Ryan came out on time to meet us with the estimate. The price was fair and we scheduled the start-date. The crew showed up on time, and did a good job. Very tall two-story Victorian house. They cleaned up after the job. We noticed one part of the side of the house had a missing cover. We contacted Ryan, and they had it repaired quickly. Good people to work with, and the roof looks really nice.

I have a large home that is 25 years old. The gutter and downspouts were original and badly in need of repair/replacement. I got 4 bids that varied widely in price. I chose to use Prime because they had a good price and good reviews here on Angie's list. I have no regrets for my decision. The two men who showed up to do the job were both professionals who knew what they were doing. They replaced all the rotten fascia board before they began and finished the job in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and I haven't found any problems with their work. I highly recommend this company.

Well as a repeat customer we didnt hesitate to call, my father is very computer illiterate so he asked me and my husband if we new of anyone who could patch his roof. I immediately recommended Prime,He had a roof leak above his garage and needed repair, he got an estimate from Integrity roofing prior to asking us if we knew anyone the owner told him he needed a WHOLE NEW roof.... The roof is only about 10 or so years old so he wanted a second opinion which is when he asked us. We called the guys at Prime and they set up an appointment, were on time again and gave us a fair price and assessment again...789.00 vs 10 thousand for the whole roof. They did acknowledged the roof is a bit weathered but FAR from the end of its life. They said its a 30 year shingle and with proper maintenance we could get 20 more years out of it. All we can say is thank you again!!! We will and have recommended them to friends and family. It's nice to know there are honest contractors out there...

UPDATE I am updating this, unfortunately, to lower this company's score. Even though they have come out every time I've called about a leaking garage, I am not satisfied with the outcome. When we had our roof replaced, we were told they would replace the flashing if necessary. We were prepared to pay for this at the time. Well, fast forward, and they have calked the flashing on the garage/house meeting wall multiple times. We have now been told that it will be $1250+ to replace the flashing if we choose to do it. I'm upset about this because they should have done this when they had our roof off. I am happy to pay for work done, but this is paying extra because their team didn't do the work necessary to begin with. In my mind, this is making it right, but to them it's an additional problem. Moreover, I had originally just chalked it up to misunderstanding, but the rep gave both my husband and I the understanding that gutter guards were included, but they were not and would have been extra. I would just add that, if you choose to use this company, make sure that everything is clarified and clearly written down so there is no room for misunderstandings. Ryan and everyone was great and I would recommend anyone to get a quote. Having never replaced a roof, we were unsure what to expect. I had three different companies come out, all listed on Angie's List with positive reviews, and we were talking about replacing our siding at the same time with all three. When I mentioned that, down the line, we need to replace the windows, Ryan told me to hold off on replacing our siding then since doing the windows would require ripping off the siding. I really appreciate when people choose honesty over a dollar. From the initial meeting to the completion of the re-roof and gutter installation, I was pleased. They completed our job in a timely manner. My only criticism is that members of the crew were smokers and dropped butts all over our property. When they were doing the garage, the smell was creeping into our house, but I was able to vent it out using our laundry room fan. When they did their clean up, they did pick up some of the butts, but we were having to pick up lots of them. When I called in our final payment, and the owner asked me for any feedback, I told him about the smoking and the butts all over the place. He was apologetic and took some cash off the bill for me, which I wasn't expecting. I get the impression he will actually talk to his crew, not just apologize to appease me. There is a large difference in character there. All and all, I am very pleased with this company.

I'm super happy with their work. Their price quote was away under the other companies in the area. They were also super patient with me since I had just moved into the house and was learning of some other problems. They had no problem getting me scheduled once I had my game plan in order. The installers worked quickly, never saw anyone "hanging out", they knocked on the door promptly at 8am to let me know they were there. I will be using this company again once I complete the back side of my house!!! thank you for the great work they look wonderful!!!!

The team did not make the first appointment, but Andrew called to explain the situation, a complication at another job site, and asked if I was still interested in having the work done. We were, and the next appointment went off without a hitch. The team of two arrived promptly the morning of the installation. I was greeted professionally, and they gave me an estimate of how long the job would take (3 to 4 hours), then reviewed the installation plan with me. The stair issue was resolved by Rueben, who designed the plan with the downspout location modified. Moving the downspout, however, meant that the flow would end up at an interior point where the foundation comes together at a 90-degree angle. We didn't want water pooling there, so they ran a long piece of downspout just past the foundation. They were concerned about appearance, which we appreciated, but a few plants will hide the piece quite effectively. As for the rest of the work, absolutely beautiful. The color match is perfect, and the team, as a rule, works to ensure that the gutters/downspouts at the front of the home are virtually invisible. They succeeded in our case. The team cleaned up the job site completely prior to leaving, and let me know they were finished. It took about 4 1/2 hours to complete the job. It rained twice just after the gutters were installed. The gutters performed perfectly. Our erosion issues are over. This was not a simple installation. I have had gutters installed before, but not on a house with the crazy angles and multiple rooflines of this one. The system employed to ensure the even distribution of water flow from one point to another is amazing and impressive. The gutters are quite unobtrusive and nice-looking when we notice them at all. We had one minor issue (one downspout needed an additional fastener to secure it to the house), but Rueben came out and took care of that right away. It went really well. Prime Seamless is owned and operated by a pair of brothers from Minnesota, one a Navy veteran. As a fellow sailor, that tilted the balance in their favor. Their closest competition was a former Coasty, but Prime beat him on price by about $180, so Prime Seamless won either way. Their office is kind of hard to find but that's no big deal. They use CertainTeed shingles only, for those who are real particular about shingles. I have had good experiences with CertainTeed. The house I grew up in had a CertainTeed roof that lasted 5 years longer than it was rated for with no issues, and it was only replaced at that time to improve the marketability of the house. As for Prime Seamless, they wound up being the best price and threw in a couple of extras- they upgraded me to ridge vents and put gutters on the front of the house. They also agreed to extend their workmanship warranty by 5 years. T hey addressed any questions I had quickly, though communication could have been a little better. Initially their guys forgot to paint the exhaust stacks on my house and due to the angle at which I have to look at the back of the house to actually see the stacks, I didn't notice until a week later. I called them up and Ryan came out and painted them for me within two days, but he did it while I wasn't home so I didn't know he had been by. He could have left me a voicemail or a text to inform me he had been there. I ended up calling Andrew, and they told me Ryan had already been there. That's partially my fault because I could have gone to the backyard to look, but I seriously have to go to an extreme corner of my yard to see the stacks- again, a phone call or text message would have been nice. That's actually a really minor issue and shouldn't scare anyone away from using these guys. All in all, I would strongly recommend Prime Seamless to any of my friends, family, or neighbors. Though they're relatively new, they are permanently based in San Antonio, unlike these storm chasers who show up after major winds and hail storms. I probably could have got a lower price with a storm chaser outfit, but I don't deal with fly-by-nights. Also, I was only looking at contractors with at least an A- from the BBB and an A on Angie's List. Given those criteria, Prime was almost $200 below the closest bid, but after those two the bids got really high. I took a total of 5 bids, and most of Prime's competition would have charged me at least $500 more. I think the last bid I got was $1300 more than Prime- and that was for their basic package, not a lifetime guarantee or anything like that. Prime Seamless is a good balance between economy and quality. A lot of these other companies pay a lot for advertising and then look to pass the expenses on to the consumer. Prime is still small, which keeps overhead down, and you're not helping them place their ads at bus stops, etc. That was one thing they had in common with the closest bid- small operation, not a lot of advertising. Keep that in mind when calling around to get bids. A small company that doesn't plaster the city with their logo can do just as good of a job and save you money.

Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing, Inc. replaced the gutters and I've never been more pleased with a contractor. They were timely and professional beyond by expectation. The two gentlemen who completed the task worked diligently around the clock to complete the work in one day. They removed the old gutters, cleaned up and carted away the old gutters, and replaced new ones in such a timely manner. They maneuvered around both sides of the house with such skill, I hardly knew they were working. This is a contractor i would definitely recommend to anyone who needed to have their gutters replaced.

Installers were ahead of schedule and showed up early. Install went very well and they left no sites of trash. Installers were very courteous.

The two man team who installed the gutters were extraordinarily patient and professional in performing an installation that required adept skills in working around many mature plantings (without doing damage to them) and in accommodating challenging design features of our home. Working with only a common ladder, the ladder man demonstrated extraordinary acrobatic acumen and balance that was nerve racking but fun to watch. The ground man was highly focused and efficient. He worked very effectively with his ladder man so that the team functioned with minimal conversation or directions. They worked within a very tight construction "footprint" and left no debris or evidence that they had been there at all. As if on cue, the rains came just as the job was completed and the waters drained away efficiently without the need for further adjustments or changes. The color match to paint and bricks is so good as to give an initial impression that there are no gutters at all. Great job!

I had dammage to my roof and gutters from a recent hail storm. I called them up, Ryan showed up to my home on time and gave me the estimate. I did not have to pay my insurance deductible which worked out great.

The estimator showed up early unknown to me, which was fine, but I was unaware their presence as I was in another part of the house. I finally noticed a ladder on the side of the house and the PSGR company vehicle out front. I went outside, but could not locate the individual assuming they were on the roof I went back inside. To my surprise about 30 to 45 minutes later my cell phone rang, I was on a call on the house phone and was unable to answer. The adjustor had done his assessment and left a message if I wanted to go over the details with them to give them a call. Call me old fashioned, but I had a lot of questions and issues about the roof I wanted to go over with them, kind of a getting to know the company, work ethic, question and answer session while they were doing the assessment....remember I believe I am the customer. I think? I called the individual who had scheduled the appointment the next day and explained what had happened. He explained that if he was there he would have done the same thing if no one answered the door bell the first time around. He asked me what I would like to do? I wished him a good day. Its to bad this happened, based on the reviews I have read and the discounts they were offering, I was really looking forward to working with this company. PSGR did not do anything intentionally wrong and I believe they are a good company...extra effort might have paid off here! Update: 08/17/13 Just read the PSGR comments. To clarify, our conversation was finished, so to say I hung up is incorrect. I never received any other follow up phone calls concerning this! Agree initial letter grade of D might be low (based on no work done)...so will change it to C, however no business!

Adrew was on time for estimate & let me make choice on what to do very helpful with color choice. Showed on time for worked cleaned up great & followed talk.

I got 3 estimates and Prime Seamless was the most reasonable and were most helpful working with me. They did give an Angie's list discount. I wanted to put in a rain chain, but where I wanted to put it was where there was very heavy waterflow. One estimator suggested I hang it in a tree! Prime Seamless estimator, Ruben, suggested I could put it at the end of the gutter where there is less flow. I can see it from my kitchen window and there is just enough water to enjoy it, but not so much that it is splashing everywhere. With water restictions looming, I also wanted to put in a rain barrel. The place where I wanted to put it only had a small area of roof, but Ruben assured me it would fill up quickly. Sure enough, within in 3 small rains, the 165 gallon barrel was full! They had some rain barrels available, but I wanted one with a diverter system so overflow water goes back into the gutter downspout. I had to put the base in, but they hooked it up. Recent rains have put it to the test and I am very happy with it, except for needing more shields.

though we did not use their services, the people at prime seamless were very professional during the estimste. they would call me on my decision for the job and were very polite and patient with my response.i would recommend them merely on their professionalism.

The reason for replacing the gutters is that the recent wind storms caused some of the old gutters on the 2nd floor to come loose. Instead of having them repaired (which they offerred to do) I wanted everything replaced so I didn't have to mess with it again for several years. They also check my roof for damage. Replaced all existing gutters and 1x2 and placed screens on the front of the house. This was for 6" inch gutters. They seem to have a good warranty(which I hope to never use). They are going to come back out an hook-up my rain collection system (1000 - 2000 gallon) once it is installed.

Prime Seamless responded almost immediately & we scheduled a time for them to come on-site & give us an estimate. The estimate was accepted and the job was completed before end of week. We were very pleased with their service and will use them again in the future.

Andrew gave us an estimate on price and time to install gutters. He kept to the schedule. His men were very professional and courteous and did an excellent job of installing the gutters all around the house. As promised the job was done by the end of the day and it was acually sooner than quoted. The added plus for me was that they cleaned up their trash and even watered down my parking space as it had rained the previous day so the driveway was muddy. We did have a slight problem with a corner of the house afterwards but they promptly came out and adjusted the gutter. I would highly recommend this company.

ANGIES LIST IS A GOD SEND!!! After buying two acres and a used home in the Fall of this past year in the suburbs of SanAntonio I have made a lot of mistakes when it comes to hiring out work and have cost myself time, money and aggravation. After going through several different contractors ( electrical, drywall, and landscape) that were recommended by friends and aquaintances and one bad sad story after the next, i decided enough was enough and started to investigate on the internet. I needed roof repair, some re-sealing around sky-lights and vents, shingle replacement, and a new gutter system installed on my home. Big time investments and repairs, or so I thought! After asking all of my co-workers about Angies List and wether or not that they had any dealings with the contractors listed i found one who praised the guidance of Angies List and its members and we began to search for likely contractors to suit my needs. We came across a company called Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing and let me tell you..... i have now joined Angies List and will NEVER hire a contractor again without finding them here!! This Company was nothing short of magnificent from start to finish! I called and got "Andrew" on the other end of the phone and from that moment on, from the counseling, to the estimate, through the completion of the job, to billing completion he guided me and checked on me every step of the way to ensure that i was happy, the job was done right, that the company had kept every binding agreement they had made and that the price was right and suitable to my budget and need. I cannot say enough about the Professionalism of this Company! As per my scheduling and request a formal inspection and estimate was set up for a week later and true to his word Andrew showed up 15 minutes early for the process. He also had sent me gutter charts for colors and options for my consideration via US Mail ahead of time. The process was simple and easy to understand as explained to me and in less than 1 hour we had a list of work to be completed, gutter configuration and colors, a list of materials needed to perform all of the work and an agreed price in hand. Later that afternoon i received a formal contract via email and i agreed to the contract, signed it and had a work date scheduled for two weeks later. Job day was flawless! As promised, two men showed up a half hour early with everything on hand to get the job done and get the job done right! They were courteous, professional, likable, informed and very skilled craftsman. The job took approx 1 hour less than was suggested to me and the work was impeccable. At the beginning of the job through talking with the guys, i realized that Andrew was the owner of the company and that he is a Navy Veteran. Although i am not now or never have been US Military, for whatever reason any and all apprehension that i had from previous dealings with contractors was erased. The roof is beautiful and the 6 inch gutters added what i would describe as a "crown-molding" effect to my entire home. Absolutely beautiful and classy! The gutters are seamless and are made right on the job site... they are molded, cut and fit right there on the spot... which is quite amazing to watch and prevents errors or mistakes that cannot be fixed without delay. It could not have went smoother. I am no expert on pricing as far as these matters are concerned but i feel like i received a a great deal and consider it money well spent. After the recent couple days of drastic weather we have received I am happy to report that every drop of water ended up where it should! Down the down spouts! I am currently beginning construction on a back yard gazeebo and will without a doubt be having Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing back to do the roof and gutters on it! One happy customer! The greatest testament to my satisfaction is that i have signed up here at Angies List and taken the time to write this review. I needed to replace the gutter system on my house due to age, quality and color of the old system. I also needed to add gutters to areas that were causing drainage and foundation issues. Andrew was the first company to schedule an appointment for an estimate. He was polite, personable and professional. After obtaining two other estimates I reviewed Angie's List, and BBB reviews of all the companies. I ultimately selected Prime Seamless because of the thoroughness of the estimate, the knowledge that Andrew demonstrated on the size of the system require, and the reviews. On the day the installation was scheduled his crew arrived just a little early (not later like we have grown to expect). They came to the door to introduce themselves and got to work. From the drawings on the estimate they knew exactly what I asked for and proceded accordingly. The whole job was done within 4 hours. They cleaned up and were gone. They even put up with me having another repair man on site and worked around him with no issues.

Good experience from start to finish and happy with the resulting look of the new gutters and downspouts.

Work was done in a very professional manner and done quickly. All service people were well mannered and personable.

He looked at it and gave them the go ahead. They showed up on a day another than when we had agreed, so I was away from home. They came another time and they were unable to do the work because the shingles were tacked onto the gutters, so they told me they could not do it for the price on the contract. It would have cost an additional $500, so I decided not to do it. Then started to harass me for service charges for both times they came, even though they never did any work.

I had put off doing this because it was a smaller job but important because it involved the roof and weatherproofing our home. I didn't want to trust it to just anyone but also did not want to pay a steep premium just because it was a relatively small job. The owner of the company was very responsive and scheduled Ryan to come out and give me an estimate. Ryan was quick and no nonsense. He didn't try to upsell me and gave good advice on what needed to be done and what did not. I selected Seamless to do the work on my home after receiving several different bids from both high end and low end companies. They scheduled the work in a timely manner and came out when they said they would and did what they were supposed to. Another gentleman with the company bid and installed the gutters and he knew what he was doing. They coordinated everything and the whole project was seamless, just as their name. I was very relieved to have this done and very happy with the results. They are at the top of my list when it comes to future projects.
