Description of Work: Bought an A/C tune up through Angie's List which included 1# of coolant. However, they informed me that the pressures on my 15 year old unit indicated a leak, and questionable whether adding coolant would help, but they were still willing to try. They were right, and the unit quit cooling less than a week later, and required replacement. They provided a very competitive bid, but I ended up going with another company which offered additional included warranty and service (see separate review). I was very satisfied with the service they provided.

Description of Work: Check heating and air conditioning. I was told what they were doing and explained if I needed anything. Also, checked outside unit. They were professional and polite.

Description of Work: Completed a thorough checklist review of our inside air/heat unit, and also the outside unit. Identified parts not functioning properly, thoroughly briefed us on the problem, and with approval replaced old malfunctioning parts with new parts. Following this work, our system has been functioning much better. Was a pleasure dealing with the service rep. The company was thorough, courteous, and efficient during entire service process. Would definitely recommend and use again.
