Andrew responded to my big deal purchase immediately and had already saved an install date for me a couple weeks in the future. We made an appointment to review the scope of the work. At the last minute I needed to reschedule and Andrew was very accommodating. The work exceeded the big deal footage which was expected. I received and accepted a detailed proposal and pricing the same day. The installers showed up at 8:00 am the day of install and introduced themselves and got to work. Shortly after lunch the were done and on their way. Clean up and install was flawless.

We were concerned they only put two down spout on the back and that seemed odd. The left hand side they put the gutters so close to where you turn on the faucet that in the winter time when you put the cover on to protect the faucet from the cold it doesn’t really fit.

Measurements and estimate was completed fairly quickly after initial contact was made. The team was extremely professional, arrived on time, and ensured we were completely satisfied.

I received three quotes for gutters installation and Prime Seamless Gutters' quote was comparable to other competitor's estimates. I chose this company because Billy, the field representative, did a great job taking exact measurements, he was knowledgeable, detail oriented and thorough. He patiently answered all my questions and was prompt in returning all phone calls and emails. The day of the installation, Danny and Robert, showed up on time, introduced themselves, both were polite and respectful of my property. They worked hard, they were quite and picked up after themselves. I was extremely pleased with their workmanship. I have no hesitation recommending this company to our friends and neighbors.

In total, we are very pleased with the results to the point I've asked them to quote installation of gutters for my daughter's home. Billy Craft, the estimator, is very professional and attentive to the customer's needs. The two installer were punctual on the day of installation and I walked the job with the lead, Daniel. They were very organized and worked very effectively. As an example, while one was taking measurements and forming the gutter, the other was locating and positioning the downspouts. The job was completed in about 4 hours. The job didn't go without a hiccup. It appears the corner transition joint that joins the old gutter to the new, was not the correct color and consequently it had to be installed at a later date.

I was generally satisfied with the company. They did not try to sell more than I needed. Other gutter companies tried to sell leaf guards and wider gutters, even though the roof is higher than all trees in the area. In researching online, I found that the extra cost of leaf guards are not needed in my situation. This company was quick to tell me that I did not need those additional features. They even patiently worked with me to find a match for the right color.

GREAT SERVICE, BUT I MUST REMIND EVERYONE THAT THIS WAS A COMPLEX JOB.. FIRST THEY CAME OUT TO INSTALL THE GUTERS, BUT AFTER REMOVING THE OLD GUTTERS, DRY ROT WAS FOUND AND NEEDED TO REPAIRED FIRST. MR, HANDYMAN REPLACED OVER 150 FEET PF TRIM AND REPLACED IT WITH TREATED TRIM. THEN I DECIDED TO GO FOR METAL ROOF, AS THE SQUARRILS AND RACCOONS HAD MADE TWO HOLES IN THE ROOF. HOWEVER THE ROOF MUST GO ON FIRST, SO I AGREED TO NEW METAL ROOF. YOU MUST UNDERSTAND THAT A METAL ROOF IS VERY LABOR INTENSIVE. EVER PIECE HAD TO BE INDIVIDUALLY CREATED ON SITE. THESE ARE TRULY EXPERT TECHNESIONS. THEY ARE A TEAM AND I WAS IMPRESSED. THERE WERE ADJUSTMENTS TO THE WORK SCHEDU;E BUT THE WORKED DAYLIGHT TO DARK, AND SOMETIMES AFTER DARK WITH INDIVIDUAL HEAD GEAR LANPS. AFTER THE ROOF WAS ON, THE GUTTER PEOPLE CAME AND INSTALLED THEM. ALL I CAN SAY IS THAT THEY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, SO STAY OUT OF THE WAY. MY NEIGHBORS ARE SO ENVIOUS AND I PROMOTE IT. JACK

Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the products he and competitors offer. He sent his manager Billy out to walk my home and ensure the quote he gave me was accurate and there were no surprises. Crew came out at a time convenient for me and installed without any issues. I'm glad they came out and walked the property with me. Their professional opinion on how the gutters needed to be done made sense (spout placements, colors, etc.) Overall, I'm happy.

The estimator came out and walked through the property. He evaluated 6" gutters to accommodate the specific slope and angles of the roof, and paid attention to my preferences. The quote was fair, and was explained to my satisfaction. The color recommendation was spot on. The installers arrived at the installation date, within the window estimated. The installer was very professional, and installation was performed quickly. The gutters look very nice, and the routing was completed with attention paid to details. Gutters were tied into the roofing correctly to ensure water doesn't run behind. Very happy with how this installation went.

I would highly recommend Prime Seamless gutters and roofing. This company arrived on time, did an outstanding job replacing my gutters and repairing the rotten wood and cleaned up after completion. They provided me updates through every step of the process and were friendly and helpful.

They called me and did a google look at my roof. They said it was going to be about 50% more than what they quoted for the coverage and the cost. I thought this was not was ridiculous, they were trying to get another $1700 out of me. They wouldn 't let me talk on othe phone, they just tlaked over me. The way they advertise on Angie's List is different then how they do business. I told them to not even come out.

They were extremely professional and responsive. The person who initially came was quite helpful in assisting me in choosing the correct gutter color to match the trim of our home. It took many hours to install the gutters and the workers did a great job. I was very pleased with the service!

We found Prime Seamless Gutters on Angie's List and had them come give an estimate for installation of gutters on the front and back of our house. The gentleman who gave the estimate was professional and personable and gave us a reasonable price of $700. We scheduled the work, and the workers showed up on time. They were also very professional, did great work and answered all of our questions. The only glitch in the process came when the estimator called, just before the workers arrived, and told me he had miscalculated the # of feet of gutter, and said the price would be an additional $125. I had my copy of the estimate in hand, and as he explained his error, I could see that it was a simple math error. So the job cost us a little more than we were expecting, but it was only fair to pay for the right amount of materials and labor. This is the only reason I score them with a B for price. We had leaf guards installed on the back of the house, and these work well. We now regret not having them put on the front as well...may have to have Prime come out to do that.

The crew was very good, the gutters are almost invisible! Very good job! I definitely recommend this company!

Roofing team was professional and worked to get the job done without delay. We are pleased with the result. We purchased the Angie's List special offering to replace the roof for $3699, but were disappointed with the additional $1392 charged based on roof size.

They were very punctual for the initial estimate appointment and emailed me a quote within 24 hours. They were very professional and after I reviewed quotes from other dealers I called them to set up an install date. They were able to come out within 10 days and install the gutters. I wasn't able to be home during the installation and they let me pay via credit card over the phone which was a huge help. Their prices were competitive and I'm happy with their work.

for the most part well although there were some details i wish had been done. The area where the gutters were mounted should have been cleaned first and there were scraps sharp metal, gutter nails and such that were not picked up. But the guys were prompt and very nice and the new custom gutters look so much better. Even better if the facia had been cleaned first.

Workmen came on time. Worked quickly and carefully. The only drawback was the nails we found on the ground after they left. Their owner was excellent, striving to give us the best quality possible for the money.

So my husband And I moved into our home not quite a year ago and it was a band new home, Its our luck but once again we have another roof issue so we called on Prime again and we were able to get it resolved quickly. Our builder did not install the correct wall flashings on our third car garage so the Gutters we had installed by Prime also by the way had a drip down our masonry rocks. Andrew noticed this BEFORE we installed the gutters at the time he did his estimate and said it should be under warranty wich it was. He let us know the the gutters would have no issue once that is fixed by the builder. We needed the gutters so we went ahead and did the job knowing this issue would be here. We set up three warranty calls and our builder never came on the dates they said the would to fix the wall flashing, SO we hired Prime to fix this also, it wasn't a big area actually only about 2' long but siding had to be removed and it took a few hours to install what he calls a KICK out flashing. It has rained since and what do you know. No drip, NO THANKS to my builder. We have used these guys on both houses in the past year(S) and also my father in law had his roof completely done by Prime as well. Completely happy with there work and confident in there knowledge. Would recommend to anyonye.

I was not home, however my wife was. The crew was here for approximately 3-3.5 hours she thought. Very professional in demeanor and dress. Post job clean up was very thorough.

I arrived home the day my gutters were installed and at first was a bit perplexed. I was sure my gutters were being installed that day but didn't notice them on the house. To my surprise they were there! They blended in so perfectly with my home color and with no unsightly brackets you don't even notice the gutters. There was no mess left over and it didn't even look like work was done on my house that day. I loved when I first got a quote, Andrew showed up early and was already getting starting measuring. He had a tablet device to draw in the gutters and emailed the drawing with the quote right after he left so I had everything immediately to review. These guys are amazing, and if you want seamless and hardware-less gutters, these are the people for you!

The team from Prime Seamless Gutters did a great job. The were very responsive, provided us a quote very quickly and even moved our installation appointment up when they had another appointment cancel.

.From the initial meeting to completion of the work the entire experience was excellent. The owner of this firm really understands that customer satisfaction is the key to success and he has employees that share his beliefs. I give this firm the highest rating possible. My satisfaction is based not only on quality of the work but also because of the reasonable cost.

The team was very professional and friendly throughout the process. I was very impressed with their willingness to explain to me the process and ensure my specifications were met. I had water come in through the roof somewhere during the big rain storm we had memorial day weekend. I remembered they did roof repairs too, so I called and someone was able to come out the next day to take a look. He recommended a quick fix instead of charging me to put some caulk on a seam. I would definitely use them again should I need more gutters.

Workers arrived on time and completed the job within a day, and installed the gutters the following day. A minor flaw was promptly fixed right after I called. Still find a lot of nails in my yard, but at least got all off the driveway - I hope.
