I can't say enough positive things about Prime Roofing. Andrews responded very quickly when I called him to come look at our house after a hailstorm. My insurance rejected our initial claims for damage repairs. It took several months to resolve the issue with insurance, but once the claim was approved, Andrew and his crew were onsite within a week. The crew was very professional, hard workers, friendly, and were at my house from 7:00 AM to 9:00 PM each day until the roof was completed. I would especially like to comment on the way the crew left our house after the work was done. Their cleanup around our house after the work was completed was the best I've ever had experience with. I am extremely pleased with the quality of the entire process. Thank you, Prime roofing.

hired Prime for gutters and a roof dyer vent install. The gutters are fine but the roofing crew screwed up the vent install. I purchased a DyerJack vent for this project. The dryerJack is a great vent and is installed with two pieces. One is the vent and the other is the vent insert. In order for proper operation, the insert MUST be secured to both the DryerJack external vent and secured to the roof decking with proper fasteners. When the 6 person crew showed up, I explained to the Forman how this vent needed to be installed. He spoke very little English but seemed like he understood. I witnessed the install. As the guy was installing the vent, he failed to nail down the insert and secured it to the DryerJack. He also failed to use the pre drilled holes on the DryerJack external vent and forced nail fasteners into the powder coat, damaging the vents weather proofing. My roof is 12/12 so its pretty darn steep and that's why I hired a "professional crew"... I failed. I spoke with the Forman and he said it was fine. I disagreed. I would not hire these guys for any roofing projects. They couldn't build bird hose roof. They are less than average workers and the project manager is way below average when it comes to understanding simple install projects. They are truly the missing link...in roofing. Once I have the proper tools to safely fix my vent... I will load pictures for proof concerning this project. Bottom line... Beware of these roofers. They cut corners and disregard customer concerns.

I had six inch gutters installed across the back of my house. 5 different levels that had to flow into each other to fill a water storage tank. I am very happy with the quality as well as the professionalism of the installer. I would recommend them to anyone.

We had Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing install our gutters in 2017. Wonderful work. Our roof was hail damaged this year and the roofing contractor damaged some of the gutter. The gutter company the roofer used did a terrible job. I complained. No response. I called Prime Seamless Gutters and they got us scheduled and Mitchell and Jacob came out and did a terrific job! I highly recommend Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing.

I hired Prime Seamless a little more than a year ago to install gutters all around my house. Their sales associate named Mike was very polite and helpful. On the day of the installation, they were on time, the installation went great and they left everything clean. Then, the problems started. A couple of months later when we finally got a strong rain, I noticed a lot of water dripping in one part of the gutters. I called the company right away and after sending someone to take a look, they told me I would have to pay $400 extra to get it fixed. Apparently, my house is older construction (1978), it has a flat tile roof without drip edge flashing. So, they would have to install the flashing and charge me for it. Why wasn't I notified that during installation? If they knew that it could be a future issue, they should have let me know before giving me the estimate and quoted me accordingly. After several back and forth emails they finally sent their repair team. The repair didn't work. I notified them two months ago that the gutters were still leaking... no response. I contacted them again two weeks ago and so far no answers. I do not recommend Prime Seamless, even though they have amazing reviews. You truly learn about a company's customer service when you run into issues.

Very well! Both roofs needed repairs, our homes roof had extensive repairs. Prime took care of those as well! We are very pleased.

Company insisted on collecting $150 to come out to estimate a roof repair. Non-refundable if I choose to go with someone else. Terrible way to treat potential customers. Do not use this company.

I had a few estimates but they impressed me the most. Their prices were very competitive, prompt and they were very likable. They did a great job and I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Replaced vent pipe boot for master bath. Painted the boot and replaced shingles around the repair. Work was done prior to threat of thunderstorms. No leaks so far.

Clif was very responsive when we contacted him regarding our issue. We had two other companies come out and provide outrageous bids without even looking at the damage. Once we agreed on a price his team arrived the next day to complete the work. The project was completely timely and the crew cleaned up after their work was done. We will definitely use them again.

the house is 120 years old and the boards needed replacing so the prime gutter company sent over a carpenter and then came back to put up the gutters - all went well, they were punctual, communicative and professional. The gutters still may need some additional wood work to make them perfect so they offered me an additional run out if necessary and they said to keep my final payment until it was perfect. Great work - thank you
