The did a great job. They came on time, completed the work without any hassle or delays. The work performed was very high end. I'd use them again.

overall the experience was good- they did come short of supply and had to wait a couple of days for the remaining supply to be purchased from Austin. In future, I recommend that the workers take measures correctlly to avoid delay in finishing the job. The owner was good about keeping me informed obout the delay in shipment but I did not quite understand why they did not bring enought supply to the job in the first place since they kew beforehand the size of my home and materials needed.

Except for the failure in communication ... a phone call works much better than an email (unless one is constantly at the computer) ... the gutter maintenace service went well.

They offer a wide color selection, our selection looks as if it was custom painting to match our trim paint. Prompt on all areas of concern: bid process, response to questions, scheduling after we accepted the bid and finishing the job when promised. Very clean installation, other than the new gutters, you would not have known they were on the property when they left. Price was competitive as well. Very pleased.

The entire process what completely seamless. Andrew came out, gave us an estimate (lower than the other two companies who came out) and scheduled the apt for the next week. The work took no time at all, the colors chosen by Andrew matched perfectly and they left no mess. Everything you could ask for we got from them. Would definitely recomend them

The workmanship was very clean and precise. They were very friendly, kind, and professional. They showed up on time. As a woman at home, I never felt uncomfortable with them working around the house. I would highly recommend them for roofing and gutter repairs.

After many years of waiting to have their roof replaced, I decided it was time for my parents to have it done. They could not afford the entire project, so I helped cover the expense as an anniversary gift. Upon calling Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing, I spoke with Mr. Johnson, who was extremely polite, courteous, and well-spoken. We scheduled an appointment for him to come and inspect the roofing, and give us an estimate. My parents live out near Castroville, so the drive is not just down the street, and he arrived as promised for the appointment. He was extremely knowledgeable about his profession, gave my parents several options, and even made a suggestion about how to get the most "bang for your buck", without pressuring us into the most expensive way to go. It was at that point my parents decided to adopt Mr. Johnson, as he was well-mannered, honest, well-kept, and had a very outgoing and charismatic friendliness toward his customers. Not to mention, the price was very attractive and they liked that he was a veteran, as my father was one himself. We made an appointment for him to start the project. His company showed up on time, and ready to work. Mr. Johnson's crew was very well-mannered themselves, worked quickly, and cleaned up after themselves. The roof looked fantastic. My parents were very happy; so much so, that they decided to get an estimate on the gutters, as well. And again, we scheduled an appojntment, he made some suggestions, the price was good, we made an appontment for thr work to be done, the crew arrived on time, completely it quickly, and again.....it looked fantastic. The overall experience with Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing was one of great pleasure. My parents have actually recommended them to a couple of their friends who have, subsequently, had work performed by Mr. Johnson's company, and they, too, are extremely pleased with Prime Seamless Gutters, their personnel, and Mr. Johnson himself. I would recommend them to anyone I know, or don't know for that matter. Great company!!!

The company is run by a veteran, and it was a great experience from start to finish. They did a wonderful job, and I've had no problems since the installation.

We chose this bid to add gutters to our home based on the presentation of the man that did the estimate. He was not the lowest bid but he had all the right equipment (IPAD) and presented himself well. He returned the bid promptly and my husband decided to choose this company. Boy was that a BIG mistake. These guys did not even show up on the day that they were to install. No phone call, nothing. My husband called and got a big fat excuse about their "machine being broken". And then got more excuses for not calling to let us know. When we finally did get the install rescheduled they did not bring enough supplies to finish the job which meant someone was going to have to take off work again to come back for these jokers to do the rest of the job. They still have not finished the job and are hounding us for payment. They have had the nerve to send me nasty and threatening emails and claim they made "one" mistake. Not true, this has been the worst experience we have had with a contractor in this area. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Andrew Johnson is a liar. The job is not even complete yet and we have not refused to pay our bill, we just want the work to be finished. Seems like a reasonable request. This guy refuses to accept HIS responsibility in ALL the miscommunications that they caused and yes, we did want someone to be at our house while the work was being done. Don't buy into the lame excuses that these guys throw out, they are incredibly unprofessional and did not complete this job without three different trips to our house.

They did a very good job. They came about three weeks ago plus I have them coming in a week to the other house.
