It was really great working with Thaddaeus, Chris, and the guys that did our roof repair. They did a thorough inspection, great work, and charged a reasonable price. Also, very friendly and easy to work with. I would certainly use them again ad recommend them to others!

He was very responsive and came by the same day. He visually inspected my roof and then used a drone to inspect the areas that he could not see. Despite my not needing any work he spent the time talking to me about my other minor issues and sent me copies of the photos he took for my own records. Terrific service on the initial consultation. While I did not need his services this time I would not hesitate to call him if I do need additional work.

They did an excellent job! I was very concerned with the landscaping getting damaged during the tear off of the old shingles, however, they managed to remove and haul away 50 squares without any damage to landscaping or property. Very impressive! They were punctual, used high quality materials, and exceeded my expectations in the quality of their work. I highly recommend Premier Roofing!

Not well. I called Premier Roofing several times and no one returned my call. I did leave messages to no avail. I even visited their so-called office which was also a waste of time. I will not use this company.

The whole process was about a month from start to finish with a little more than 1 day being the actual roof install. I decided to go with Premier at the three week mark. I told Thaddaeus we were ready to sign the contract the morning after the four tornadoes hit. I didn't think I'd get my roof done any time soon because of the tornado damage elsewhere. Regardless, he sent the contract over, I signed, and we were scheduled in a week for a 1 day job. It ended up taking up a little more than one day due to a shortage in the estimate. He honored his original quote which is quite telling. On the day they were scheduled to start, they arrived WITH the materials so it wasn't delivered beforehand sitting around. The day after it was completed, Thaddaeus came by for the final walkthrough and payment. He used a drone to take the attached pictures. They caulked the exposed nail heads on the ridge shingles to prevent rust. We have yet to find nails on the ground, but there were 2 on the roof. No excess debris or waste has been found. Thaddaeus was more prompt than other roofers with texts and emails. Other roofers would either never call you back or never answer the phone. I would absolutely use Premier again and have already recommended them to others. This is the quality company, not the cheap company. They promised and delivered on all the little things that matter to an annoying customer like me.

We recently had Premier Roofing and Contracting replace our roof due to hail damage here in San Antonio, TX. It was a pleasure to work with David Smith, Project Manager for Premier. From the moment we met him, we knew we were in good hands. David inspected our roof, noting all the damage. He, again, was on hand when we had our insurance adjuster come out. The actual roof removal and new application was a breeze! Clean-up was awesome. Talk about a professional, conscientious and totally capable company. Today we were scheduled for an Inspection and Evaluation, however no one ever showed, nor did anyone contact me. Someone was supposed to be at my home at 3:15 pm, I emailed Thaddeus the Owner/President at 3:28 pm inquiring if they would still be coming, no response, at 4;13 pm it was apparent no one would be showing, I emailed Thaddeus again "We will be going with another company I am disappointed in the lack of service and communication I have received.", still no response, it is not 7:24 pm, I haven't received a response via email, call, or even text. This is a horrible first impression.

Excellent job. Delivered the materials when they said. Did NOT have the materials laying in my driveway for months as I saw other companies do. Put the materials on the roof and installed a couple days after. They also made sure the new roof was up to code. Cleaned up the yards, both front and back after installation. Company easy to work with. The new roof is beautiful.

First, I want to say this is Premier Roofing and Contracting - Thaddeus Biediger. There is another Premier Roofing, so don't get confused. Thaddeus and his crew are top notch. They did what they promised and when they promised. The job was finished on time and on budget. He was patient with me in getting all of my I's dotted and T's crossed before the job began. Most of all, he saved me a ton of time by talking with and negotiating directly with my USAA insurance. I know he probably does not want me back as a customer because I am so picky, but I would hire him again.

Could not be more pleased. Premier is what you expect in a contractor. It starts at the top with Thad who was always prompt and professional. He explained the process and delivered. His crew totally reflected him. I was hospitalized when the roof was replaced. When I returned home the job was complete without a glitch. I would highly recommend Premier.

Roofing: They scheduled the roof repair for September 27, 2016. They forgot us, completely, and had to scramble to get a crew here. They did on the 28th. Then, the roofers left roofing materials hanging from our trees. David came out saying he wanted to inspect it and to discuss the colors for the siding when instead all he wanted was a check for the completed roofing. Siding: I thought that the siding was scheduled for the next week as that is what David told me. He also told me that they would work with insurance to get all 3 sides done since there was a bit of damage on all 3 sides of the house, not just one, and the siding was faded. They did not call the insurance company or even try to contact them, and they didn't come to do the siding until I threatened to contact the City of San Antonio and the BBB regarding the same. Finally, they scheduled BARNS contracting to come out on December 22nd at 7 a.m. BARNS, in the person of Chris Gardner, didn't show up until 6 p.m. and that was just to deliver all the supplies. Chris promised to be back with his crew at 7 a.m. on Friday, December 23rd. They finally showed up at noon on Friday. Then, at 6 p.m., they wanted a check for the services, which they weren't through with, so they could buy Christmas for their kids and promised to come back at 7 a.m. on Saturday morning and that they would complete the work by the end of that day. (What in the world?!) It was Christmas, so I checked with David who said to go ahead and pay them. I gave them a check. About an hour and a half later, they had Ace Check Express call me to ask if I could verify the check and had any way to verify it with my bank. I said not then, but the bank was open in the morning. Chris' wife called to ask that I re-write the check for $300 less and give them $300 in cash as they were out of diapers and formula for the baby. At first, I said yes, but then I thought about it. In this day and age when checks can be photographed and deposited or cashed and then handed back, I was not comfortable doing this. I told them so. But, they continued to call until almost 10 that evening. I contacted David at Premier who said he would handle it, but did not. Saturday, they didn't show up. About 10:30, Ace called again asking what the check was for. I explained. She told me that they said it was a gift to help them out at Christmas and not for work done or to be done. I asked her to ask them if they planned to come back to finish the work that day as they said. They agreed, but only came back long enough to put the materials up so my family wouldn't be around the materials in the main yard at Christmas and promised to come back and finish later that day and if they couldn't complete it then, they would be back at 7:00 a.m. on Monday, December 26th. They have not come back nor have I been able to reach Premier Roofing, their representative David Smith or Chris Gardner of BARNS contracting. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY FOR ANYTHING.

Thad was one of only three that I asked that responded. When he did he was up-front and professional about what need to be done and what he and his company would do. Premier is a roofing company that you should consider. In the end it just came down to having to choose between two. Thanks Thad.

I am completely satisfied with the replacement of shingles and ridge roof vents Premier Roofing and Contracting installed. Thaddeus Biediger, owner of the company, described the quality shingles and materials his crew would use for the job. He explained the process and what to expect during installation. We reviewed everything and decided to use Owens Corning shingles. Luis and his crew completed the job in two days. We were impressed with their attention to detail. They were extremely knowledgeable and very skilled, as they removed the old shingles and materials installing the new ones. In addition, they were very conscientious and cleaned up the area as they worked. As they were finalizing things on the roof, several members of the crew was doing "what looked like a metal/magnet sweep on the yard." The end result of that is when they finished, the yard looked as it did when they arrived and I have not come across a single nail. It was refreshing to have a contractor demonstrate the care and concern they had for us. An added benefit of having the roof replaced and the ridge roof vents installed is that the attic is cooler. Premier Roofing and Contracting is very professional and did a fabulous job. I highly recommend them!

They were quick and efficient. I called one day and they were able to come out the next day and review. Set up an appointment to repair the following morning. Being that we were overseas they sent us pictures via email, keeping us informed. I would use them again if needed.

It was good. Actually they additionally did gutter work so I ended up paying them a little bit more. It was about another $110 bucks.

Had my roof replaced by Premier roofing and contracting a few weeks ago and I could not be any happier. Brandon, who responded to my call for a free quote was very professional, on time and knowledgeable about the products and samples he gave me. From the start he was upfront about the details, the cost and what they would replace and fix and I liked that I did not have to mention my coupon from Angie?s list before getting an estimate. I always feel the price goes up if you mention a coupon beforehand but not with Brandon and Premier. Their crew showed up on time, was very professional and work until completely dark the first day. They finished up early the next day and cleaned the area front to back as though they were never there. I highly recommend Premier roofing for your next roof repair or total replacement.

The work Premier Roofing did on our house was roof shingle replacement. Our contact person was David, one of the company?s Project Managers. In all our interactions ? from the initial phone conversation to the final check-over after the job was done ? David was very friendly, interactive, and professional. He feely gave us valuable information about what is involved in a roofing job and what are the important issues to consider when deciding what to do. He answered all our questions in ways that reflected honesty and integrity. At no time did we feel any undue pressure to choose Premier Roofing to do the work and he was extremely patient when we had to delay the job due to unforeseen circumstances. During the roof installation the roofing crew conscientiously protected our yard and did not damage it. They cleaned up so well after the job was done that you could not tell there had been workers on our property. The roofing work itself is very well done and we are very satisfied. Last, but not least, the re-roofing pricing by Premier Roofing was very competitive. We believe we received high quality work at a reasonable price. We highly recommend Premier Roofing without reservation.

Thaddeus sent his crew out in the rain to resolve my problem. They were efficient and professional. I really appreciated that they worked in the rain! The whole process was great!!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. Thaddeus worked with our insurance company to make sure we were covered for all costs (outside of our deductible). The employees were respectful, worked hard, and left the area clean. Brandon stopped by to inspect throughout the process. Thaddeus responded to every question or concern within a few hours. Roof looks great!
