Description of Work: We have any annual maintenance contract at $79 per unit. They inspected two ac/heating units inside and outside. Albert, the technician, was outstanding and explained all details and options to me.

Description of Work: I decided to try Schmidt Mechanical Group for my air conditioning unit, based on their high ratings. I was NOT disappointed. Rick showed up on time and immediately began working on both units. He went over everything in great detail and explained it in "simple" terms so I understood what he was saying. So far, I am very pleased with Schmidt Mechanical Group.

Description of Work: Performed annual checkup maintenance on one of my central air conditioners and added 1 pound of freon. The unit cools better and does not need to run as long as before.

Description of Work: I have used this company before and was pleased with previous service, so I chose them for this service and for my son's AC service. Gilbert, the service technician, inspected the AC unit outside and its components inside the house. He informed me that the capacitor to the blower was not working to its full capacity. He explained what would happen if the capacitor malfunctioned and showed me where my capacitor was presently functioning at. He was able to give me a 10% discount on the new component and its installation. Great service. Gilbert was very knowledgeable and gracious. I am planning on having this company inspect my furnace this fall.

Description of Work: I had a small coolant leak which I decided to have fixed via a sealant. The technician did add the two no charge pounds of coolant and charged for the additional amount, no problem. Where I was not sure if I was paying too much was on the sealant and service. The technician performed his job well and was courteous and professional. I would use them again.

Description of Work: Serviced entire a/c system, with cleaning. Discovered blown start-up switch and replaced with a quality unit, not like the two previous (extremely cheaply made and bad quality put in by Elmer's On Time A/C) units for the same price. Tested all systems to see if they were within operating specifications, explaining what he was doing as he worked. Very professional and efficient.

The first time they didn't show up until after the expected 3 hour window and Service Provider argued about the Big Deal purchase then said we had to reschedule because he had to leave. The second time, we got the 3 hour window again, but the Service Provider did not call or show up until after the window in which at this time my wife called to cancel the service.

Description of Work: I purchased an AC/heater service package in July. The tech checked and cleaned heater (gas furnace) at this visit. Went very well. Technician answered all of my questions and was very helpful.
