There was an issue with inadequate 2x4 structure to close the opening created by the chimney removal, which negatively impacted the finished appearance of the shingles. It created a wavy effect in appearance. I spoke with the company owner, who sent out an "inspector" who completely agreed. The company sent out a new crew who removed all of the work and completely redid it. You can't ask for more than that. There was a problem and it was fixed in a timely fashion... with apologies. YES, I WOULD REHIRE THIS COMPANY. It is really important to have a company that stands by their work, acknowledges problems, and addresses those problems in a timely fashion. All of which PRIME SEAMLESS did. Feel comfortable hiring this company.

I'm giving Prime Seamless Gutters a "C" rating not because they broke my bedroom window while installing the gutters, but because of how they handled the situation after it happened. They paid to repair the window, but there was never an apology by ownership or a manager in charge. I also had to call several times to get a status update on my new window installation. It could have been handled better from that point of view.

Came on the wrong day, but we worked it out.

Not good. I asked them to come out to give me an estimate on what it would cost to repair a roof that was leaking. They came out, they were on time and they were very professional. Actually at this point I felt they knew what they were doing and I wanted them to do the job. I waited for an estimate and that didn't come. I followed up with a message to ask about the estimate and was told due to the recent tornado's in the area, it might be a while before they could get to it. I asked what "a while" would be and was told a month or so. I told them I would wait and asked for the estimate. The estimate came in at $2200.00. As time went on, and I didn't hear from them, I reached out to another reputable roofing company listed as A+ on the BBB and a good rating on Angie's list. They came out and gave me an estimate of $1200.00 for the same job with a warranty. I hired them and they came out and did a great job. I advised Prime Seamless they need not bother coming out.

They were quick, professional, and informed me of the Angie's List discount.

I was very pleased with Prime's performance. Initially, they scheduled me for a bid 2 weeks from the date I called, but were able to work with me to get someone out on a Saturday so I didn't have to miss work. I worked with Roberd, and he was very attentive to my needs and helped customize he plan to my home. We scheduled the work and the guys showed up in the first half of the time window and got started. I was very particular about what I wanted done, but they were professional and friendly, ensuring that my every request was honored. Most important of all, the gutters look great! I've had no qualms about recommending them to my friends.

They didn't finish job as originally scheduled. Finished the following work day. My only issue was keeping me informed. Everything else was great.

Great, everything was on point. Got a good deal (better than other estimates I got) and they were very responsive to my calls/questions.

It went fair. Left pieces of sharp metal laying around house, cigarette butts on ground around house and pool. Did not show up the day they promised.

Great. Accomodating to help replace shingles with different color altho first insisted to be paid 100% before installation. We worked it out and only paid up front what was initially agreed upon.

They did an amazing job! I am very happy with the creativity of their design not only for the lower level but also for above a covered porch. It all looks terrific! The field manager, Billy, was very professional and easy to work with.

Every once in awhile I run across a great service provider and these guys were just that. Sharp guys who knew exactly what they were doing and did a fantastic job. My crew was made up of Joey, Wally and John. These guys took the time to ask me all the appropriate questions having to do with the down spouts, etc. rather than simply to throw up the gutters just so they could get the job done quicker.

Pros: The roofer showed up on time for the estimate appointment and provided me with the estimate. All the workers were professional. The crew cleaned up very well after the job was done. The job was done for the price quoted and nothing more. I only had to give a $500 deposit to start the job and the remainder when the job was completed. Cons: In my opinion they could have done better communicating when things were going to happen. For example, They showed up at my house to install the roof and they did not tell me about it and they triggered the house alarm and I got a called from the police department. I had to call the roofer to see if it was them that were at the house, which they confirmed they were. Another example of bad communication was when I received text messages from their company saying things like "Insurance won't pay for X" but I was never told if I had to pay for that or they were going to keep trying, etc. I would get invoices sent to my email, but they would not bother to call me and explain me if they were going to charge the insurance company or if they had already sent the depreciation report to the insurance, etc. Lastly, I tried to get insurance from Allstate (I'm currently with Geico) to take advantage of their discounts when you have a new roof and I was told by Allstate and their home inspector that while the roof was new and it look good on three of the four sides of the house, one of the sides did not look done right and that it was going to decrease the life of the roof. I called them to come to the house and look at the roof, but they never came to the house (at least that I know about it) to see it while I was there. The company told me in an email that I should get a third party to look at the roof if I thought there was a problem or that I should do some shopping around for another insurance company. I would call a third party, but, they charge about $300 to $500 to come an inspect the work of another roofer and that is just something I do not have money for right now.

The Prime Seamless guys really bailed me out after I had hired a different (less reputable company) to perform the same work. however the other company kept asking for "draws" before the work was ever started and ultimately never performed. (Actually had to sue the other company to get my money back) I called Prime Seamless explaining my dilemma and ended up hiring them to do the job. Their guys arrived when promised and did an awesome job. Top notch service from the owner and field manager to the install guys. Highly Recommend

I bought the $1,400 Angie's List deal. This is the 2nd time I have used Prime Gutters on my homes and have never been disappointed. The crew arrived on time, very professional and courteous, and did a great job. Will use them again.

I purchased their $1400 for 300 linear ft of gutters and downspouts. My home required more so my total cost was about $1900. The crew came out late afternoon on a Wednesday and completed the work on Thursday morning. They did a great job and cleaned up after themselves each day. Total work time was about 6 hours. Not at all intrusive. Great company and great team.

I contacted Andrew shortly after the hail storm. I'm a Veteran and Andrew is as well which is why I initially contacted him as I always try to support Veteran owned businesses. Andrew was extremely professional and quick to get us on the schedule, despite the typical insurance claim slow downs. He always returned phone calls or emails in a timely manner and was always there to answer questions. His crew arrived at my home on 6/20/16 late in the day and finished the job 6/21 early morning. They cleaned up before the left at the end of the day and I couldn't tell they had even been there when I returned home from work yesterday. The roof looks great! I'm extremely happy I choose Andrew and his company to complete my roof.

It went very well. I paid a little bit more. They had to put covers on the gutters.

Great sales and install experience. Billy did a great design and made a few tweaks based on our preference of downspout locations. Install day went well, all done in less than a day. Final product looks really nice and several neighbors have commented that it looks great.

Measure what you need before buying a deal. I bought 300' of 5" gutters for $1199 but only needed 195'. Billy with Prime Seamless upgraded me to 6" gutters and larger downspouts but now I can get that deal for $998. Overall good job.
