Prime Seamless Gutters did an excellent job. I called and set up appointment for a quote and the gentleman arrived on time. He was very polite and professional and took the time to explained what would be done if I hired them. Andrew, from their office, called me a few days later and I agreed to have the work done so we set up an installation date which was about 10 days out. The installers arrived first thing in the morning on the scheduled day and went straight to work. They finished at about 3 PM after showing me the work and asking if I had any questions or concerns. They explained the warranty and made sure I knew to call if I had any problems with the installation later. I also got a follow-up call from Andrew a couple of days later to make sure everything was right. I would hire again.

Andrew worked with our schedule to come out and give an estimate and showed us everything that will be performed on the home. The installers showed up during the allotted time-frame and did an AMAZING job forming the gutters to our home.

A representative came out, and gave me an estimate for $1100 more than I had paid for the deal. I told him that I didn't want to hear about it, and asked him to leave. He also overestimated the square footage of the roof to pad the price. His dress was also way to casual.

This was a very professional team that showed up to do the work. It looked like everyone knew what their job was and did it very well. Other than having new shingles, you cannot tell we had anything done to the house. They left the area around the house as neat as they found it.

You get what you pay for. First, the completed roof looks nice. However, we had to haggle about putting $$$ down to get work started(red flag #1). Materials delivered unannounced and unfortunately at the same time as another contractor delivering landscaping which delayed them and cost us $$, that fee wasn't appreciated (red flag #2). Next, removal process left shingles, nails, staples, paper and other debris all around (still finding things today). Magnet fee and cleanup as guaranteed "look like we were never there" was a stretch from the truth. I did receive feedback after I gave a 1 gallon bag full of nails/tacks found around house including driveway&street..."that's the nature of the beast" (red flag #3). Attention to detail is important (15 nails unsealed called back after I inspected) and we like to think we paid for a potential positive relationship w/chance of referring to friends. To say the least, we weren't impressed. The interaction/service was below average.

I was sure I needed a new roof. I have a confirmed leak by the chimney and just noticed water stains on the garage ceiling. I had an appt @ 2:00 and he arrived a little early and checked the roof. He said that the roof is good condition and it should last for about 5 more years. (Wow! Honesty!) The most important item - the leak by the chimney....he informed me that the leak is caused by prior siding installation being installed incorrectly around the chimney and the rain is going in between the siding and the flashing. (Finally, someone believes that there is a leak!!) The water stains on the garage ceiling must be old, they're barely visible. (I've never looked at the garage ceiling before.) Over the past 2+ years I have had 4 different companies check for the cause of the leak by the chimney. They all said the roof was fine but did not offered an explanation for the water stain on my ceiling next to the chimney. One company actually did some work on the roof around the chimney, which of course, did not stop the leak.

The crew was very professional and polite and friendly, worked til job was done, (all in one day). Answered all questions and left us feeling good about using this company. Because I forgot to ask for a downspout for my rain collection barrel, they followed up with a second call from us to install it with a small extra charge and no problems. All in all we were very satisfied.

Gave me an initial estimate over the phone when I provided a previous estimate's measurements from another company. Came to the house the next day to verify the measurements. Prime Seamless was far less than the first company's estimate for the exact same materials and quantity, and the official estimate was lower than the draft estimate that Prime gave me over the phone. Scheduled the job to take place very soon after the estimate visit and arrived as promised. Finished the job the same day even though one installer was out with illness. Did a fantastic job and even helped me out with some re-attachment of wooden trim on the chimney chase, and patched some siding on the chimney chase. The final invoice matched the official estimate to the penny. Be sure to get an estimate from Prime Seamless Gutters & Roofing if you are going to have gutter work on your house.

I contacted the company for an estimate and they were prompt and professional. I was given a complete diagram with the placement of gutters and downspouts. On the day the work was started, they noticed that some of the wood was damaged and they could not place the gutters until repairs were made. Andrew contacted me and let me know the issue and offered to have a roofer come and provide an estimate to repair the wood. They were able to get the roofer to come and do the repairs and continued the gutter placement immediately afterwards. Andrew kept me informed throughout the entire process and was very helpful with explaining everything. I felt complete confidence in all of their work and everything at the house was completely cleaned up when they were done. I didn't know until I was shopping for gutters that this company also does roofing. If you are in the market for a roof and/or gutters, l would highly recommend this company for both. You won't be disappointed.

Called to make an appointment. They showed up on time, allowed me to pick the colors I wanted and gave me a quote at that time. which included an Angie's List discount. I scheduled an installation date sat that time and they completed the installation when scheduled. I received a bill for the price quoted, there were no surprises.

I left a VM and Larry Rittenberry, owner, responded. We set up a time to meet at the house for an estimate and he was late. The estimate was fair compared to others and i had the Rhino Guards installed at extra cost. He was honest and said it would be a couple of weeks before he could get to it. We had to set up another meeting to match color since he did not have his color chips. The installation looked very nice and the colors matched perfectly. There were a few screws scattered on the patio and ground that I told him about later. The first rain there was a small leak in a corner and I sent a video to his phone. He was out within two days and fixed it while we were at work, no leaks since. Very pleased, nice looking gutters.

The estimator came out and measured the distances and about a week later the installers came out on a cold windy day to do the installation. Everything went really well, the gutters are installed correctly, they look great, matches the house nicely. I think the price to do the work may be a bit higher than some installers but in this case you get what you pay for, excellent installation and long term warranty.

When contacted about the aforementioned leaky gutter, I got a complete "run around". In one of the final email received from Prime Gutters (during October 2013)I was told that any cost to fix the leaky gutter would be covered 100% by a "warranty ticket" that they were writing (????). As a customer I simply wanted an installer to come out and look at the problem, and then resolve it. Prime Gutters has stopped responding to my requests, and no installer has ever shown up. Beware of dealing with this company.

Andrew is a true professional. He has done work for two homes of mine. One job was a complete roofing and gutter install. Everything was done on time and with careful attention to details. I shopped around and didn't find anyone that I felt was as knowledgable and provided a better value than Prime Seamless Gutters and Roofing. He did such a great job at my first home that I had Andrew install gutters for my new home that we just moved into in July of this year. The builder provided gutters on the front of the home so I had Prime Seamless install gutters for the sides and rear. As expected, he went above and beyond and provided top-notch level of service. This is what you expect when you hire a professional to do the work and pay the money. It was what I wanted and more. These guys are the best. Highly recommend.

Initial call was to the company's owner, who scheduled a meeting with one of his representatives (Ryan) for the next day. Ryan was very thorough in inspecting my roof damage and gave me a detailed report of the recommended repairs. He was also very helpful in coordinating with my homeowners' insurance company. The work was done on schedule and at the quoted price. The workers were very professional and courteous. All debris that resulted from the repair work was removed as promised.

The service was alright. They came back and add fillings on some of the nails and they didn't paint all of the blast pipe that were coming out of the roof so they had to come back and seal that up. It wasn't bad but they came out and fixed it. He's responsive and easy to get a hold of.

They were very good, punctual and finished the work promptly.

I'm a senior who was scammed by a roofer who did more damage to my roof than before he started. The two brothers from this firm came out and helped me beyond what one would expect from a company. They covered my leaking roof until they could get to it a few days later, wrote a letter detailing the damage done by the bad roofer, took pictures, removed all the garbage and materials left by the other roofer, and finally took off the materials and cleaned up the mess the other roofer did. Then they installed a beautiful roof and were very responsive to my questions and calls. It's very gratifying to meet roofers who are proud of what they do and have integrity. I would recommend this company to anyone needing a new roof.

Andrew submitted a professional looking estimate, was articulate, knowledgeable, and dressed for the part. A two-man crew arrived as scheduled, very experienced as was apparent, worked rapidly and effectively, and clean-up was most acceptable. Installation appears excellent.
