Excellent! Thaddeus coordinated with our tenant and the insurance company to preform the services he promised, professionally and communicated in a timely manner.

At first I was impressed with this company. They came out promptly and helped us get our insurance company involved. However then I didn't hear from them for a week. When I emailed I was told the proposal would be ready by the weekend. That was on July 8th. Finally I got an email on the 22nd saying they are not able to do the job. This company obviously did not want my business and should have just told me that at the beginning.

fDavid came out to do the estimate. He was on time, very professional, and a very nice person. we set a time to do the work. The workers came to do the job. Took apx. 3 hours. The roof looked awesome. They went above and beyond to fix beyond the quote but I was only charged exactly what i was quoted. They are an awesome company. I would DEFINITELY recommend them.

Thaddeus was very easy to work with. Very responsive and honest. If we have any other roofing needs, we will definitely call Premier Roofing!

The work crew arrived on time and was well supervised. Too often in San Antonio contractors drop off untrained, unskilled labor and don't reappear until the end of the day. There was a definite hierarchy amongst the crew and Thad showed up several times during the day to check on progress. He also handled all of the negotiations with the insurance representative which resulted in the claim being approved.

Their response was they wouldn't have time to do it due to roof repairs that they were performing in Other cities. Waste of my time.

I purchased an Angie's List coupon for Premier Roofing to inspect our rental property roof. Thaddaeus Biediger inspected the roof and found extensive hail damage. After I notified the HOI company, Thaddaeus took over and dealt with the HOI company after that. All we had to do was wait to have the beautiful new roof installed and pay the deductible. It is a terrific job and we're sure the roof has added value to our rental property.. If you ever need roofing repair or a full installation, I can't recommend the work and work ethic that Thaddaeus showed us during this process enough. While some major projects can be difficult to deal with, especially when working with a HOI company, Thaddaeus took care of all the details so that we didn't have to do it ourselves. He made sure that the HOI took care of everything that was on the claim, and he even caught something the adjustor missed.

'The gutter installation has been completed. The installers were neat, quick and professional. They took advantage of a break in the rain and stayed until it was almost dark to get the job done. I would recommend both the roofers and the gutter installers (Gutter Guys) and am considering adding more gutters since the job was so painless. My yard is covered with oak leaves; they fill every nook and cranny and the squirrels persist in burying acorns in my potted plants despite the valiant efforts of my dog. I had gutter screens installed so only time will tell if they keep the gutters from clogging. (I didn't check A for punctuality since we couldn't meet or make a schedule but rather had to line up pending a break in the rain - once the crew was able to start, they moved very quickly to complete the job.) It was fine. The guy was really, really friendly. He gave me a really good feedback on the roof. We were satisfied. It was a pretty good price.

Premier Roofing was very professional, they scheduled me quickly and took care of the repair. No leaks to report. I would definitely use them again. Their prices were very fair.

Thaddeus was very professional and punctual with communication. Did a good job explaining the process and options for the house. Installation was completed in one day, and cleanup was thorough. He was very good with follow up and questions even after the roof was completed. Hopefully will not need roof work done for a very long time, but would use Premier roofing and contracting again if needed.

The problems that we had have been resolved. The project manager did come to my home to discuss and resolve our issue. The company will do additional work needed to repair the roof.

They person came yesterday and wasn't aware of the deal I had purchased. He checked the roof and found some problems, but he seemed to not know what to do after that. He was going to give me an estimate, but he said he didn't know I had paid for the deal already. He left his phone number and left. He did not do the tune up or give me the $100 repair credit. I would like for him to come back out to fix the leak he found based on the deal I purchased.

I wanted some missing shingles replaced and the roof inspected. The provider did all this and the result looks very good. Because the work was delayed I was not charged. I would be happy to use the provider again. I have had shingles replaced in thre past and the provider's work looks better than any repairs I have had in the past.

It went well. They arrived promptly and completed the job successfully. I would definitely use this company for future roof repairs.

I spoke with the provider and he explained that his company doesn't service my area.

Two workmen showed up at the scheduled time, introduced themselves, and stated they were there to move a dryer vent. I showed them what I wanted done. One workman went into the attic and the other on the roof to see what they needed to get the job done. They told me they were going to Home Depot to get the supplies and would return shortly. When they returned they went right to work (some of it during the rain)! When they completed the job they asked me to take a look at the finished project. I was pleased with what they did (even matching the shingles). The Senior Project Manager, Thaddaeus came over the next day to check the work done. He took photos of the work and sent them to me so I could get a closer view of the work. I was pleased with what I saw! I would recommend Premier Roofiing and Contracting without hesitation.

Thaddeus and the Premier Roofing team were very patient as we awaited insurance and mortgage company delays to replace a hail damaged roof. Thaddeus was instrumental in obtaining a fair replacement and reimbursement amount from the insurance company, even meeting the adjuster at the house for the inspection. Thad answered any and all questions my wife and I had regarding the quality of the tiles, the selections available, color, how the whole process worked. He provided references as well as nearby jobs completed so we could see for ourselves the finished product. Once funds were approved and obtained, Thaddeus and his team were onsite the following week and completed the job in about 2.5 days. A final walk through and cleanup was performed the following day. The new roof looks great! Thank you Premier for a fantastic experience!

The owner of the company, Mr. Biediger, came to the house with the insurance adjuster to assist with the appraisal. After the adjuster completed her inspection, Mr. Biediger explained to me the process of installing a new roof and the materials used. I was told I could go with any company, but I decided to stay with the same company because I was impressed with the time Mr. Biediger spent with me explaining everything and making sure I understood the process. I selected a date when I'd be off from work and the job was completed that day. We also talked about a week prior to the install to decide on color and type of shingle. A day before the install date, I was notified the materials would be delivered so they were available to start the install on the date agreed. The work men arrived early that day and worked continuously until the job was completed. Tear down of the old roof was performed fairly quickly and neatly. The old materials were picked up and cleared of the area prior to starting the next task. The foreman explained each stop to me as they proceeded with the job. Once the project was completed, the area around the house was totally cleaned, as if nothing was done. The following day, a subcontractor came to install the gutters and downspouts. We had spoken a few days prior to discuss color and measurements were taken so on the day of installation of the gutters, it was a matter of taking the old ones down and putting the new ones up. This process took about 3-4 hours. Afterwards, the area was totally cleaned also. Each person I spoke with from the owner down to the lowest level work man was very knowledgeable and knew their task on the team like a "well-oiled machine". I like to ask questions and each person was more than willing to answer them without making me feel stupid and made me feel like they wanted to teach me. I have referred this company to others and would continue to do so. I would also use them again if I might need another roof or gutter replacement or repair. For me, another important aspect was everyone I dealt with was dog-friendly. I have 3 dogs and everyone took the time to meet the dogs and pet them a little.

Premier roofing made the repairs on the day and time that they had promised to do the work. They placed a drop cloth around the entire house to catch most of the flotsom that goes with removing the roof which was amazing. They completed the job in one day (I have a 3500 sq foot home)...my neighbors were astounded as several of their repairs took 2-3 days. Clean up was thorough....they were still cleaning when I got home from work but of course I didn't expect them to be done in one day and I was blown away.

All was handled quickly and professionally. Contractor took extra time to explain insurance process and all aspects of the engagement. Work was complete thoroughly and in a timely manner. I do not normally give all A's but service exceeded expectations.

The manager of the project was Thaddaeus Biediger he was very knowledgeable about what he was doing, and seemed glad to provide us with answers to our many questions.he was easy to get a hold of and always cordial. The roofers were here when he said they would be and finished on time everything went as planned. It was a pleasure doing business with such a professional.
