Very professional and punctual emergency service. Rusty called and assessed the problem and arrived on time. He quickly diagnosed the source of the leak and fixed it. Great service. Would definitely recommend to other prospective customers.

When the technician arrived it was quick to determine that there were going to be some communication issues. It felt like they might have been new to the job, but he did perform everything that was needed in a timely manner. After a phone call from the company's senior technician all of my questions were answered and I was able feel assured that this company will do everything they can to make the customer feel that they have been given the highest service.

The person I spoke with was very pleasant and she scheduled a technician visit the same morning. He was prompt, friendly and knowledgable. He quickly diagnosed the problem, went to pick up the part and returned right away to finish the repair. Everything went smoothly and I will be calling this company again in the future. Great job!

Our AC went out the night before. The technician found the problem. There was a faulty weld on the circuit board. Actually it nearly electrocuted him when he was testing it. He said that he could easily repair the weld. We thought he went out to his truck to get supplies, but came back with the bad news. In order to replace the faulty board it would cost $587. In order to weld the faulty connection on the board it would be over $1000. This seems very expensive for a simple weld. It seemed like an easy decision. We needed air conditioning, so what choice did we have we chose to replace the board. It was disappointing to know that a simple weld would fix the board, but it would cost so much in order for him to do it. The good news was that he was able to go pick up the new board and install it fairly quickly. The technician worked quickly and quietly. He was respectful and courteous, but smelled like cigarettes. I was excited to see that they offered a teacher discount of 10%. I wish that I could have combined that with the free service call coupon.

My A/C has been out for a bit, due to my previous A/C repairman (Dunn Air) lack of knowledge on diagnosing my blown compressor dilema, and was not getting the supoprt nor the equipment, nor price I needed to get my A/C up and running again. I looked on here and saw the grades and went to the bad ones first to see what bad perceptions may have been...following that I figured I would call them based on how many good reviews they had and just get an idea of what an install price would be for a new outside unit (with heat pump). The salesman was patient and was a great help at explaining what he could do to help me in my personal financial situation. They were able to provide the same amount of service from other bids at a lower price for, in some cases, the same units priced by competitors. We came to a decision and asked how long before it could be put in. I called him at 2:00pm, now this may get me in trouble, but they were able to give a complete new install that day! The installers were great, friendly and very knowledgable about what they were doing as I asked millions of questions...lol...The litterally went above and beyond the scope of services they were to provide. My lines were full of 'grunge' from the prior compressor exploding and getting acids and metal particulates in the system. They vaccumed out the 'stuff' and cleaned out the inside unit. I can't say enough about this company...there are few out there are not out to rake in the dough knowing that the person is without A/C and deparate. These folks did not rake me over the proverbial coals and worked within my budget. I will continue to use them and they will be my 'go to' people for future needs with my A/C / Heating needs. Very raily do I take the time to pat good folks on the back so me taking the time to do this means they truely do deserve that pat on the back. Thanks Keith UPDATE: Well I scheduled a yearly maintenance for these folks to come over and make sure the heater was working and the inside blower unit was working and tuned, if you will. So with some minor misunderstandings of scheduling, the technician shows up to perform the maintenance and informs me that I had heating elements that had never been hooked up as well as my blower was only working at 1/2 power or about 900 rpms. Now if you remember, I was using a maintenance guy (Mentioned above) for years and he never noticed either one of these issues. He hooked it back up and ramped up the blower to 1,800rpms. Now you can actually hear the air coming out of the vents. I can't tell you what it is like to live in a house for 6 years and not know I could have been cooling/heating the house with twice the amount of air and way more efficiently. Just wish I could go back and have Dunn pay the difference in my utility bills :-) SO another wonderful experience from answering the phone to the salesman down to the technician. And NO I do not work for these folks...lol...I am an average homeowner who know nothing about A/C but these folks do!

They were referred to me from a sales rep who sells HVAC systems to contractors and he referred me to them. They are proactive in calling and making your schedules are ok and also on follow up services. I was very pleased.

The service performed was supposed to cost a lot more, but the Tech only charged us $89 for the work which was pretty good considering he arrived at 8:30 pm.

They were on-time ant the gentleman who who arrived was friendly and knowledgeable and finished the repair quickly.

They’re good, quick and trustworthy. There are however issues with the duct work because it has been detached and unsuccessfully repaired 3 times.

We did receive a second opinion just to make sure because this house wasn't that very old. They were honest, did the work and everything has been great so far. They were on time. I guess, their price was comparable to everybody else. He was here when he said.
