and rate. For me it was well worth it to get my AC back up and running.Eric arrived as scheduled. He was knowledgeable about our AC system and took care of our plugged outlet line. He spent time answering my questions and explaining the problem. He was very courteous and cleaned up the area when he finished. Highly recommend them for their customer service and professionalism.

Very good experience. They've been taking care of mine for a long time now. They come twice a year to service my system. They go in and clean the compressor and check to make sure it's functioning. If anythings functioning they fix it. I've used them for several years.

Overall it went great. After out home warranty company sent over a couple of shady repair companies who kept trying to find expensive repairs that fell outside of our warranty we decided to go out of pocket and went with Schmidt. They were very quickly and professional. There were some delays getting the parts, but that wasn't their fault. I really wish we would have gone with them from the get go.

They are pretty good. They are really good. On price, they are pretty reasonable; it is fair. On quality, they do good work. They are very, very professional.
